Hotel 3 stelle a Kanpur

Property location was good. Food served at pebbles restaurant is marvelous and hygienic. Amenities are okay. Improvement is required towards promptness in housekeeping staff. In addition, issue of accumulation of water in washroom needs to be attended by the hotel on priority.

A beautiful treasure in Civil Lines Kanpur with Spacious Rooms, Beautiful fixtures and aesthetically build & well maintained property. Loved staying in the Little Chef everytime.

Hotel was good. I did not like the initial room i was offered, and it was immediately changed. Room was clean, room service was quick and all the staff were nice. The breakfast was good too. The location is convenient, main road with easy parking. Overall it was a good experience.

Ho prenotato l'hotel per tre giorni a mmt. È situato lontano dalla folla della città, ma non troppo lontano. Il check-in era senza problemi in nessun momento. La ricezione e il personale avevano un comportamento caldo pronto ad aiutare in tutti i modi possibili. Le tariffe della camera erano anche ragionevoli. Ac nella mia stanza non funzionava e dopo la denuncia, cambiarono e migliorarono la stanza senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La pulizia era grande. Il ristorante era anche molto delizioso.

Room service was very good. Staff was polite and prompt. Cleanliness was was also good. Mr abhay singh at reception was very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent as food street and metro station are few at steps. Maintanence and upgrade of hotel seems overdue, shows omers reluctant in this.

If i honestly rate the room out of 5 ratings. 1. Room spacious: 5/5 2. Room amenities: 4/5 3. Check in/check out: 5/5 4. Staff and reception: 5/5 5. Location : 3. 5/5 6. Ambience: 4. 5/5 7. Food : delicious 5/5 improve area- air conditioning systems. Not sufficient as per size of the room need more powerful as per my experience.
