Hotel a 3 stelle in Baviera, Germania

Nonostante la leggera lontananza dal centro, esperienza gradevole, unica peca, per me che sono 1,92 il divano letto era molto piccolo e scomodo , per il resto ottimo,

Le squadre dell'hotel sono molto gentili e pronte a rispondere alle vostre richieste. Il cibo è perfetto e delizioso. L'hotel è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è a pochi passi dal centro di Monaco, ma è molto conveniente per viaggiare. Inoltre, zona molto pulita e sicura. L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria 1-2 min.

Al check-in in questo hotel abbiamo ricevuto un servizio eccellente, grazie ad Aaryan. Ci ha aiutato a raggiungere il parcheggio, è stato gentilissimo e ci ha assegnato una camera nella torre principale, dove c'era l'ascensore (nonostante avessimo prenotato una camera più economica nell'ala annessa). Si è persino offerto di darci consigli su come sfruttare al meglio il bel tempo durante il nostro soggiorno a Monaco e si è assicurato di salutarci e di accertarsi che tutto andasse bene ogni volta che vedevamo il sole. Un servizio clienti spontaneo e cordiale. L'hotel è un po' datato e presenta un arredamento interessante. La camera era dotata di un divano futon, un buon letto, una scrivania, un angolo caffè/tè, un armadio, un mini-frigo (con bibite e acqua a pagamento), una docking station per iPod, una TV di buone dimensioni e un ampio piano d'appoggio. In camera abbiamo trovato anche delle caramelle gommose e un paio di biscotti, un gesto molto apprezzato. Il letto era comodo e l'hotel può fornire lenzuola o cuscini extra su richiesta. L'unico neo è stata la pulizia, che a nostro avviso avrebbe potuto essere migliorata, dato che le tazze da tè erano un po' sporche. Il bagno era particolare, con due sgabelli che però non offrivano praticamente spazio per appoggiarli. La doccia non ci è piaciuta molto, senza porta né tenda, e il vetro non era sufficiente a trattenere l'acqua. C'era uno shampoo/bagnoschiuma tutto in uno che era discreto. Gli asciugamani erano un po' sottili e avrebbero bisogno di essere sostituiti. Il prezzo dell'hotel era buono e la posizione ci è sembrata discreta. È un po' distante dalle principali attrazioni di Monaco, ma è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici, inclusa la vicina stazione centrale, a meno di 10 minuti dall'hotel. Ci sono alcuni ristoranti e minimarket vicino all'hotel aperti fino a tardi e alcuni negozi di souvenir bavaresi/dell'Oktoberfest nelle vicinanze. Mi sono sentita sicura a camminare da sola di notte per mangiare un kebab a tarda notte. La colazione in hotel è piuttosto buona, con una buona varietà di cibo tra cui salumi, formaggi, pane, yogurt, frutta, succhi di frutta, caffè e tè. C'erano molti posti a sedere disponibili, comprese alcune sedie artistiche. Il parcheggio in questo hotel è limitato e molto stretto, quindi siamo stati contenti di aver noleggiato un'auto compatta. Se scegliete di parcheggiare qui, dovete recarvi alla reception per farvi aprire la porta e indicarvi il vostro posto. Potrebbe anche essere consigliabile contattare l'hotel in anticipo per prenotare un posto. Inizialmente la reception ci ha detto che il parcheggio costava 20 euro, ma poi ce ne ha addebitati 22. Ci sono altri parcheggi nelle vicinanze, ma a causa dei lavori in corso nella zona abbiamo ritenuto più comodo parcheggiare l'auto in hotel.

I felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!

Il servizio è buono, c'è bagaglio gratuito, le strutture della stanza sono buone, l'aria condizionata è forte, la stanza è un po'piccola, ma la nostra borsa è piccola.Non giocare fuori troppo tardi, sentire le strade intorno non sono molto sicure.

However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!

Una ragazza gentile sul recepschn, pulita, modesta, udita dal corridoio (sotto il buco della porta d'ingresso), è sentita tra le camere.

Questa è la mia seconda visita a questo hotel durante le due settimane del mio viaggio in Europa. Questa volta, l'hotel ci ha sorpreso offrendoci una camera più grande con due bagni. È molto più comoda per una famiglia di tre persone, tutti adulti. C'era una macchina per il caffè e due televisori. Tuttavia, il Wi-Fi non era stabile. Per la partenza, dovevamo raggiungere l'aeroporto di Monaco. C'era un bus Lufthansa Airport Express proprio fuori dall'hotel, con corse ogni 20 minuti. È molto comodo ed economico rispetto al treno.

La camera è pulita e il personale è molto gentile. Ho chiesto l'acqua calda e mi hanno prestato la pentola elettrica. La posizione è molto vicina alla stazione centrale e alla fermata dell'autobus Lufthansa Express dall'aeroporto, quindi è molto comoda per andare fuori città o per raggiungere l'aeroporto, essendo piuttosto vicina allo snodo dei trasporti. Anche il terminal degli autobus è raggiungibile a piedi. La camera ha ancora la chiave, non la serratura elettrica, ma è possibile lasciarla alla reception e riprenderla al ritorno. C'è anche un deposito bagagli.
