Hotel a 4 stelle in Bogotá, Colombia

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Hotel a centro città a lungo stabilito (non essere confuso con il suo nome l'hotel Tequendama - un isolato). L'ubicazione è conveniente per l'accesso ai trasporti pubblici e all'aeroporto - anche se può sentirsi un po' intimidante, soprattutto alla notte, quando la zona è molto più tranquilla e non ci sono molte opzioni per mangiare. L'hotel offre camere spaziose in stile suite, che, sebbene un po' date siano mantenute e mantenute molto pulite. Il WiFi era un po' patch, e l'acqua calda poteva prendere un po' di tempo per lavorare (forse perché ero in un piano superiore). Il colazione era sostanziale con una serie di piatti locali, che per me erano un po' pesanti - quindi forse si potevano considerare opzioni più leggere. Non ho usato né il giardino né il spa, quindi non posso commentare. Infine, tutti i miei contatti erano molto attraenti e professionali. In generale, ho comunicato in spagnolo, ma credo che il personale di ricezione abbia almeno le competenze linguistiche in inglese. In generale, ritengo che l'hotel abbia offerto un buon valore per i soldi per il prezzo che ho pagato (c. £43 per notte)

Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Bogotà e dispone di un'auto speciale che può portarvi direttamente all'aeroporto. Basta mettersi in coda al piano inferiore secondo l'orario stabilito in anticipo. Nel complesso, ritengo che il servizio offerto da questo hotel sia nella media, ma considerando la comodità di viaggiare all'estero in futuro, continuerò a scegliere questo hotel.

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

Il servizio navetta gratuito per l'aeroporto è stato puntuale e comodo. Appena usciti dal Terminal 1, porta 1, il servizio è stato efficiente e il personale cordiale. La camera era pulita e la colazione iniziava alle 5:30. A parte il rumore degli aerei, l'ambiente dell'hotel era tranquillo. Nel complesso, molto buono.

È un'ottima opzione per la posizione e la tranquillità. Se cerchi di avere una serata straordinaria a Bogotá. È una buona opzione.

酒店房間很乾凈整潔，服務員特別周到幫助我將行李送到500米外的地方坐車👍 周邊警察很多，所以很安全。 出門一個路口就是玻利瓦爾廣場，另一邊路口也是一個非常漂亮的大教堂。

Buenos empleados de recepción y portería son excelentes, no muy buenos con la limpieza en las habitaciones. Por lo menos son honestos .. se me quedó una prenda la guardaron en la caja fuerte, me confirmaron y me la devolvieron .. Gracias por eso.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.
