Great experience staying at Eiger Hotel. Place was clean and had great views. Right beside Girndelwald terminal and hotel provide free Grindelwald travel pass (can take their bus 121,122,123). Staff was friendly. Would recommend!

Halfboard menu was normal in terms of flavour. The grilled trout tasted much better than the other pork option. No aircon in the rooms but surrounding temperature was luckily not too hot during our stay. Jacuzzi was amazing with views of the mountains (but facing the breakfast location) and suitable temperature, even provided us with comfortable slippers. Check in was smooth and staff were more than willing to offer help.

The location is great. Only 7-10 minutes to go to the train station on foot and taking cable cart. The reception let people check in earlier. I love its flexibility. My roommates were respectful and that made me feel good quality in this hostel. Highly recommended!

Questo è stato uno dei migliori hotel che abbia soggiornato in Svizzera. La posizione era perfetta come era vicino all'aeroporto. Il personale era amichevole soprattutto la signorina Noel che aveva accelerato il processo di check-in. La mia camera era molto spaziosa che può tenere 5 persone. La stanza era molto pulita e le strutture erano eccellenti. In generale, mi piaceva molto l'hotel e consiglierei chiunque abbia una grande famiglia e voglia lo spazio per il loro comfort. Il prezzo era ragionevole e conveniente. Grazie Hotel Allegra Lodge per averci. Sono sicuro che tornerò a rimanere nel vostro hotel nel futuro. Da un cliente molto soddisfatto. Guarda!

The location of the hotel is really near to the train station which is like about 1-2 minutes away from the main entrance which make the commuting around Bern really easy. As for the room, we took the studio apartment with kitchen which the space was sufficient and great for placing our luggage and the kitchen came in handy as well. As for the service, they are prompt in replying if there are any issues. Before our check-in we are faced with some errors regarding payment and everything was solved between trip.com and the hotel itself after we linked them up which make our trip stress free and convenient. Do note that the hotel itself does not have a front desk, check in and check out are all done using the app which required wifi connection. For the facilities, they have an area which allowed anyone to gather and mingle as well as washer and dryer are available for use. Definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again when we are back in Bern.

C'è una fermata dell'autobus vicino all'hotel per la stazione ferroviaria e c'è un supermercato. È comodo fare il check-in e il check-out. C'è un check-in self-service in hotel. Tuttavia, ci sono anche dei dipendenti che forniranno assistenza se necessario. La stanza è ben attrezzata e le condizioni di salute sono buone. Peccato che la vista sia solo uno skateboard. Campo

UUtente anonimoStayed at Hotel Toscana for 2 nights (Nov. 13-15, 2024). One issue we had was we lost a necklace. We were wearing scarves so my sister and I left 2 gold necklaces at the table. We didn’t know there will be housekeeping as we’re only staying for 2 nights. All of us were out 10AM and went back 6PM. When we got back, 1 of the necklace was gone. We looked everywhere, under the mattress and bed, all sides of the table, inside the bathroom, and every side of the room, but it was gone. The receptionist was helful enough to check with her boss and the housekeeping but who would admit they stole something, right? I just hope whoever took it found a good use out of it. Other than that, the location is perfect, it’s within a walking distance (around 7-10min) to Interlaken West station. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area as well. The hotel room is equipped with kettle and glass cups, no mugs. No airconditioning unit but it was pretty cold during our stay so we just opened the window a bit and it was fine. It was a very quiet neighborhood with nice views of the mountain and people paragliding. The room looked clean the moment we entered, but while we were searching under the bed and tables, dust has piled up underneath, it was very dusty like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and they only sweep the visible areas of the floor. The bathroom smelled like pee even before we used it. I hope they improve these parts, the hotel’s not that bad if you’ve experienced staying there (in my opinion).

UUtente ospiteThis is my second booking of another 2 nights with this hotel in addition to my original 2 nights. So total I stayed 4 nights there. The breakfast is good. The housekeeping always overlooked some items each day. For example, the balcony table still had food crumbs when we checked in, the coffee/tea/cups were not replenished on one day, the empty soap dispenser was taken away instead of being refilled. Although these were all tiny issues, they reflected how sloppy the housekeeping crew were. The manager herself was friendly and accepted our verbal opinions.

La mia camera era assolutamente fantastica – spaziosa, pulita e attentamente attrezzata con tutte le attrazioni di cui avevo bisogno. Il letto era incredibilmente comodo, assicurando un riposo di notte dopo un lungo giorno di vista. Il bagno era senza spot e mi piacevano le toilette.
La posizione dell'hotel era perfetta, situato vicino alla stazione occidentale interlaken e alle negozi locali, rendendo facile esplorare la zona. Ho anche goduto il colazione mattina nel ristorante, e il cibo superava le mie aspettative – delizioso, fresco e servito con un ottimo servizio.
In generale, ho avuto un soggiorno davvero memorabile all'hotel Mercur, e non esitarei a raccomandarlo a nessuno che cercasse una comoda, comoda e di alta qualità esperienza alberghiera.
Sarò certamente tornato al mio prossimo viaggio!

The staff was beyond nice and helpful. We really felt genuinely welcomed. As soon as we arrived we were welcomed with a big warm smile.
Arriving in our room, we had a Easter gift. Two super delicious chocolate bunnies. It was a welcomed gift. At breakfast we also got chocolate eggs.
The breakfast was rather small, but it had all the necessary things and we always left with a full belly.
The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The beds are comfortable although the pillows were too soft.
The hotel was very calm and a little bit outside of the village in nature.
Dogs are welcome and thanks to the location of the hotel, it was perfect for walking them without leash.
The sauna was perfect. It was very big and had a chill out area where you can lay down. It would have been nice to have some fresh water at hand though.
The location was great. Just a short driving distance from numerous hiking spots.

YYundanfengqingpiaoyipiao3, 4, 5, 6 sono i primi a incontrare l'aspetto dell'hotel dall'esterno.Siamo venuti dalla stazione ferroviaria e siamo in viaggio per seguire la navigazione.Non c'è problema con la colazione nell'ambiente di servizio in camera. Non c'è aria condizionata, c'è anche un ventilatore. Abbiamo usato la notte per il primo giorno. Poi siamo tornati a aprire la porta del balcone, lasciare l'aria fredda entrare. Non c'è bisogno di aprire il vento quando dormono.

WW_LIt's located in a lovely village outside Interlaken. The staff are lovely and friendly and their restaurant serves lovely food. We would have really enjoyed the experience but the sound proof was very poor. The walls are too thin, so every time when the room next door tried to use their sink or plug chargers into the sockets, the noise was so loud that it woke us up. The beds are too short in length and you have to be shorter than 6 feet to sleep in them (I wish they have told us these in their room specifications on the website). Overall I wouldn't recommend...

KKevinApparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends.
