The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary preferences, showcasing genuine care and hospitality. The service throughout my stay was exemplary. From the concierge who provided excellent recommendations to the housekeeping staff who kept everything spotless, the level of service exceeded my expectations. I also had the opportunity to relax at the hotel’s RIVUE Tower Pool, which was a tranquil oasis after a day of exploring the city. Staff was helpful and friendly. Loved the room and view! Disappointed free WiFi was not for everyone. Breakfast was good and a nice variety!

Un paio d'ore prima, il servizio in camera è arrivato e ha bussato alla porta e ha chiesto quando stavamo facendo il check-out. Ho pensato che fosse molto poco professionale. Inoltre, la piscina chiude alle 8, quindi se hai bambini piccoli, potresti voler esaminare di più. La posizione era davvero buona e il parcheggio era molto comodo.

La stanza era pulita solo la lampada accanto al letto non funzionava e il plugin non funzionava. Il parcheggio aveva bisogno di pulizia. All'esterno della porta non ha funzionato con chiave e chiave della stanza due volte durante il soggiorno.
