I recently stayed at Beaver Run Resort and had an exceptional experience. The resort's location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure, nestled right at the base of the ski slopes. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and offered stunning mountain views.
The resort amenities were fantastic, including multiple hot tubs, pools, and a well-equipped fitness center. I particularly enjoyed the on-site dining options, which provided delicious meals without the need to leave the property. The ski-in/ski-out access made my days on the slopes incredibly convenient.
Overall, Beaver Run Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable mountain getaway.

Clean, cozy and comfortable! We had a cute suite with an awesome city view and for way less than most of the hotels in the area. It’s in a very convenient spot and was easy to get Ubers to the Paramount and Welton Room. My husband and I had a great time!
Staff very friendly. But, the simple amenities were lacking. Coffee pot broke, no coffee in room, no hand soap, toilet paper had 2 1/4 rolls only. 2 towels no floor towel. And the bathtub had peeling paint on the bottom where they tried to patch. The elevator was out of service. I did speak to front desk was told they were out of coffee and hand soap. I was given a bottle body soap and I could get coffee in the lobby. The breakfast attendant did not change her gloves from wiping tables and handling food. Food was not a big choice. I was given points on my membership that I didn’t know I had for my disappointing stay. We have stayed here in the past and it was fine.
Molto buono

FFashion_PotatoI stayed at the Westin the night before my flight because I didn't want to panic about getting to the airport on time. I'd heard Westin is good quality and the location really is so convenient so I splurged. I kind of wish I hadn't. The room was very basic. The shower was nice, but there was nothing about my stay that made me think ”worth every penny!” Especially since they charge for internet.
Good things: the staff are delightful although they definitely seemed understaffed and a bit stressed. The rooms are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's AT the airport and so easy to navigate! I asked for some extra water and they brought a lot. The room service food was so good.
Meh things: the carpet made me super glad I brought my own slippers. It didn't seem dirty, but something about carpeted hotel rooms are kind of icky. The coffee cups were all paper and I just felt like I was making a lot of trash when all I wanted was evening tea and morning coffee.
Boo things: not even an hour of free wifi? Just straight up ”pay 18 extra dollars on top of the hundreds for a basic room so you can tell your family you arrived ok and make sure you know where to go at the airport tomorrow.” I don't know, I'm not a business guy but it felt very cheap and petty.
RRamkrishna KaranthThis is a beautiful historic property, with a fantastic team providing impeccable service to guests!
The property is located very conveniently, close to the hot springs and walking distance to downtown. The lobby and the Courtyard ares beautiful.
We had a bit of an issue getting the hang of operating the ceiling fan and the room heating system, and the team's response to get us updated was super quick.
Overall, a great experience.

UUtente ospiteThe room itself was good, but we were really disappointed that the hot tub and swimming pool were closed for maintenance during our stay. I specifically called the hotel before booking to confirm if the hot tub and pool would be available, and I was told they were fully functional. That was the main reason I chose this hotel.
I feel misled, and honestly, it was a waste of money given that the main amenities we were looking forward to were unavailable.
UUtente ospiteThere’s not a lot (if any) of nice options in Grand Junction, but I stayed at super 8 the night before, and it was a complete mess. I was hoping for a better experience here, which I did get. But I was still unimpressed with the outdated furniture and bathroom, my ice bucket had the old bag of ice from the previous guest with water still in it. The front desk crew was super nice, so I appreciate that. I feel like at the price point, every room should have a refrigerator, luckily they were able to store my cold food downstairs in the community refrigerator. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I feel like Doubletree should do better even in a place like Grand Junction.
UUtente ospiteBel hotel.
UUtente ospiteWe love Brown Palace and have been there before. We had difficulty getting them to return our calls when we were trying to make reservations for dinner there. Our air conditioning would not turn off and we didn’t hear back from them when we alerted them to the problem. For the price we were paying, we expected better service. It is still a wonderful historic place to spend time.
UUtente ospiteLittle bit old facilities and under renovation works. But best location and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed conditions. Recommend to stay for family travel.
