Hotel a 4 stelle in Aceh, Indonesia

I booked this room for my boss, Mr. Fahmi, and his wife, and specifically requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, they were not given the room type requested, and the staff even told my boss’s wife that no such request was made — despite me clearly indicating “non-smoking room” under the special request section. The check-in process was also slow. Bellman, restaurant staffers, housekeeping were good.. Except for the concierge team working on the 13th, there is a need to improve attentiveness to special requests. My boss’s wife cannot tolerate cigarette smells (asthmatic), and considering we booked well in advance, it’s disappointing that even one non-smoking room couldn’t be provided.  Please have your manager contact me regarding this matter.
