Hotel 4 stelle a Filadelfia

The hotel was situated around the block from my daughter’s home which we were here to pack for a move, which made it perfect - however the mandatory two night minimum during April - not a holiday wknd- seemed crazy. The room was fine, the balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool would have been fabulous in better weather - however the noise level was horrible. The bar, I assume, was very loud til quite late and the other guests could be heard early the next morning. All in all, it served a purpose and I paid for two nights when only able to stay for one because of the proximity to my daughter but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Would recommend to look elsewhere. Not worth it for the price you'll pay. The shuttle service does not run after 12.30am. when you’re exhausted and booked an airport hotel, you want it to be convenient, not a 10 min walk from the airport in the middle of the night. Ho avuto tinture sulle mutandine, le mutandine erano lucida, vecchie e inconfortabili, c’erano tinture sul divano piccolo e le mutandine morti nella macchina del caffè, la bagno si scioglie come un bagno pubblico. In generale, tale delusione dato che dovrebbe essere un hotel Marriott. Migliore prenotare da qualche parte più bello che offre un servizio di navetta durante la notte.

Il secondo soggiorno qui l'hotel stesso è pulito e molto comodo, le camere sono ben attrezzate. Il colazione è abbastanza buono. Questa volta abbiamo avuto un po' di lotta al check in che ha anche causato un problema al colazione il giorno successivo. La signora che ci ha controllati (Megan) mi ha chiesto quattro (4) volte se avevo bisogno di parcheggio e non mi credeva quando ho continuato a dire no. Ci ha anche detto che la nostra stanza non era pronta, anche se ci siamo reclutati alle 4:00, un'ora dopo l'orario di check-in, e ci ha detto che avremmo dovuto prendere una stanza di 2 regina invece di una stanza di re. Le ho detto che preferiremmo aspettare una stanza re perché è per questo che abbiamo pagato, e guarda, improvvisamente aveva una. Abbiamo pagato per colazione con il nostro soggiorno, ma lei ha dimenticato di dare i biglietti per colazione. È stato molto pesante quando siamo andati a colazione il giorno dopo e doveva insistere che abbiamo pagato per colazione. Ci hanno ancora dato un conto per colazione, ma dopo aver parlato con il desk, si è reso conto che era un errore. Erano gentili, ma era ancora molto difficile difendere il fatto che abbiamo già pagato per il colazione, dicendo che siamo il secondo gruppo quel giorno che il desk aveva dimenticato di dare biglietti per il colazione. In generale, oltre al popolo e alla cattiva causa, è stato un buon soggiorno. Spereremo un miglior servizio la prossima volta che torniamo.

The main advantage of 4211 Suites is its location. It is a practical option if you need to stay close to the University of Pennsylvania campus or nearby academic activities. For a short one-night stay, especially if you are in a rush, it can work. That said, it feels more like a basic student accommodation than a proper hotel. The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

Staying in the middle of city centre can be very expensive, but this hotel has cheaper offers than anywhere else in Philadelphia city with great value. Easy access to top tourist attractions by foot.  The room was surprisingly spacious for the money and definitely recommend anyone looking g for an accommodation In Philadelphia!

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.

Questa app non vi dice che il parcheggio per questo hotel è $62 per notte. La piscina era molto leggera ma bello. L'hotel era bello e pulito, personale amichevole. I prodotti di pasticceria all'interno del loro piccolo negozio erano deliziosi e giustamente prezzi. La vista dalla nostra stanza era anche fantastica!

Good location, near to Suburban train station. Walking distance about 15-20 minutes walk to Chinatown and the Marketplace. Would be better if housekeeping vacuum the floor.

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The biggest disappointment was the room itself. The room had no proper window. Instead of a normal window with a view or natural light, there was only a small round porthole, approximately 50×50 cm. This made the room feel dark, closed, and uncomfortable. When booking a hotel room, we expect a standard window, not a tiny round opening. This should be clearly stated in the room description before booking, so guests know exactly what they are paying for. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
