Hotel a 3 stelle in Sardegna, Italia

Hai tutto quello che paghi, non hai le basi, non hai le frittelle, il personale è amichevole e aiutato con il mio caso, perché non c'è ascensore. La TV remota era temperamentale, questo è stato riportato e mi è stato detto che avrei ricevuto una sostituzione il giorno dopo, nessuna sostituzione è venuta, ma non era molto solo canali italiani. La macchina del caffè nella stanza era preriempita con acqua, ma i tazze di caffè devono essere acquistati separatamente.  La lavastoviglie aveva crack, la doccia era stata colpita inizialmente, ma presto si è raffreddata quasi fredda. Il letto doppio è stato fatto di due materassi singole che non erano quindi accantonati, nel mezzo del sonno la due società divisa di circa 6 pollici .La strada è comunque ragionevolmente tranquilla sera, Prima di mattina le aziende vicine vede vuote le bottiglie vuote la sera precedente nella bara direttamente sotto la mia stanza. C'è anche una scuola vicino, dove i piccoli si riuniscono in attesa che le porte si aprassero, il discorso eccitato non mi ha molestato, ma forse alcuni. Grande posizione per buone negozi/restauranti/caffè, treni e autobus e facile passeggiata alla bella Marina.

We absolutely loved our stay at Il Nuovo Gabbiano. The location is fantastic, right next to the port and in the centre of everything. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away! The view from the balcony was incredible with stunning views of the sea and mountains. Despite it being right next to the port, noise was minimal. Breakfast was extra at €14pp each day however we chose to buy juice and pastries from the nearby supermarket to have out on the balcony every morning. The room was fairly big and contained a mini bar (only containing bottles of water) and coffee/tea making facilities. The hotel itself was clean and the staff were always friendly and helpful. There’s no parking, however we parked in the port across the road for €6 per day. We came later in the day so we managed to find a spot, it gets quite packed early morning. The hotel restaurant does great food, I would recommend the Sardinian ravioli with potatoes and cheese!

We vonden de locatie leuk met uitzicht op zee , maar omdat de hotel langs een weg was ,was onwijs veel lawaai s’ochtends.Je kon s’ochtends niet uitslapen We vonden onze kamer  ook niet zo schoon.

The hotel is located in the centre of Cagliari.Very close to restaurants, bars and also short walking distance. Good customer service..Overall,I love the antique interior design.. especially the lift and the room decorations. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the front desk for giving his best service due to our early departure.He told us he could provide us early breakfast as we need to leave the hotel by 6 in the morning. Likewise,the breakfast was served right in front of our room. Highly recommended!!!Good service!!!

Mi è piaciuto molto questo hotel! È a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e dal porto turistico e si trova nel centro storico della città. Il personale è stato davvero cordiale e accomodante. La camera era molto pulita e soprattutto il bagno, grazie alla donna delle pulizie! Fa un lavoro incredibile. Il letto e i cuscini erano comodi. In breve, questo hotel è stato fantastico. Anche la colazione era decente. Lo consiglio!

Ero un po’ titubante all’inizio visto le varie recensioni negative ma posso totalmente smentire il tutto. Camera perfetta, pulita e accogliente. Letto comodissimo. La struttura è in centro quindi comodo per qualsiasi esigenza. Alessandro è stato gentilissimo dall’inizio alla fine. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare presso questa struttura! Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno in Sardegna. La padrona di casa è stata molto accogliente, gentile e sempre positiva, facendoci sentire come a casa. La colazione era buona e la posizione è eccellente: a circa 10 minuti a piedi sia dalla costa che dal centro storico. Gli unici inconvenienti sono stati gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia intasati per tutta la durata del soggiorno e il costo del cambio asciugamani di 4 € a persona. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno e apprezzato la calorosa ospitalità.

Séjour fantastique, jamais rencontré uine responsable aussi extraordinaire ainsi que son personnel! toujours aux petits soins et très arrengeants, toujours présents. L'hôtel est calme et paisible c'est un petit havre de paix à 5 mn de la superbe plage cappricioli.

The staff were very friendly, spoke great English which was really helpful. The room was clean and had all of the essentials, even really good air conditioning. The hotel is in a perfect location, very close to local restaurants and shops. Breakfast was nice, always a good selection and fresh coffee. And the character of the building makes it all better, such a unique hotel and a great experience!

Amazing location in Olbia old town, closed to Piazza Regina Margherita. Very vibrant with lots of bars around and music on Saturday night! Lovely place, with all the necessities. Nice coffee machine to have an espresso in the morning. Very clean! Owner was very helpful and responding on WhatsApp, he came also to fix a little thing in the bath very fast. I recommend! I was sad to stay only 1 day!
