"Recentemente sono rimasto all'Hotel Jayaram e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza in generale. Le camere erano ben mantenute e confortevoli, e il servizio era buono. Mi è piaciuto particolarmente il servizio in camera, che era rapido ed efficiente.
Tuttavia, uno svantaggio era che il letto era composto da due letti singoli, che si raffiguravano, rendendo un po' difficile accogliere un bambino comodamente.Il cibo era semplicemente ok, non eccezionale, ma decente.
Uno dei maggiori vantaggi di questo hotel è la sua posizione centrale, rendendolo conveniente per esplorare la città. Se stai cercando un soggiorno confortevole con un buon servizio nel cuore della città, l'Hotel Jayaram è una scelta solida."

The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India.
The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada.
The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable.
Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard.
Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect.
It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle.
Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel.

The hotel is nestled in the French town part of Pondicherry which is within walking distance to the promenade and the numerous cafés and restraints scattered around. The staff are cordial, the place neat and spacious. The hotel does neither have a parking no area for cars nor facility for drivers. Overall an enjoyable stay.

Avevo un'incredibile permanenza all'Hotel Aura, vero per il suo nome, l'aura del posto era davvero buona. La posizione è molto decente, con tutte le attrazioni vicine, tutti i luoghi turistici sono meno di 5 minuti da questo luogo. Il ristorante era delizioso, la nostra permanenza era eccellente, sicura e soddisfacente.

A beautiful Chettinad-French Heritage Home converted to a luxury stay by CGH Earth. Very well maintained. Valet Parking is available.
This place gives a different kind of soothing vibes. Authentic and minimalist.
The staff are warm and welcoming, they will describe you about the history and activities humbly. They are also very polite and helpful too.

Staff are helpful and friendly, breakfast at the designated restaurant is very good! I would recommend this hotel to a friend based in the two points I mentioned. It’s about 10-15 minute walk from the beach area and very close to one of the temples.

Ha avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso! La proprietà è perfettamente situata e le camere sono belle. Solo il problema poteva parcheggiare, e non aveva un ristorante, ma forniscono crockery se ordinate dall'esterno.

Recentemente sono rimasto a Benvenuto Grand Residence, ed è stata un'eccellente esperienza da parte del tempo, le camere erano spaziose, pulite e ben mantenute, fornendo una combinazione perfetta di comfort e lusso. I letti erano molto confortevoli, e le strutture erano state fornite con pensiero, rendendo il mio soggiorno ancora più piacevole.
La cosa che si è resa veramente eccezionale è stata l’ospitalità, il personale era incredibilmente caldo e accogliente, sempre pronto a assistere con un sorriso. Da un processo di check-in senza problemi al loro servizio immediato, tutto era gestito in modo efficiente. La manutenzione di casa era di prima qualità, assicurando un soggiorno confortevole e senza problemi.

The hotel scores only for its location. Classic rooms are small with ergonomic issues. Rooms have started showing their age. However, the most disappointing is the breakfast. Forget spread, even refill takes time. Severely mismanaged - understaffed, no bowls present for taking liquid items have to keep asking staff multiple times. And they will keep only one jug of fruit juice - causing mayhem and rush among-st guests. And after 3-4 jugs they replace it with canned juice.
