Hotel 4 stelle a Amritsar

Molto gentile e amichevole e utile personale ma al primo giorno sono arrivato presto al mattino alle 07:30 O alle 08:00 Credo che c'era un uomo signor Anuj che gli ho chiesto se è possibile controllare presto nel mio ufficio mi ha detto che prende un sedile e aspetta 10 minuti e dopo 10 minuti sono stato detto dal signor Anuj che la sua stanza è pronta, pensavo, ma dopo pochi minuti il signor Anuj ha detto che dovevo pagare 1500 più per il check-in precoce, poi ho lasciato l'hotel presto la mattina e sono tornato per il check-in alle 16:00 di qualcosa. Ma capisco che sono venuto prima, quindi è buono, ma anche il personale di servizio di stanza e di FO è grande. Ma in particolare, la signora che pulisce la mia stanza ogni giorno ho dimenticato di chiedere il suo nome, ma lei è molto brava a comunicare fornisce il miglior servizio grazie.

What a beautiful stay I had at this wonderful hotel. From the services (receptionist, bellboy, housekeeping, restaurant staff) being excellent to the cleanliness and the very modern looking hotel that this is. Requested the hotel to organise room deco for my wedding anniversary and Mr Manoj Sharma ensured to overdeliver with a beautiful deco and cake in the room which was a pleasent surprise for my wife. The food at the restaurant above is delicious and regardless if its breakfast buffet, high tea and/or dinner, the quality remains top notch and the service even better by their superb staff. Hotel is located within Hall Bazaar itself which makes it easy to walk around for shopping and also just a 5-10 mins ride to Sri Harmandir Sahib. Honestly, for a 4* hotel, this hotel had the people, food and facilities of a 5* hotel. Love everything bout this hotel and having celebrated my wedding anniversary here, this hotel will always remain special to me and my trip to Amritsar, India.

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary welcome drink. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

L'hotel aveva i suoi pro e cons. Anche se il cibo era delizioso e la stanza era pulita, la posizione era diffusa da un problema di drenaggio vicino. L'interno della stanza e la piscina al tetto erano grandi, ma il nido di uccelli causava disturbi. Nonostante ciò, il buffet è stato bello, rendendo per un soggiorno più piacevole.

Ho avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Regenta Place Amritsar, dove il servizio eccezionale e la posizione principale hanno fatto la differenza. Il personale si è reso conto che erano incredibilmente utili e accoglienti, andando oltre e oltre per garantire una buona esperienza, da check-in senza problemi precoce a risolvere rapidamente le esigenze che si sono manifestate . Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, offrendo un rilassante ritiro dopo un giorno di esplorazione, e il ristorante sul posto ha servito deliziose cibo con una vasta gamma di opzioni . La sua posizione confortevole vicino al tempio d'oro e altre attrazioni chiave hanno reso la città senza difficoltà.

The location is good, the room sizes are pretty good too. But thats the only good part. The room feels very odd, the beds, pillows, all furniture is discomforting. The TV is miniature sized. Overall, they could have done so much better with the service as well as room interiors for a much pleasant stay.

The rooms were very good. Neat and clean and maintained very well. The staff is courteous and very good with their hospitality. The food there is amazing and served hot. The hotel is also well located. The Golden temple was a 15 min walk from the hotel. The only negative if I have to call out is the external presence of the hotel.. seems like just a building on the road. The reception is at Level 1 which required one to climb a few stairs.

Overall new hotel, room has good interior but small size. Can't keep bags and open it. Daily morning no hot water, have to call for a bucket full water. Breakfast served in room only but no place to sit & eat, so we avoided it and went city side. Lunch, dinner out of question. No support from hotel fir taxi-cab. You need to manage on own. Hotel sold out to some new entrepreneur so management have no right hospitality guidelines yet. They even charge extra for water bottle. Any food is pure vegetarian only. ( but we didn't tried any lunch dinner) overall service is average.

In generale, è un buon hotel, il personale è amichevole e bello. La posizione è buona, ma l'hotel è piuttosto vecchio e deve essere ristrutturato con urgenza.
