DDonaldOverall had a wonderful stay, not the best but it’s good enough for a short staycation, took king balcony studio, unfortunately is low floor, view blocked by 3 buildings. Toilet sink is clog and smells, but just 2nights so I didn’t care much. Recommendations to add some towel rail and hooks in the toilet, no place to put towel and dirty clothes.

UUtente ospiteI haven't been to Genting in 15 years, and this trip to Genting left me with a rare experience.
To be honest, although it is troublesome to wait for the room, it cannot be used if you encounter a 1st world member card. It cannot be automatically checked in, there must be a long line. Fortunately, the waiters there were very friendly.
The room is older, but it's still clean.
Decorated leisure area, personal feel very stewed, not as comfortable as before cool. You'll get lost in there. Fortunately, there are more restaurants there, and the price will certainly be a little more expensive than normal.
It is also suitable for people who like to shop.
These are all personal opinions.

UUtente anonimoHad a great time at this boutique hotel. It’s relatively new and adopt a very interesting design concept. They only have 10 rooms I think. The landscaping around the hotel was really nice. The location of this place is in Tanah Rata, so it’s not as crowded as Brinchang, also it’s not as congested in terms of traffic. You only get one car park per room. It’s situated right at the end of the street, quite secluded and very private.
There’s no one waiting during check in, basically, you text a number and someone comes out to give you keys to your room and ask for breakfast selection for the following morning. All communication was done through the WhatsApp. We also asked for extra towels and shampoo, owners were very courteous and generous.
Felt very safe for my family with young children could just roam around freely. In terms of amenities, there’s no swimming pool or gym facilities. But there’s a place to do bbq and gather in the common area. They give you the auto gate lock if you were to drive out and come back late at night, you can allow yourself in and lock the gate yourself.
In the morning you can hear very loud bird chirping. The air was very fresh! But we were awoken by the loud noise of grass trimming from next door, some government office. There’s also a dormitory next door and you can hear evening prayers.
Nearby, there’s a lot of shops and restaurants whereby you will find no problems settling your meals, about 5 mins walk down to the Main Street.
Just a few things to note :
- There’s a lot of stairs and if you have elderly in your entourage, it is not very convenient getting to the room. You may ask for ground floor rooms of course. The stairs worked super well for my children though, they just enjoyed going up and down so much!
- We booked loft rooms. The toilet and bath tub is located next to the main door. It’s open concept, meaning if you were to take a shower at night or go to toilet, it’s going to be cold.
- The beds are on the top floor, so if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night, you have to walk down the stairs.
- The bathtub and shower design is not so convenient for young children or elderly.
- Breakfast comes in very cute tiffin boxes. They place it outside your door around 8 plus. However, I always couldn’t catch their delivery on time, and most times the food is rather cold already.
Overall, I still enjoyed my stay very much. I think would very suitable for young couples, and groups of young travelers.

MMuhd IzzCLEANESS : molto povero perché ci sono così tanti cazzoni nella stanza, soprattutto sotto il letto, forse perché il letto stesso è fatto di pallet di legno. Ciò è così sensibile quando si tratta di igiene, la gestione si prega di risolvere questo problema.
LOCALIZZAZIONE : EXCELENTE perché tutte le attrazioni turistiche sono vicine come centro centro, basar di Kea Farm e così via
SERVIZIO: BONO perché il personale di Kea fattoria è super amichevole e utile, facile da affrontare con loro
AMENITI : Povero perché il riscaldatore d'acqua intermittente e così male perché il riscaldatore d'acqua è così necessario in tempo freddo, ho scelto di non lamentarmi e cambiare la stanza perché ero lapidato a riempire le mie cose.
TOTALE : la vista è super duper bello, le strutture devono essere controllate, l'igiene ni per migliorare, il personale merita bonus 😁

SShermaineTraveller type: family with young kids (2 under 2) and elderly (60s). Writing this in hopes of helping others make a decision while choosing their stay in Genting highlands.
✔️ Minimalist - only functional platform, mattress(es), toilet and hanging knobs. So less prone for accidents when you have toddlers
✔️ No door to toilet. I like this because less accidents too, but you need to ensure your toddler stays out. But you can't ensure the smells stay in. Plus ventilation is bad.
✔️There is a kids playground at the reception area!
✔️Fully self-help. You can check in and out with ease IF you are IT proficient. I checked in within 10 mins and checked out in 1 minute.
✔️Tiny minimart near reception - really like this! Very convenient. Otherwise, there's a larger supermarket right where you would walk entering the genting shopping area.
✔️They do clean! After 2nd night stay onwards.
✔️Value for money when comparing with the other hotels in genting highlands area
✔️ They provided bedroom slippers so no need to bring your own. I also loved their 2 in 1 shampoo / soap.
❓right by the road side. We were ok with this - my
kids can sleep with noise. Mentioning because others might not be. We consider ourselves lucky coz the road came with the most wonderful view down the acres of forest and this is a plus for us.
❓ The windows can be opened but have been child-proof (only can open 1 inch wide). On warmer days, this felt horrible because the room becomes stuffy and that's what we experienced. I bet it's ok on colder days. 2 ceiling fans are provided.
❓ We considered ourselves really lucky because we begged the front desk to give us a room in the main block. I said yes to everything even if they said the room was bad. But we ended up having a nice room. Despite having the best located room in this hotel, the main shopping area is about 10 mins walk away (1 escalator, 1 winding road, then through a sheltered part of what used to be arena of stars). Those with wheelchairs or cannot make do without strollers should take note. We overcame this because I'm good at pushing strollers up and down escalators.
❓ Comparably cleaner. To be honest when we first opened the room, we were a little disappointed. It feels and looks like the hostel/backpacker grade of hotels,but the longer we stayed the more comfortable we felt. So to manage expectations, this is definitely not your typical/luxury type of hotel.

ZZid NizamArrivato un po' tardi nell'ora di giornata (11.50pm) ma comunque è stato in grado di accedere. Come sempre, il posto è enorme e le probabilità di perdere sono elevate per un primo tempore. Le amnestie e i servizi sono buoni.

TTom ShantiAdoro questo hotel. Si trova nel cuore del parco nazionale! Anche il Park Center si trova all'interno del resort, tutte le passeggiate nella natura sono letteralmente a due passi di distanza. Se dovessi alloggiare altrove, dovrai attraversare il fiume.
La colazione e la cena erano fantastiche!
La passeggiata nella giungla, il giro in barca a Berkoh tardivo e il giro in barca notturno sono assolutamente imperdibili!
Le gite in barca possono ospitare 4 persone, quindi se fai parte di un gruppo di 4 persone sarà la soluzione migliore, altrimenti dovresti trovare altri da condividere o pagare l'intera barca.
Il traghetto fluviale per il villaggio costa solo Rm1 a tratta. 1 minuto di viaggio e disponibilità immediata, non abbiamo dovuto aspettare affatto.
Secondo me questo è il posto migliore in cui soggiornare.

UUtente ospiteThe good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room.
The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off.
Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.
