Für einen Flughafen Hotel sind sie zu wenig flexibel. Um unser Zimmer früher beziehen zu können mussten wir extra bezahlen. Obwohl wir nicht über Nacht geblieben sind. Ich kann dieses Hotel so nicht weiter empfehlen.

Aloft Bogota is a great choice near the Bogota airport. The stuff were multilingual and very helpful. The hotel is very modern and has all the amenities one could ever ask for. A free airport shuttle is included with bookings, making early morning flights a breeze.

Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

Autobus gratuito alla partenza numero 1. Facile da trovare. Lascia l'hotel per l'ora fino alla sera. Dopo di che ogni mezz'ora. Riferirsi alla foto di accompagnamento. Eccellente colazione. Personale utile. Molto comodo letto e cuscini. Sarei certamente felice di raccomandare questo hotel.

Siamo molto grati per il servizio offerto, la posizione e il bellissimo ambiente che circonda questo hotel, vicino al parco del 93 dove troverete una vasta gamma di negozi e ristoranti. Una delle cose più importanti per noi è stata la sicurezza in ogni momento, sia all'hotel che nei suoi dintorni, naturalmente, ci guidiamo dalle avvertenze che ci hanno dato.
Molto grazie di tutto il personale, ci sentiamo a casa.🙏

Хорошее расположение, рядом есть неплохие рестораны. Вкусный разнообразный завтрак, номер был на 3 этаже, за окном часто ходили рабочие по крыше лобби, вид расстроил..... Слегка грязно, отсутствует гигиенический душ.

Servizi: Servizi completi. La maggior parte degli hotel in Colombia non fornisce articoli da toeletta, ma qui vengono forniti gratuitamente.
Igiene: Pulito in tempo. La sala non è stata pulita la mattina perché era occupata dalla riunione. Durante l'incontro abbiamo chiesto esplicitamente se fosse necessario pulirlo ogni 30 minuti.
Ambiente: Un hotel standard a 5 stelle. Juan Valdz si trova nella hall, il che è molto comodo.
Servizi: gestione bagagli, prenotazione pasti online 24 ore su 24, servizio in camera efficiente

First room was very dirty, floors not cleaned, shower did not drain, shower head sprayed everywhere and was not located per our request.
Second room was better but overall maintenance in the rooms lacking. Toilet water connection leaking for some time, sink leaking, closet door did not function well, water damage throughout bathroom area.
Staff overall were okay, restaurant staff were really good and we enjoyed the happy hour food and drinks.
Location is excellent in terms of available restaurants and other serviced.

UUtente ospiteThe best part of this hotel is the breakfast. Lots of food options and great taste as well. They also serve some rrally good Colombian food and soup. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The room is ok but not impressive. The problem is that they do not provide consistent amenities. We have two rooms booked, with one room has sufficient shampoo and body wash supply as well as coffee machine, the other does not have either. When I called the front desk, they could not help as they did not know where to find the supplies.
Other than the above, the location is very good, conveneint and safe.

UUtente ospiteLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)

UUtente ospiteGreat location. Breakfast was ok at best, and they were very strict about only offering one hot drink and one water/juice. You had to pay if you wanted a second coffee. No continental offering either. I also had to pay extra to have a side of bacon with french toast. Tried the local breakfast offerings the next day and also not great. On service, they knew the room was for two people but only provided one coffee cup and one glass. The second day they didn’t replace the bath towel. We used the laundry service which was quite slow compared to other hotels that we stayed at in Columbia, but fine apart from being slow. We stayed on the mezzanine level in a queen superior room, the bed was comfy but there was intermittent music blasting from somewhere and the view was of another building so not great. I wish I had paid a bit more and stayed at Click Clack (which was fantastic in Medellin) or the four seasons.

UUtente anonimoL'hotel è più soddisfacente per la sicurezza.Questa strada è direttamente attraverso la piazza di Livar, e l'altra strada è la piazza stradale. Solo la porta dell'hotel è la parte. Non c'è nessuna stazione di vendita, nessun artista, nessun senzatetto.C'è una polizia intorno alla cabina.
La colazione dell'hotel è buona, c'è acqua calda e aria calda nel cortile contrassegnato con la colonia.
L'unica carenza è che le strutture della stanza sono vecchie.Decorazione vecchia.
I prezzi della casa sono un po'piccoli (per 3 notti, più di 800 yuan una notte).

HHosanGood location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

UUtente ospitePer la seconda volta in questo hotel e l'unico problema è questo : IHG ha un ottimo attenzione per loro programma affiliato ma il costo della camera in loro piattaforma è 30% più costoso di CTrip , Pertanto è molto buono ottenere la stanza in CTrip ma non può ottenere i punti. Quindi la mia raccomandazione è che CTrip faccia questo accordo per i titolari di oro o platino .

UUtente anonimoLa stanza è buona, la colazione è anche buona, molto soddisfatta e piacevole. La prossima volta tornerò a Bogotá, e sceglierei qui e il suolo. L'ambiente circostante è molto sicuro e il posto per mangiare può anche essere.
