The service was good, staff very helpful. Location was excellent as outside the hotel have alot restaurants to choose and the food was nice. Our hotel room facing mount-Fuji love it so much. The breakfast was nice too simple and easy. Super hotel is a nice hotel, we will choose this branch hotel again for next trip.

Love this hotel! Mt Fuji view is totally worth it for that sunrise moment! Also, with the onsen is just perfect! Nearby Hotel is Fuji Q highland station (6 mins walk) so it is convenient to explore around. Just check google map for the next upcoming train and you’ll be able to plan your schedule. Highly recommended even if you didnt rent a car here.

La dimensione della stanza era molto grande e bella. Potevamo vedere il monte Fuji dalla nostra stanza. La stanza aveva una vista molto bella sul monte Fuji. C'è un onsen gratuito, ma lo yukata è un servizio a pagamento di 400 yen. Era davvero una bella stanza e ci siamo goduti anche il letto futon.

It’s about 10 mins car ride from train station to gran princess hotel. There is no pick up service or shuttle bus after 5 pm so very inconvenient esp those who are out to various attractions esp its cold wintry weather season. You can call from tourism centre between 3 pm to 5 pm. There are not many taxis around and have to wait for a long time and hotel staff does not offer help to do any booking for us and it’s wet and cold for all of us.  The morning breakfast BBQ and onsen are a plus and you can chill out otherwise it’s far to get to 7 eleven store. In house restaurant is not available if you do not book one day in advance and only have option of ordering room service which a bit pricey.

Una distanza (15 min a piedi) dalla stazione principale. Konbini vicino. La stanza è pulita. La casa è pulita ogni giorno. La macchina vendita ogni livello. Lavanderia ogni livello. È possibile vedere al di sopra di Mt Fuji se il tempo è bello ma non bello per una foto. 5/5 avrebbe prenotato di nuovo

Questa è la seconda recensione. Non riesco a finirla in una pagina. La prima recensione parla di trasporti, ambiente, servizi igienico-sanitari, decorazioni e servizio. Questa recensione parla di come godermi i due laghi durante il soggiorno in questo hotel con due persone anziane. Se hai moglie e figli, questa squadra complicatissima può gestirlo, quindi penso che non avrai problemi. Prima di tutto, non ho guidato da solo perché non avevo la patente internazionale. I compatrioti di Hong Kong, Macao e Taiwan dovrebbero fare del loro meglio per guidare da soli. Se arrivi da Osaka, prendi lo Shinkansen fino alla stazione della città di Mishima, gira a destra, prendi un autobus direttamente per la stazione di Yamanakako e cammina per alcuni minuti fino alla porta dell'hotel. Se arrivi da Tokyo, devi prendere un autobus da Shinjuku direttamente alla stazione di Yamanakako, che impiega più di 2 ore. Puoi prendere un treno per il lago Kawaguchi e poi prendere un autobus per il lago Yamanaka. Per passeggiare intorno al lago Yamanaka è necessaria solo la metà del lago in un giorno. Si consiglia di andare in bicicletta. Ci sono noleggi di biciclette a poche centinaia di metri dal 71 fuori dall'hotel, ma sono più costosi del lago Kawaguchi. Il lago Kawaguchi ha strutture migliori, ma a dire il vero non è divertente come il lago Yamanaka a causa della folla. Devi noleggiare un'ebike sul lago Kawaguchi, altrimenti non potrai godertelo tutto.

Great service and included free breakfast as well. Room was clean and slightly bigger than other hotels. Bathroom bit dated with bathtub and manual flush button for toilet. Not the best location to get to mt fuji but can see fuji mountain outside window

It was just ok in general except for 1 snafu. We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation. Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful. Rooftop view is good.
