Hotel 5 stelle a Sydney

Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

I have stayed at now 3 of your properties, the hard product is great and service, efficiency etc five star. I have found consistency lacking in soft product ie- * advertised st ali coffee pods in rooms - had Nespresso  Last week I visited the Newcastle hotel for 2 night and everything was amazing should be rolled out to all properties  I.e * Byredo products       * St Ali in room pods and oat milk      * Water filter stations on each level

Recensione del Porterhouse Sydney Posizione eccellente, soggiorno di 6 giorni complessivamente accettabile. Il sito web dell'hotel lo presenta come un edificio storico unico, ma l'edificio principale del Porterhouse è in realtà un ristorante. Gli ospiti alloggiano in un edificio storico di 13 piani adiacente, ristrutturato; i due edifici sono collegati, ma la descrizione è fuorviante. La camera era piuttosto impolverata e la zona della testiera del letto non era stata pulita a fondo da diversi giorni. Il pigiama era gettato alla rinfusa in un angolo del comodino, senza alcun ordine. Trattandosi di un boutique hotel, la pulizia e la cura dei dettagli necessitano di miglioramenti.

A bit of a hit and miss. Some things were brilliant (great barista made coffee at breakfast! Eco friendly with even their teabags!) and some things were not so brilliant (massive queues to check in and check out as only 2 desks! Only found out on the last day of our 6 day stay that there was a breakfast menu you can order from and not only eat from the buffet but staff never offered it! Random maintenance men entering our room at 9am even thought we pre-agreed the time was to be 12 noon! No heating in first room leading to a change in rooms but without a bathtub and without apologies! Had to wait til 1am for a small portable fan heater to be delivered and heat the room! Credit offered for no heating not actually being applied to the final invoice! Room service ordering app doesn’t work! Etc etc). After my complaints were raised Emma did her best to try to help.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at W Sydney. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and we were fortunate to be assigned a room on the 27th floor with a fantastic view of Darling Harbour. One thoughtful touch was the umbrella provided in the room, which came in very handy as the weather was rainy during our first two days in Sydney. The staff were also friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist whenever needed. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodation, and stunning harbour views made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Sydney.

Let's start with the positives: - Location is perfect, 5min away from Circular Quay, 10min walk from the shopping area of Pitt street. Right in the city center. - Staff is nice, giving small gift to our kid. Breakfast is also quite good. - We were able to do an early check-in at 10am without surcharge, which was very nice after an overnight flight. Now for the negatives: - Room is small and basic for a 5 star hotel, shower room is very simple, you'd expect more for a premium brand like Mariott at a price of 500 AUD for a night. - The harbor bridge view room is absolutely not worth it: you need to be at your window and looking on the right to see it. Completely useless. The real view is currently a construction site. Very disappointing. - Cleaning is not done properly: there were still some crumbs on the floor after the room was cleaned, and worth, there were 3 pairs for previous guests slippers under the bed! To conclude, it's not worth it. Next time I'll probably stay again at the Shangri-La for a similar pricing.

La stanza era magnifica e il personale era caldo, attento e veramente utile. Ci hanno aiutato a organizzare i piani di visibilità intorno alla città e anche raccomandato una stessa visita online ‑giorno Hunter Valley, che si è rivelata un'enfasi. Grazie a tutta la squadra per aver reso la luna di miele così memorabile. Molto consigliata! Ho allegato una foto della vista dalla nostra stanza.

Ottimo luogo. Più vicino a tutto. Personale amichevole. Buona stanza di dimensioni.Abbiamo prenotato una stanza superiore con due letti grandi. Facile da adattare alla nostra famiglia di due adulti e due bambini. La manutenzione delle case potrebbe essere migliorata. La stanza è pulita in generale, ma non presta attenzione ai dettagli. Ad esempio, alcune superfici sono polverizzate. Il carpetto può essere fatto con un accurato vuoto. I bagni usati possono essere appeso o piegato. Non è semplicemente lasciato sul sedile piegato.

Abbiamo avuto una splendida esperienza a Langham per il nostro anniversario di matrimonio! Ho dimenticato quanto mi piace il marchio Langham. Dalle corde rosa intorno al papier toilette fino alle strutture di dormire (chiediamo la miscela di polvere da letto e il diffusore della stanza) alla tecnica di massaggio a occhio terzo e al tè camomilla prima del letto, ci sentiamo completamente appassiti e curati. La nostra cena di festa è stata prenota con un bel pranzo di bicchiere sulla vista fantastica della casa dell'opera. La colazione in camera è stata consegnata in tempo e la quantità cosi' grande. Il ragazzo della campana spagnola era utile e amichevole. Abbiamo anche un'ampia vista sul porto per il nostro piacere. La posizione è stata conveniente per camminare a Barangaroo o le Rock, per la navetta o la metropolitana. Molto piacevole di aver scelto The Langham, è stata assolutamente la giusta decisione per noi!

Molto bella vista dalle nostre vedove. Ci sono molti tipi di ristoranti sul pavimento. Ma se chiudete la finestra, la prova sonora è eccellente, che di solito voglio raccomandare. Le cose sono amiche e utili, disposte a dare consigli se siete i primi visitatori. Qui hanno una sala da ballo proprio al di là della ricezione, che tiene eventi personali diversi ogni notte. Mi piace la vibe che significa che è un posto popolare e sicuro. L'hotel è amichevole per coloro che viaggiano con i cani. Hanno un letto speciale e cibo per i cani. Ma non ne abbiamo bisogno e la porta di rete del cane si è spezzata molto presto la mattina. Eravamo a posto con esso. D'altro canto, l'hotel va troppo. Il colazione è tutto per vegetariani. Sì, tutti. Come ospite, non c'è scelta. Questo è l'unico punto che odio particolarmente: qualunque cosa tu voglia, non spingere gli altri a fare qualcosa, soprattutto quando si gestisce un'impresa.
