Hotel a 3 stelle in Provincia di Liegi, Belgio

L'hôtel est très bien situé lorsque l'on souhaite se rendre dans l'hyper centre. L'accès par le parking est pratique et très facile pour un tarif avantageux. Si vous avez une carte de fidélité Ibis ou Accor, elle ne sera pas comptabilisée si vous passer par Trip.com La chambre était fort petite ainsi que la salle de bain et les oreillers. Nous avons malgré tout très bien dormi et il faisait très calme. Evitez le petit déjeuner, il n'est pas très cher mais la qualité de la nourriture n'est pas top.

The hotel is okay. It is accesible to those who are going to Liege on train because it is near the train station. Parking your car is a bit far if you want a safe and paid parking. There are restaurant near the hotel and a store beside it. Aldi is also not far. Hotel is clean. There is a place in the 1st flr where you can sit down and have a quiet time. Room is okay.

We had a good stay at Aux Etangs. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean and quiet. It’s a good location to explore the Ardennes region. Acces by car is good but public transport might be challenging. As there are not a lot of eateries nearby we ate at the connected restaurant. The food was good but the waitress for our table was not very helpful. We asked if she could speak slower but she just continued at the same rate. We felt we didn’t get the same level of service compared to the other tables due to our fluency in French. In the end: nice food but upgrade your French first. We would come back for the hotel but not the restaurant.

The hotel is clean and location is good. But the insulation of wall is very poor. First night I can’t sleep until 4am in the morning. I constantly heard the toilet flushing, chair is rolling, walking sound and door slamming above our room. We complained that next morning, but the reception said “why don’t you let us know last night ?” I wished I can but there is no telephone line in the room to call reception, and I didn’t want to get up from my bed and go downstairs to report it. Reception didn’t apologise to us. I found it is very rude. I wouldn’t not recommend this hotel to friends or family.

Bel ostello, la camera è dotata di un armadietto personale di grandi dimensioni che può essere bloccato/sbloccato utilizzando la tessera della camera (non serve il lucchetto), una cucina in comune e un bel salotto nella hall - Peccato che il tetto sia chiuso a ottobre e durante l'inverno + I letti hanno tende per la privacy + Asciugamani e tappi per le orecchie forniti gratuitamente + A pochi passi dalla stazione di Liegi-Giullemins e dalla fermata del FlixBus @Liegé Rue du Plan + Accanto a un piccolo supermercato (Shop & Go Delhaize Guillemins) e raggiungibile a piedi dai supermercati più grandi della zona (Delhaize Fragnée, ALDI, Intermarché Liège Blonden) + Vicino alle fermate del tram non appena inizierà a funzionare

Very nice and clean hotel with a entertaining lobby. You can't miss noticing you are in Belgium with comic decoration in the room. Pretty stylish for a ibis hotel. The hotel has its own parking, but I arrived to late in the night so there were some free public spaces outside the hotel. Just make sure to move the car in the morning before 8am. Location is also good, just near the railway station and easy access. It's a good value for money and also a pleasant stay.

L'hotel non era chiaro dall'esterno, ma erano positivmente sorpresi dall'interno Molto tranquillo, pulito e tutto completamente automatico ,porte, porte, ecc. Il check-in è stato di 15-20 e è andato molto veloce e senza complicato. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Le camere erano molto grandi e incredibilmente tranquille. Con una cucina e una tavola integrate e molti dispositivi, era più di quanto ci aspettassimo. Bagno molto piacevole e pulito. Il letto era molto piacevole, si poteva dormire molto bene. Per le persone grandi, troppo piccole. Il parcheggio era direttamente sulla strada principale gratuitamente e vicino al centro. In ogni caso, molto consigliabile.

Impianti: soddisfare i requisiti, oltre le aspettative. Salute: bene, oltre le aspettative. Ambiente: la posizione è eccellente, molto conveniente, ovunque vada. Servizio: il tempo di arrivo tardi, la ricezione è molto gentile e sincera e paziente.

Posizione tranquilla anche se vicino alla strada, ma dalla nostra camera non si sentivano i rumori del traffico. Purtroppo la struttura è un po' vecchia e le pareti sono sottili, quindi si sentiva tutto il baccano di quelli della stanza affianco. Devo sottolineare l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale della reception e del ristorante. Veramente carini e disponibili.
