Extraordinary experience! The room has a large balcony with a stunning view of snow mountains. Bed is clean and soft. Some chocolates and coffee are included. Basic amenities like towels, body wash, shampoo, hair dryer and slippers are included! Location is particularly awesome, exactly next to Grindelwald station. You literally step in the hotel right after you get off from your train. Breakfast is typical but well-served. Staff are very nice and provide clear guidance.

Amazing service from the staff. Convenient as it’s close to bus stops which is free of charge within Interlaken and easy enough to the main station (Interlaken Ost). Gorgeous view from the room and nice to have the breakfast included in the morning

The room is clean but tight for 2 pax. Chambermaid clean the room daily. Breakfast is delicious. The choice of food is the same for our stay for 6 days. But we are happy with it, especially the curry vegetarian and white jasmine rice and basic continental breakfast. We have good views of Jungfraujoch on clear day from our room. Bus 105 and 21 from interlaken west train station go directly to the hotel. It is a short walk of 2 mins to the hotel.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were very welcoming, but for some reason I had very little water pressure in the shower that night and the hotel forgot to provide me with shower gel.The toilet was flushing all night and I don't know why, but the hotel compensated me for breakfast the next day.Hopefully they will improve on these issues next time.

Molto vicino alla stazione di Bernie, si può camminare.L'hotel si trova a ovest della città di Bernie, e si dirige a est verso il centro della città antica. Il turismo a piedi è molto conveniente. It's right next to the Bahnhof and well served by all kinds of trams and buses, it's the best location. Good breakfast, nice staff who are also very friendly. The only issue is it seems needing some renovation for the rooms, there is some odors, slightly

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They are very patient to answer all our questions and assist us to book the ticket to the Jungfraujoch. Breakfast was nice. We have our dinner at their restaurant as well. The food was great, we were very much enjoy it. I love the onion soup. Of course, the waitress also very nice. Our room have the balcony, we have a nice Eiger view with just in front of us. Super!

L'hotel è incredibile nel centro, tutto vicino a piedi :) Preferirei avere accesso al mio autobus da mattina del giorno della mia arrivo e non dopo il check-in, ma credo che questo sia standard.

Molti anziani sono in una zona di attività dell'hotel.Il personale della reception non è molto entusiasta e un po' freddo.Quando si lascia, chiede anche specificamente alla nostra bandiera nazionale, è molto strano. E ho visto la persona che si è lasciata davanti a me avere un piccolo regalo, e quando sono arrivata a me, ha preso l'ultima volta.Sento che è stato trattato distintamente.

Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con vista sulla montagna, e siamo stati delusi dalla vista della nostra stanza, che era di fronte al tetto della proprietà vicina.
