Setiap ke Sidoarjo selalu nginap di hotel ini… lebih worth it dibanding yang lain harga dan fasilitas sesuai… dekat mall pastinya dan recomended lah buat yang ke Sidoarjo

We found the location excellent. The pick up and drop off for travellers a very good service. Our room was comfortable and clean, all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu has a wide range of options. We used Swiss Belinn each time we passed through Surabaya and that would indicate that we found it excellent value.

Sono molto soddisfatto. Il servizio sanitario è molto premuroso. La prossima volta prenderò in considerazione l'idea di soggiornare con i miei amici. La cosa più importante è che anche l'igiene è molto buona.

Forse l'unica denuncia su questo hotel, solo il custode, hanno davvero fatto la pulizia così presto a 09.00 am, battere la porta, e dopo 1PM stanno pulendo con ”magica” ma non hanno funzionato hahahahahaa ... La stanza è ancora sporca e sporca

This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart. Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste. The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget. I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution. But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby. I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

The location is closed to high way entrance and the surrounding has a lot of restaurants and food. Since it is on the main road the traffic has started in earlier morning

One of the best hotel in Banyuwangi I love staying there. I cannot describe how great are all staff there very helpful special thanks to the kichen staff and reception to good keep it up .see you next time.♥️❤️🤎

It’s a decent hotel located in center of Surabaya near to Tunjungan Plaza and Jalan Tunjungan. The room is very standard to everything one person need for few nights stay… nothing fancy. I was assigned room with amazing view from 6th floor. The room is clean and neat and I love that they have smart TV. Wifi is pretty fast and reliable too. One thing for improvement is foul smell on the hallway. I think it’s due to the aging building. However, staffs clean the hallway carpet regularly. I would surely return to this hotel if I go back to Surabaya.

Ho soggiornato nella NUOVA Deluxe Queenbed Room. La camera dispone di un letto queen-size e di una smart TV (YouTube, Netflix, ecc. disponibili: basta accedere con il proprio account). Ho prenotato una camera all'ottavo piano: Wi-Fi veloce fino a 30 Mbps e una splendida vista sul cielo notturno. Punti salienti: Colazione varia e deliziosa. È disponibile un menu completo: antipasti, colazione a buffet, angolo dedicato alle uova, piatti asiatici e occidentali (foto allegate). Posizione strategica, vicino a un centro commerciale, all'Università di Brawijaya e all'Università di Muhammadiyah. Accettazione di GoFood e GrabFood. Di sera, ci sono tantissime ottime opzioni di cibo nelle vicinanze: dal penyetan, al martabak, al riso fritto rosso e altro ancora, tutti con consegna a domicilio entro 0-30 minuti. Parcheggio gratuito per gli ospiti dell'hotel, sia nella hall che nel seminterrato. Personale cordiale e pulizia eccellente! Auguro un futuro di successo allo Swiss-Belinn Malang!
