Il prezzo era relativamente economico e l'apertura dell'hotel era prevista per il 2021, quindi era molto pulito. La pressione dell'acqua nella doccia era buona e potrebbe essere utile per le persone con bambini dato che c'era qualcosa con cui potevano giocare nella stanza.

Sebbene l'hotel sia in periferia, i trasporti sono molto convenienti. Questo è il vantaggio dell'hotel. Ma la stanza è molto piccola e troppo affollata per due persone. Inoltre l'hotel non dispone della colazione. Nel complesso il prezzo non è elevato.

Se si prevede di partecipare a Oktoberfest, questo hotel è perfettamente situato proprio al di là del terreno, e un centro commerciale è vicino a alcuni negozi e ristoranti. It's just quite a distance to walk from Munich Central Station, about 15-20 mins.

La camera è molto comoda e confortevole e le prese accanto al letto su entrambi i lati sono particolarmente impressionanti. Questo è più premuroso di molti hotel. Il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è troppo alto, più economico rispetto ad altri paesi dell'Europa occidentale. C'è un ottimo ristorante gourmet tedesco a 20 metri sulla sinistra, con servizio e piatti ottimi.

It's few stations away from Munich central, close to Lidl, shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Quiet area, convenient with bus stop nearby, not far from Ostbahnhof too.

La posizione geografica è un po'distratta, la stazione ferroviaria si trova sulla metropolitana per arrivare, a cinque minuti o otto minuti dalla stazione.A causa del Festival del Bianco, l'hotel della città è senza una stanza, o troppo prezzo, quindi ha scelto questa.
La camera non è grande, ma i cinque sporchi sono completi, il depurazione tra le cucine è un po' lento. Nel processo di lavaggio c'è un fenomeno di accumulo di acqua, altri sono buoni.

UUtente ospiteWe received excellent service at this hotel during our check in provided by Aaryan. Aaryan helped guide us into the parking garage, was super friendly and got us a room in the main tower where there was an elevator to use (despite our booking in the less expensive annex room). He even offered to provide us suggestions for the sunny weather during our stay in Munich and made sure to say hello and check in on us each time we saw it. It was natural and friendly customer service.
The hotel is a little older and has some interesting decor. The room had a futon couch, a good bed, desk area, coffee/tea station, closet, mini fridge (with some pop and water you could pay for), an iPod dock, a good sized TV, and plenty of counter space to put our things. They provided gummy bears and a couple of cookies in our room too which was nice. The bed was comfy for me and the hotel can provide more bedding or pillows on request. We felt the cleanliness could have been better as our tea cups were a bit dirty.
The bathroom was interesting with two stools but really a place to put them. The shower was not our favourite with no door or shower curtain and the glass was not enough to keep the water in. There is an all in one shampoo/body wash that was ok. The towels were a little thin and could use replacement.
The cost of the hotel was good and we felt it was a decent location. It is a bit far from the main attractions of Munich but it has good public transport access including the nearby central station which is less than 10 minutes away from the hotel. There are a few restaurants and convenience stores by the hotel that are open quite late and there are some Bavarian/Oktoberfest souvenir stores nearby. I felt safe walking around alone at night to get a late night doner.
The breakfast at the hotel is pretty good with a good variety of food including deli meats, cheeses, bread, yogurt, fruit, juice, coffee and tea. There was lots of seating available including some artsy chairs.
There is limited parking at this hotel and it is very tight so we are glad we rented a compact. If you choose to park here you have to go in to see reception so they can open the door and guide you to your spot. It may also be recommended to contact the hotel in advance to reserve a spot. The front desk initially said it was 20 euros for parking but charged us 22. There are other parkades nearby but due to the construction in the area we felt there was convenient having the car parked at the hotel.

UUtente ospiteI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

\\O_O/Given the comments I read from other travellers, the hotel actually has far exceeded my expectation. First of all, there is a U-bahn station right next to the hotel, which takes you only 2 minutes to the central station. The room is spacious, clean and air-conditioned, which is rather rare among other hotels in Germany. It also comes with a large window, which makes the entire room bright and cosy. The front-desk service is 24 hours. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

UUtente ospiteShortly after making the booking I contacted the hotel to confirm (I provided my name and the booking number). They told me my booking did not exist and I should check with Trip. This caused a lot of unnecessary stress and worry, unfortunately, since we paid upfront. The issue was resolved by Trip very quickly. Late check-in after 10pm was no problem due to their convenient key-safe system (I requested this per Email). Parking in the area was easy enough to find (I believe they also have paid parking available). The carpeting in the room looked rather discoloured and unappealing (no carpet would be better), and the room had a strange, rather unpleasant smell. Kitchenette and fridge were nice extras. A kettle and coffee/tea in the room would be even better. Also, a communal water fountain for drinking would be nice (€2,50 for a small bottle seems a bit steep). The machine with instant coffee is a bonus (€2 perhaps also a bit steep), but there was no milk available on the first morning (only on day 2). The U6 is available from Klinik Großharding which is a short drive away (P+R available for €1.50/day). Overall a good, reasonably priced (except during Oktoberfest for example, when everything is way overpriced) place to stay, with the added convenience of a kitchenette and terrace or balcony. Bathroom was also reasonably sized. Staff were friendly.

Il trasporto è abbastanza conveniente. Questo hotel è in stile moderno e le camere sono spaziose, pulite, silenziose e confortevoli (sono disponibili servizi di base tranne un frigorifero). Il servizio della reception è cordiale e premuroso e la colazione è ricca. C'è un grande supermercato al piano terra dell'hotel e molti ristoranti nei dintorni. La tariffa della camera di oltre 600 yuan è considerata di alta qualità e prezzo basso in Europa. Puoi sceglierla quando viaggi a Monaco.

UUtente ospiteQuesto hotel è un bel hotel con un eccellente personale, ognuno è molto amichevole, utile e professionale (eccetto che abbiamo visto uno o due membri del personale mangiare dietro la ricezione in più di un'occasione, che non è professionale).
L'hotel stesso è molto moderno e molto pulito, ma la dichiarazione sul sito web dell'hotel che ogni camera ha aria condizionata non è vero. Le camere hanno un sistema di riscaldamento e raffreddamento, ma il sistema di raffreddamento non è condizionato e non lascia aria fredda in inverno e primavera.
Il problema è che, a causa del cambiamento climatico, marzo è molto più caldo di quanto fosse. Se stai in una delle belle suite del quarto piano e il sole splende, la temperatura può facilmente raggiungere il mid-20s e la stanza mantiene quel calore alla notte. Questa mattina era 25 °C nella nostra stanza, e nei giorni a venire sarà molto più caldo. In poche settimane, sarà incomodamente caldo senza aria condizionata o sistema di raffreddamento funzionante. Indipendentemente da dove si trova nel mondo, l'aria condizionata è aria condizionata. Non ha un altro nome. Le parole aria condizionata non dovrebbero apparire sul sito web dell'hotel. E' fuorviante.
Nonostante questo problema, abbiamo avuto un piacevole soggiorno e possiamo consigliare l'hotel e il personale.
