Not a bad hotel for the price I would definitely stay again if you’re looking for somewhere on a budget clean enough hotel for what you pay friendly staff. Location is great

Very nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general. Good value for money. Nice big spa for different treatments and good service. Lots of cats as is normal in a lot of hotels

Tutto era perfetto, personale gentile, camera pulita, hotel molto accogliente, la spiaggia era a soli 15 minuti a piedi, un'esperienza fantastica.

Il posto era carino, non c'era molta gente in giro. Il personale era cordiale, il check-in è stato anticipato. Non è vicinissimo al centro, ma ci sono molti bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze.

My stay at Suite Hotel Tilila was absolutely excellent from start to finish. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and warm hospitality. The suites are spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, providing a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile e puntuale nel mantenere l'hotel pulito e nuovo, come fare due chiacchiere, prenoterei di nuovo quando tornerò, economico e allegro

Persone carine ma il posto è un po'vecchio e ha bisogno di una pulizia. Assicurati di portare i vostri prodotti. Ma sono molto utili e amichevoli. Buona per un breve soggiorno.

La posizione dell'hotel e il cibo erano assolutamente fantastici. Lo consiglierei e ci tornerei. Purtroppo, però, il bar era separato dal ristorante, e persino andare a prendere una tazza di tè era difficile. Essendo in sedia a rotelle, la situazione era complicata. Sono andato alla reception per chiedere una sedia a rotelle, ma mi hanno mandato all'ufficio informazioni. Lì avevano solo due sedie a rotelle disponibili nei tre hotel. Una era occupata, la seconda era libera. Il cerchione era montato, ma la ruota era smontata e mancava il poggiapiedi. Purtroppo, per motivi di sicurezza, non l'ho presa. Ho aspettato sette giorni che venisse riparata, ma niente. Poi mi hanno proposto di noleggiarne una, ma costava decisamente troppo per un giorno!

La struttura è vecchia. Non molto nel bagno o nella stanza. Il buffet del colazione è solo pasticceria di base, nessuna salata o verdura.
