Excelente hotel, al lado del aeropuerto, la comida muy deliciosa! Siempre que voy en tránsito en bogota me quedo en este hotel! Full recomendado!

A seconda delle attività del turista la posizione è buona. Ha il trasporto disponibile in qualsiasi momento. Anche se il personale si sforza l'hotel ha bisogno di una modernizzazione. La colazione può migliorare. Per sottolineare l'attenzione del personale.

La stanza è più buona, la colazione è anche buona, più bevande sono scelte, ci sono caffè buono, ci sono zuppa di carne bovina, buon sapore e vivrà la prossima volta.E la stanza è più tranquilla

The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies. Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

Questo hotel è molto vicino all'aeroporto di Bogotà e dispone di un'auto speciale che può portarvi direttamente all'aeroporto. Basta mettersi in coda al piano inferiore secondo l'orario stabilito in anticipo. Nel complesso, ritengo che il servizio offerto da questo hotel sia nella media, ma considerando la comodità di viaggiare all'estero in futuro, continuerò a scegliere questo hotel.

Hotel molto carino, l'arredamento è molto grandioso, la colazione è accettabile anche in America, c'è una zuppa calda al mattino che è più adatta ai gusti cinesi, ma è un po' strano che non ci sia acqua gratuita

La stanza è molto buona. Ci sono caffè e articoli da lavanderia ogni giorno, ma non ci sono denti, ma l'hotel ha acqua di lavanderia, il personale di servizio è molto entusiasta, ci sono mangiare intorno, molto vicino al ristorante cinese, ci sono anche acqua calda, piccoli bagni caldi, e tovaglioli, e la colazione è molto ricco

Great location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.
