Hotel a 4 stelle in Bogotá, Colombia

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Long established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor). Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment. Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Bogotà e dispone di un'auto speciale che può portarvi direttamente all'aeroporto. Basta mettersi in coda al piano inferiore secondo l'orario stabilito in anticipo. Nel complesso, ritengo che il servizio offerto da questo hotel sia nella media, ma considerando la comodità di viaggiare all'estero in futuro, continuerò a scegliere questo hotel.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Questo hotel era molto vicino all'aeroporto e hanno un autobus è molto conveniente wifi è ok colazione è ok hanno colazione presto e aha 2 tipo hotel uno più più premio ma entrambi erano sorprendenti

L'hotel è più soddisfacente per la sicurezza.Questa strada è direttamente attraverso la piazza di Livar, e l'altra strada è la piazza stradale. Solo la porta dell'hotel è la parte. Non c'è nessuna stazione di vendita, nessun artista, nessun senzatetto.C'è una polizia intorno alla cabina. La colazione dell'hotel è buona, c'è acqua calda e aria calda nel cortile contrassegnato con la colonia. L'unica carenza è che le strutture della stanza sono vecchie.Decorazione vecchia. I prezzi della casa sono un po'piccoli (per 3 notti, più di 800 yuan una notte).

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Ottimo ubicazione internazionale, offre camere spaziose e confortevoli. Le camere sono molto tranquille nonostante la vicinanza dell'hotel alla bussica 7th Avenue. Il personale è professionale, amichevole e utile con qualsiasi richiesta. Il pranzo è sostanziale con una buona selezione di piatti caldi e freddi, occidentali e locali - e molte cose di frutta fresca, succhi e caffè colombiani. A volte alcuni oggetti non sono stati ripieni rapidamente, ma il servizio è stato in generale efficiente e il personale è stato ancora molto utile e amichevole.
