Quando arrivavo dietro, la stanza era una stanza di carico, ma indipendentemente dall'aspetto della stanza, la stanza era molto nuova.Il soggiorno era in Giappone, in estate, e la temperatura giornaliera era fino a 37 gradi.E il nuovo clima freddo della stanza era abbastanza caldo, vale la pena lodare! Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. A very pleasant stay in Ureshino Onsen area. The hotel is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms compared to typical business hotels in Japan. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have its own onsen, there are excellent public hot springs just nearby, which made the experience unique and relaxing. The location is quiet and perfect for unwinding, especially for travelers looking to enjoy nature and hot springs. Staff were polite and helpful, and the facilities were simple but convenient. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

酒店只有10間客房，設施新淨， 10分乾淨，日式和風，露天風裏有按摩功能，工作人員態度10分良好，會打電話來提醒吃晚飯和早飯，原本需要提早離開酒店，不能享用晚飯，酒店特別安排在早一個時間安排早飯，十分之體貼的服務。而且食物質素非常高質。水壓足夠。安排在獨立房間吃飯，私人感10分充足。

This hotel hosts many traveling workers. Rooms was small but clean. Location close to the train station. Frespo mall is a 5 minutes walk away. Free parking if you’re driving. Room comes with breakfast so that was good. Breakfast is local cuisine, which explains why local workers stay here. Receptionists were very helpful and spoke some English. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.

Highly recommend this hot spring hotel! It perfectly captures the traditional Japanese style. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor baths, and the matcha green tea–style hot spring was truly unique—it left my skin feeling incredibly smooth thanks to the special water quality. Both dinner and breakfast were authentic Japanese meals, and the service was professional. A free shuttle to/from the JR station is also provided. An excellent stay!

The room size was decent, plenty of entertainment on Level 1 *some are not free* and a foot bath right in front of the hotel. Put some mosquito repellent, we didn't even get to sit more than 5 mins because of mosquitoes. Loved their dinner buffet. Thanks to the free alcoholic drinks we got to sample a few different types of sake. The food was good and for the breakfast French toast was the best. The dinner buffet timing was only 1.5 hours but it was more than enough for us. The room pricing isn’t cheap but it’s definitely worth the value if you just want to spend a quiet and relaxing evening inside the hotel after visiting some of the attractions around the area.

L'hotel è nella posizione migliore, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Anche se cercare qualcosa da mangiare richiederebbe un passeggiata di circa 400 - 1000 m, la sua managablr. La stanza è di solito piccola. Un grande bagaglio potrebbe essere combattuto. Il bagno pubblico è buono, con un solo tubo grande. staffs are helpful and room is spacious, very close to Tosu station and some good restaurants nearby just the parking fee info hasn't been updated, now isn't 200yen per stay but isn't a big problem as there is a multistorey nearby, staff also suggested to park there

È una bella gioia stare a Suginoya, un lussuoso ryokan a Saga. Il nostro pranzo di carne sukiyaki saga era davvero memorabile, perché la qualità della carne era di prima qualità - così morbido, ma delizioso, qualcosa che ricordiamo per molto tempo. Ci sono stati rilassati nel bagno privato e pubblico, si sono soffocati nelle vibrazioni del hotel e si sono trovati in una camera spaziosa e confortevole. Il 100% raccomandato, perché ci sentivamo completamente distrutti come se fosse la nostra luna di miele di nuovo!
