Hotel a 5 stelle in Regione di Yangon, Myanmar

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per più di 10 giorni. Quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte, mi è stato detto che dovevo cambiare le stanze e che il personale mi avrebbe chiamato con i dettagli. Ho aspettato tutto il giorno, ma nessuno mi ha contattato. La sera, la mia carta chiave si fermò improvvisamente e non riuscivo a entrare nella mia stanza. Il problema non era il cambiamento di stanza, ma la mancanza di comunicazione e la mancanza di gestione della situazione hanno causato molte inconvenienti inutili. Questa esperienza mi ha anche lasciato chiedermi se gli ospiti che prenotano attraverso una piattaforma di terzi siano trattati in modo diverso, ma spero che non sia stato così, ma dopo essere rimasto per più di dieci giorni, mi aspettavo un servizio molto migliore.

I had a really pleasant experience staying at PARKROYAL Yangon. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to stay there again. È stato un buon soggiorno. Il personale è gentile e utile. Un ricevitore maschile e una donna che si occupa della casa al 16° piano sono stati particolarmente utili durante il mio soggiorno. La piscina è bella e mi sorprendeva che costruissero una piscina molto profonda per un hotel (1.9 m). I miei piedi non hanno toccato il terreno della piscina, ma hanno avuto il allenatore di fitness che guardava la piscina profonda. La stanza è buona, ma mi sento un po' piccola. Non mi sbagli, sono già tra le più ampie stanze di Yangon, ma la stanza che ho ottenuto ha un'entrata molto stretta. Il bagno è separato con bagno e doccia e bagno. La TV è piuttosto piccola, mi aspettavo di avere una TV intelligente più aggiornata in questo tipo di hotel. L'unica cosa che non mi è stato soddisfatto è il colazione. Sì, hanno avuto varie selezioni, ma i gusti erano misti e sinceramente, non mi piacevano i loro menù. In generale, era una memoria decente rimanere a Melia.

Chatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food.  The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view.  There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok

La struttura era pulita e mi sono sentita molto a mio agio. La palestra è grande ed è possibile utilizzare anche la sauna e la jacuzzi. La vista del cortile e della piscina dalla sala colazione mi ha fatto dimenticare che ero in Myanmar e ho potuto godermi un momento di relax. Tuttavia, forse perché aveva appena riaperto o perché gli ospiti erano pochi, la colazione era scarsa e scarsa, alcuni prodotti erano usati il ​​giorno prima e non erano buonissimi. Sono rimasto molto deluso perché il voto sarebbe stato dimezzato se il livello della colazione fosse stato basso in un hotel a 5 stelle. Spero che verrà migliorato in futuro.

L'hotel è in generale grande con buone piscine sauna e ristoranti, ma una cosa è che ci siamo svegliati presto e siamo andati a prendere il buffet per colazione che è incluso nella prenotazione. Il personale ci ha detto che non ci è permesso entrare con pigiama, ma con un codice di vestito selezionato.

Ho avuto una bella esperienza in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita e la posizione è buona. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale. Tutti sono così amichevoli e sempre pronti a aiutarti. Sempre sorridente. Vorrei citare Vanessa, Lucas, Thomas e Concierge capo Moo Thaw per il loro eccellente servizio. Vorrei che tutti di loro un grande futuro nella loro carriera. Grazie. 😊

Nice and clean place to stay . With rooftop bar its perfect for night view in the yangon city . U can see the hlaing river view and port and of course sunset is perfect

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed! A+++ Old world charm in Yangon and being over 125 years, it was like staying in history. Highly recommend this place. From the rooms and especially the staff are beyond reproach. The food was also excellent with one of the best breakfasts in Asia.
