Innanzitutto, vorrei ringraziare lo staff per l'impegno e l'assistenza durante il mio soggiorno. Le dimensioni della camera sono buone. Il letto era comodo e pulito. Tuttavia, penso che l'hotel dovrebbe prestare attenzione al bagno, che emanava cattivo odore ed era poco pulito. Inoltre, consiglio di rimuovere la tenda perché sembra sporca e di sostituire il soffione della doccia perché era rotto e schizzava ovunque, bagnando completamente il pavimento del bagno.

The impressions were mixed, the hotel has a very good location, it is close to the sea, but to get there by a short route - you have to walk through unpleasant narrow streets and squeeze between buildings, if a bike starts to go towards you, then you have to go back or squeeze into the wall - this is very inconvenient. We also tried to get to the beach by bike, and there was a paid access, if you are on transport - this does not apply to the hotel, but in general, it looks like nonsense. The hotel itself looks very stylish, and the interiors are good. However, the room has poor soundproofing. The bathroom is also inconvenient, as it lacks privacy. Not only is it covered with glass instead of a solid door, but it also allows a lot of sound to pass through. At 3 a.m., a rooster started crowing in the private sector near the hotel. The crowing was extremely loud, and it sounded as if the rooster was in the same room as us. I couldn't get enough sleep because of this, and my entire experience was ruined. On the positive side, the hotel offers a delicious and well-executed breakfast. The room we stayed in had two air conditioners, which made it easy to adjust the temperature. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. However, soundproofing and a good night's sleep are crucial for me, so I don't think I'll be returning.

Stavo qui per 2 notti, in generale buono. Ci sono servizi in camera per cibo e vista sulla piscina. Sono d'aiuto per fornire noleggio di moto. Doccia testa un po' di fuga quando si fa la doccia, ma in generale era tutto bene.

Senza dubbio il miglior ostello in cui abbia mai soggiornato. Le camere sono spaziose. Hanno un'ottima privacy. Hanno una cassaforte, il materasso e la trapunta sono incredibili. Sembra che tu sia a casa. I servizi dell'hotel sono molto buoni. Ha una piscina e una jacuzzi sul tetto, sono molto buone. I bagni sono puliti. In generale, consiglio vivamente questo ostello se andate a Canggu Bali, ma assicuratevi di arrivarci, non ve ne pentirete. È un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

However, I regret to inform you that our experience was marred by an unfortunate issue. After our second night, we encountered a bed bug infestation in our room, which was a significant concern. This experience left us disappointed, as it impacted what otherwise would have been a perfect stay. I kindly request that you pay closer attention to room cleanliness, especially regarding the bedding. While minor issues like the occasional roach can be expected due to the local humidity, bed bugs represent a serious concern that can tarnish the reputation of an otherwise beautiful property. As a family who also runs a chain of hotels in Malaysia, I understand the importance of maintaining high standards of cleanliness, particularly when it comes to pests. I’m sharing this feedback not to criticize, but because I truly care about the hospitality industry and want to see it continue to grow and improve everywhere. I believe that Hotel Neo Jelantik has a lot of potential and is a beautiful property with a unique and classy design. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I would rate it a perfect 5/5 without hesitation. I would also like to personally acknowledge individuals such as Serina, the kind gentleman at the café, and the housekeeping team. Their dedication and warmth made our stay even more special and memorable. That said, I’d like to bring to your attention a minor concern. While I understand that the local humidity can occasionally lead to pests, we did notice the presence of a few roaches during our stay. I consider this a very small issue, but one worth mentioning.
