Overall, I am very satisfied with Swiss-Belinn Tunjungan Surabaya. All the staff members at the hotel were approachable, professional, and accommodating. I would have been more satisfied if the floor in the shower booth was more clean, but I say this only to nitpick at what little problem they might have there. On the flip side, from airport pick up service to room cleaning, laundry service, or receptionist’s customer engagement were very professional. I would not only recommend the place to those who want to visit Surabaya, bur I myself would use this place again.

vivere a Kampi per soggiornare durante le vacanze di Natale. vicino a TP e Tunjungan Street (potete camminare, solo a pochi passi da 5-10mins). c'era il Parco Apsari e un sacco di cibo da seblak locale, riso fritto a Burger King, McDonalds, C'era un pub/club proprio intorno alla strada da Kampi. La stanza era molto spaziosa, anche se non avevano un bagno. Prima di tutto, hanno fornito ogni roomi con TV android, così si può trasmettere il tuo show preferito su netflix, Il video prima, ecc., sarà certamente tornato qui per un'altra breve vacanza.

La posizione dell'hotel è facile da trovare, il servizio è molto caldo, la camera è spaziale, le strutture sono complete e si sente come casa! Molto buono! È un hotel che vale la pena di rimanere per viaggi, vacanze e viaggi d'affari!

Good location near river and Tunjungan plaza which is a massive mall and loads of places to eat including food courts. Clothing especially from Indonesian stores are good value. Hotel very clean and comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom little small in family room but good to have separate seating area with more space. Breakfast not bad not loads of options but perfectly fine. NB: very very steep hill to get to front entrance which is near impossible for a taxi to climb with a turn as well.

Hotel vecchio ma ben mantenuto. Camere r enorme n pulito n l'ac è molto freddo n io amo. L'unica cosa meno è che il canale TV , nessun Hbo/Cinemax. Colazione non molto varietà ma gusto ok. Personale r molto utile. Raccomanda fr questo hotel.

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.

Situazione nel centro di surabaya, si può andare a nord, ovest, est facilmente - media distanza. Il cibo è delizioso è solo ok recommandato per l'hotel di transito, dove si richiede un po' di tempo per riposare.
