Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto dell'ambiente e della pulizia dell'hotel, ma il servizio alla reception era nella media. Qualcuno bussava alla porta verso le 22:00 o le 23:00. È stato davvero spaventoso... Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto del servizio di sicurezza.

A great hotel in the tranquil Clark zone, notable for greenery and clean air. The staff are unfailingly professional, courteous and dedicated to wowing the guests at every turn. The Swiss-style Markt resto does a good breakfast, and a la carte items form much of the day and evening. A relaxing pool with a bar on the 5th floor is another good feature. And of course the ******. But even if you don’t gamble, you can still enjoy this place.

La mia ragazza dice che il letto era molto seduttivo! Anche noi amavamo l'Aqua e le bevande! Abbiamo anche visto una sirena nuotare nelle mosche dell'Aqua!
10 stelle meno 1 stella perché non c'era Netflix sulla TV. La mia ragazza ha detto: ”Mi ricordo quando siamo rimasti a Fields Plaza, e hanno Netflix e Youtube sulla TV!

La prima visita a Clark Hilton e il nostro soggiorno superano le aspettative in ogni modo. Tutti sono grandi e speciali grazie a coloro che hanno aiutato a prendere le valigie, a prendere le foto e a guardarci, abbiamo ricevuto una bella torta di compleanno e il signor Ed del Olive Resto ci ha aiutato a imballarla, perché era davvero troppo generoso da mangiare in un solo giro. La ricettrice Mariz è molto accogliente e ci ha fatto sentire molto benvenuti a spiegare tutto.La nostra stanza è stata aggiornata per vedere il balcone. È un bellissimo luogo tranquillo per passare del tempo, con grandi viste, cibo e una bella piscina con poche casite attaccate. Molto consigliato - il miglior hotel di Clark che abbiamo visitato finora.

I booked a last-minute business trip to Clark and stayed here for one night. While my room wasn’t ready upon arrival, the staff handled the situation with professionalism and kindness. They offered me a lower-category room and, though the price difference couldn’t be refunded (due to my indirect booking), they generously credited it for dining—a thoughtful touch!
The next day, I had a full day out on meetings, I needed a late check-out to freshen up before my flight, and the team accommodated me without hesitation. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped (complimentary waters, coffee, toiletries, iron, and safe), and the bed was incredibly comfortable.
What truly stood out was the staff’s warmth and attentiveness—always eager to help. This level of service, combined with the good amenities, makes this hotel a top choice for business travelers. I’ll absolutely return on my next visit!

The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside.
We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat.
You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.

Our staycation in the resort wasn't what we expected given that it is a high-end resort with pricey room rates. It was Christmas Season but the property lacked Christmas programs or activities to entertain guests and make the stay more festive. Food service is slow and it takes time to bring food orders to the guests' table. Also food orders are a bit pricey but taste and presentation are just average. The resort is not also friendly to senior citizens/PWDs as it has a lot of staircases.
On the other hand, I'd like to commend the excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness of staff from housekeeping to reception desk and concierge/security.

Il luogo è majestale e i dettagli complicati del lavoro di legno vi faranno piacere. E 'molto lussuoso anche se è più piccolo rispetto ad alcuni dei lussuosi siti di Bataan (cioè Las Casas, Montemar, Anvaya). È molto tranquillo, così potrai rilassarti ovunque. Il letto è anche molto buono, così il sonno sarà bello.
L'unica migliore importanza è la cibo. Penso che la selezione sia limitata perché molte non erano disponibili. Il gusto non vale nemmeno il prezzo. E 'troppo costoso per i pasti cucinati a casa di Pinoy. Ci sono anche anatre, ma questo è insopportabile e siamo anche in un'azienda, così bug e anatre saranno inevitabili.
Oltre al cibo, tutto il resto è stato grande!
