Hotel a 3 stelle in Giava Orientale, Indonesia

We choose to stay in Swiss-Bel due to our great experience with Ciputra in Semarang which is owned by Swiss-Bel. Unfortunately, Swiss-Bel Surabaya can't compete with Ciputra Semarang. Both hotels have similar pricing, but Ciputra has a much better atmosphere and amenities. Swiss-Bel Surabaya has no bar area. The breakfast is served in the lobby where guests check-in and people outside walk by. The food choice is much less than Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. However, the hotel itself is good and breakfast sufficient if you don't compare it with Ciputra and Swiss-Bel Malang. One thing which absolutely needs to be improved is that jam, chocolate paste and peanut paste should be served in cups, not jars where guests have to scoop out the sweetness themselves with a knife or spoon. This is unhygienic and not tasteful.

Super good location. 5min walk to Tunjungan Mall, the best n biggest mall in Surabaya. Near to many good restaurant. Stuff was friendly. Everything looks new n clean. Bed is comfy n not too soft. Just to my liking. Breakfast serve mostly traditional local food n some international selections, not too many varieties but ok for my 2 night stay.

Diponegoro No. 215 in Wonokromo, it’s close to major attractions like Korea Park, Thor Square, Ciputra World Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, and BG Junction. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

Good location near river and Tunjungan plaza which is a massive mall and loads of places to eat including food courts. Clothing especially from Indonesian stores are good value. Hotel very clean and comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom little small in family room but good to have separate seating area with more space. Breakfast not bad not loads of options but perfectly fine. NB: very very steep hill to get to front entrance which is near impossible for a taxi to climb with a turn as well.

Very low standards of cleanliness. After checking in, I asked for the floors to be washed because there was dust and small debris everywhere. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

Great place to stay in surabaya, lots of foods around there and near public places

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.

Situazione nel centro di surabaya, si può andare a nord, ovest, est facilmente - media distanza. Il cibo è delizioso è solo ok recommandato per l'hotel di transito, dove si richiede un po' di tempo per riposare.
