Hotel a 3 stelle in Prefettura di Nagasaki, Giappone

I was quite disappointed with this booking made via Trip.com. I specifically booked a Deluxe Japanese Western style room with an outdoor hot bath, as the outdoor hot bath was a key reason for choosing this room. Upon check-in, I discovered that there was no outdoor hot bath, and I was informed that the room I had booked was not available. Initially, I was told that I had booked a room that did not include a hot tub. However, after checking my booking details, it was clear that the room I reserved was indeed supposed to come with an outdoor hot bath. To their credit, the hotel staff did try to assist by finding a last-minute alternative room that still had a bathtub that comes with a view. However, this replacement room had a much more limited view compared to the original room we had chosen, and it was not equivalent to what was advertised and booked. Additionally, the window in the room was quite flimsy and dirty, and with the temperature being rather cold, this further affected the comfort of the stay. Because we had a very limited itinerary, a significant amount of time was spent resolving this issue and arranging a replacement room. As a result, some of our planned activities had to be cancelled, which further impacted the overall experience. Overall, this was a rather disappointing experienc eespecially because this was the first time I had booked this type of room as a surprise for my girlfriend, who was really looking forward to the outdoor hot bath. Unfortunately, the key feature that made this booking special was missing, which significantly affected the stay. I hope that Trip.com can take note of this issue and ensure that rooms are marked as unavailable once fully booked, to prevent similar situations from happening to other guests.

Il volo è stato ritardato da SFO Tokyo a Nagasaki. Temevo fosse tardi e l'hotel ha dichiarato che la reception chiudeva alle 22:00. Amazing hotel stay at Fav Lux. We were pleasantly surprised that it is under the same group as Seven x Seven itoshima which we stayed a few days ago because the amenities and check in was exactly the same. We love the spacious room and comfortable bed and pillows. The kitchen is good and the shower is very nice too. The coffee at reception is June Coffee and it is very good too. We hope to stay here again.

The room is clean and spacious and the staff is nice. The location is super convenient that closed to the China Street for dinning and we can go shopping at the street near the hotel.

Non mi aspettavo niente da stare in questo hotel, perché era il doppio di qualsiasi cosa nella zona. Ma è davvero un gemma nascosto! La posizione è perfetta per esplorare Nagasaki, nel cuore della città cinese, molti piatti nella zona, e un tram in prossimità. L'ingresso è tra due edifici e non ovvio a prima vista, ma le mappe di Google vi porterà lì. L'hotel ha una vibrazione retro e non sembra un hotel commerciale tradizionale, ma ha bisogno? Letti grandi comodi, grandi camere (molto più spaziose di quanto si aspetta di trovare in Giappone), tutte le attrazioni che si desidera dentro. La descrizione non menzionava un frigo, ma ne avevamo uno nella nostra stanza. Non c'era vista, ma non ci ha disturbati. Buona colazione a un prezzo ragionevole. L'unico punto in basso è che non hanno un lavastoviglie in hotel, ma ci sono alcuni nella zona. A mio parere, è più che valore per i soldi!

Location is great. Breakfast buffet spread were amazingly delicious and good. Love the indoor onsen spa full facilities. Quiet and nice environment except the room is a little dusty and bathroom sink has a bit of Urine smell. Good stay and will consider staying here again for the amazing breakfast spread and onsen spa. Hotel is generous to supply complimentary laundry washer at no charge. Dryer is affordable at 100yen for 30mins spin. Very generous and considerate for hotel guests. Complimentary supper Ramen and ice cream. Well done and staffs were friendly and helpful .

La posizione è ottima, proprio vicino a Tenjin, dall'altra parte del fiume c'è Nakasu, c'è un minimarket al piano di sotto e molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. L'ascensore dell'hotel è molto piccolo e può ospitare solo tre o quattro persone. Fortunatamente, noi abitavamo al secondo piano e potevamo usare le scale. L'hotel non pulisce le camere ogni giorno, ma solo i cestini della spazzatura. Ogni stanza ha dimensioni diverse e alcune sono più difficili da aprire.
