Hotel a 3 stelle in Emilia-Romagna, Italia

In generale l'hotel è buono, solo che è un po' vecchiotto Buon servizio, personale cordiale e attento La colazione è buona e abbastanza varia La posizione non è delle migliori ma per il prezzo non ci si può aspettare che sia in centro Fondamentalmente l'hotel mi è piaciuto

The “hotel” isn’t exactly a hotel. It’s in an apartment/residential building (1st floor from ground level - I’d call this the 2nd floor, but they would disagree here). I was a bit disappointed when I wanted to bring my bags a couple hours before check-in so I could walk around the city. Hotels are usually good about this; however, the “front desk person” for this “hotel” comes by appointment. Again, this isn’t a hotel, even though it’s advertised to be. I found out that you need to give them 48 hours notice if you plan to come by earlier (I didn’t see this information anywhere prior to check-in). Overall, the space was clean, spacious and cool (the AC was the best part). The bathroom is modern and quite nice. The noise level was a bit much, as the room faces the street. Also, I had really hoped to use the laundry services (for additional charge) as shown on the Trip.com listing but again, I was told at check-in that I needed to give 48 hours notice for this, and that it’s not something they offer anyway. The front desk person told me there is a laundry mat near by (four minute walk, make sure to have coins). I’m being completely transparent in this review, not to be a ****, but to be informative. I felt a bit misled, so please, if you have any special requests, make sure to share those with the front desk 48 HOURS BEFORE check-in. You can ring the doorbell (labeled “Casa Alessandrini”) outside the building all you want, but no one will come to let you in unless they are there. 👍

Hotel moderno sia nelle parti esterne che nelle parti interne comuni. Camera confortevole tutta rivestita in legno. Comoda per ristoranti e bar nel quartiere intorno. Vicina alla piazza centrale che dista a soli 20minuti circa a piedi e quindi anche raggiungibile senza mezzi.

L'acqua è stata addebitata al prezzo del minibar. È un hotel dall'atmosfera retrò. Tenete presente che non c'è l'ascensore. La zona della colazione era pulita e aveva una bella atmosfera! Il riscaldamento era buono, quindi faceva caldo anche se a Bologna faceva freddo.

Great Value Stay with Character – Some Fixes Needed!! 8/10 ! This property offers a unique experience with its beautiful, historic setting near Bologna. The grand alley, antique decor, spacious living room, and modern touches like AC and smart TVs make it feel both classic and comfortable. Parking is easy, and the detailed directions are helpful—just make sure to complete online check-in to get all the access codes. Pros: • Peaceful location in nature, yet close to Bologna. • Clean bedsheets, AC, and modern TVs. • Impressive decor and spacious common areas. • Plenty of parking space. Cons: • Room and bathroom doors are thin wood, noisy, and not well insulated. • Bathroom shower door has water leakage issues, from bathroom to hallway to our bedroom—needs fixing. • Beds are typical Tuscan style, not very stable but nice and new bed sheets! • No mosquito nets, though AC keeps the room cool. • Shared kitchen is downstairs; hair dryer didn’t fit any socket… Overall, it’s one of the best stays in Tuscany at this price range. Just avoid bringing a sports car—the village roads are in very very poor condition.

Il personale della reception è molto accogliente, utile e multilingue, e anche la signora della pulizia è molto lieto, che mi ha fatto sentire molto benvenuta. La posizione dell'hotel nel centro storico della città è perfetta per esplorare le viste, gli shopping e il cibo fuori (il mercato coperto con i suoi bar e ristoranti è proprio intorno all'angolo). La stazione ferroviaria è a 8-10min passeggiata. La stanza era pratica e conveniente: i mobili non erano più moderni ma ben mantenuti e c'era un ufficio, un frigo, un camion e una piccola TV. La camera da bagno era piccola e dovevo scorrere intorno alla porta per raggiungere il bacino, ma tutto era pulito. La mia camera da letto aveva un letto da letto, un letto da letto, che conosco solo in Italia. Ho dormito bene, ma l'unica cosa che era un po' negativa era che potessi sentire i tuoi vicini attraverso le pareti. Il pranzo è stato servito con una scelta se cereali, giochi, tagli e formaggi freddi, pane e croissant, nonché il vero caffè italiano preparato fresco.

Struttura fronte mare camera essenziale buono il materasso con un bel topper molto pulita la stanza e devo dire anche la colazione non è male. Piccola pecca la silenziosità delle camere, non sono insonorizzate e un gruppetto di ragazzini è rientrato alle 3:30 facendo un bel chiasso in corridoio e una volta nelle stanze si sentiva il loro parlare.

Ottimo soggiorno! Hotel moderno e pulito. Servizi impeccabili, personale gentile e colazione abbondante con prodotti di qualità. Consigliatissimo!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso all'Hotel Prestige! Dalla nostra arrivo, il personale ci ha resi benvenuti con la loro accoglienza calda e il loro servizio amichevole. Tutti erano gentili, utili e ci hanno sempre salutati con un sorriso. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta, rendendola un luogo rilassante per tornare dopo un giorno di esplorazione. Il colazione ha offerto una buona varietà di opzioni fresche e deliziose, e la posizione dell'hotel era conveniente, con facile accesso alla spiaggia, trasporto pubblico e attrazioni vicine. Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero un servizio eccellente per i clienti, il personale è andato oltre e sopra per assicurarsi di avere tutto quello che ci serviva, e le loro raccomandazioni sono state molto utili. Raccomandiamo al massimo Hotel Prestige a chiunque visiti Rimini. Grazie per aver reso il nostro viaggio così piacevole saremmo felici di rimanere qui di nuovo!
