Ascensori si fanno attendere nei momenti di traffico. Doccia solo dall’alto Generale stato trascurato Captive wifi 27Mbps down e 17 up Palestra senza aria condizionata; piscina non particolarmente invitante. Rumore di notte in camera con condizionatore acceso: 50db(z) Finestre e tende sporche; dal sesto piano nessuna vista particolare. Letto e asciugamani puliti

I commend all the staff from security, frontdesk, phone support, bar and resto up to housekeeping team. They are all respectful, attentive, kind and they make you feel at home. The loctaion is superb! The room size is good too and value for money. The buffet breakfast is good too. Its the people that makes you want to come back! My comment is the cleanliness... 1st the room: attached are the photos of the wall beside the room reading/coffee table - it was dusty! The housekeeping was quick to wipe it but didnt vacuum after. It seems there are only few housekeeper per floor as I see them working hard all the time. So it mught be lack of manpower to maintain the cleanliness 2ndnd the kettle - it was a little rusty and it was replaced with white stains :( 3rd pool - it shoumd be clean often as needed as I saw some insects floating around. I love that the water is a little warm but it should cleaned as often as possible. The water was not as clear as expected so it seems it been there for a while. Given the size and number of people and kids checked in, they should clean or replace the water as often. The glass on the pool might need cleaning too as it obstruct the view ( which is Okada and hundres of trees! ) I guess because the water is a little warm, it is always ”foggy” or ”moist” .? 4th Gym - its okay but the doors beside the mirrors are dusty that have web type of dust already. The wooden door has white spots that ” might” be a mould already. They need a good ventallation and dehumidifier or air purifier. 4th - smoking area.. just beside the pool with kids swimming around. They might to find other place.or.increase the tress and plants over there.

Purtroppo per me non sono riuscito a rimanere qui, perché mi è stato detto che questo non era disponibile dopo averlo prenotato. Anche se mi sono ridiretto ad un altro alloggio in un luogo diverso non lontano dallo stesso ospite, questo è a mezzanotte e non potevo dire no, perché ero stanco di viaggiare. Dove sono rimasto non è stato lo stesso offerto da questa prenotazione, ma l'ospite ha fatto il suo meglio per accogliermi al meglio della sua capacità, anche migliorando la mia stanza il giorno dopo e permettendomi di controllare molto tardi come il mio volo era alle 11:00. Anche se non ha funzionato inizialmente, è stato alla fine. Le foto sono dalla stanza aggiornata.

La mia esperienza generale nel Grand Westside Hotel Manila era buona la proprietà è moderna, pulita e il personale è stato cortese per tutta la mia permanenza. Tuttavia, la camera che mi era stata assegnata era a un livello inferiore, e ogni notte potevo sentire musica e suoni di eventi. Stato all'Hotel H2O con un 4-year-old e un 1-year-old. Il suo vantaggio principale è la posizione all'interno del parco, fornendo accesso diretto alle attrazioni e rendendo facile tornare alla stanza per le pause e le pause. Pros * Ottimo ubicazione all'interno del parco con facile accesso alle attrazioni. * Conveniente per le famiglie con bambini piccoli che hanno bisogno di riposo. * Il personale risolve rapidamente un problema minore con un pedaggio rotto all'arrivo. * Il letto è il re come annunciato. Cons * La pulizia era adeguata ma non eccezionale. * Non è disponibile servizio in camera. * Sono disponibili ristoranti sul pavimento e tramite la consegna di GrabFood, ma il pranzo in camera sarebbe più conveniente. * Il ristorante dell'hotel si sente disaccoppiato dall'esperienza complessiva dell'hotel. Raccomandazione Hotel H2O è una buona scelta se il vostro obiettivo principale è visitare le attrazioni, soprattutto con i bambini piccoli. Se non si intende passare del tempo nella zona, altri hotel possono offrire un migliore valore.

Questo hotel mi è piaciuto moltissimo! Il personale è davvero attento. Il letto è così comodo che non volevo andarmene. La posizione è fantastica. Basta letteralmente attraversare la strada per andare a Greenbelt. Mi piacerebbe tornarci alla mia prossima visita a Manila. Anche il buffet è buono! I recently stayed at City Garden Suites and would like to share both a commendation and some constructive feedback regarding my experience. First, I would like to highly commend Ms. Zsan for her outstanding service. After being assigned to a room that, while clean, had an unpleasant odor, I approached the front desk again for assistance. Ms. Zsan handled the situation with genuine care and professionalism. She went beyond simply checking the system—she actively coordinated with housekeeping via radio to personally verify room availability. Her initiative, attentiveness, and willingness to help truly define excellent customer service. She made us feel heard and valued, and her dedication reflects the kind of frontline service that leaves a lasting positive impression. On the other hand, I would like to offer constructive feedback regarding my experience with Ms. Acel. As a guest, first impressions matter, and my initial interaction with her during check-in was not very reassuring. When I inquired about the possibility of being assigned to a newly renovated room, I was informed that none were available, without much effort to further check or explore options. This gave me the impression that my request was not fully considered. The following day, when I needed to extend my stay, I spoke with her over the phone and requested an update regarding my concern, emphasizing the urgency as I needed to secure the current room rate online. However, after waiting for around 30 minutes without any callback, I had to follow up myself. During the follow-up, she asked for details I had already communicated earlier, which made it seem like the information was not properly noted or attended to. On the third day, I needed to extend my booking again. To avoid the same experience, I went directly to the front desk. Unfortunately, she was again the one available. Despite my previous experience, I still chose to give her another chance, hoping for a better interaction. However, the experience remained the same. Because of this, instead of extending my stay further, I decided to transfer to another hotel. I hope this feedback is received constructively. Frontline staff play a crucial role in shaping the overall guest experience. While Ms. Zsan demonstrated exceptional service and professionalism, there is an opportunity for improvement in consistency, attentiveness, and proactive assistance. With the right focus on these areas, guest satisfaction can be greatly enhanced.

My husband and my 6-month-old son stayed at Acacia Hotel Manila for Mother’s Day, and it was the best decision we made. The staff made sure I truly felt the holiday by preparing a small surprise in our room. What made it even more special was that they also gave me a complimentary Mother’s Day cake! The room was soooo clean and comfortable. The staff were all very accommodating and respectful, and they made me feel special. Every time they saw me with my son, they greeted me with “Happy Mother’s Day” with big smiles on their faces. The facilities were also sooo superb! The Tomoko Spa gave one of the best massages I’ve had lately, and it really calmed my postpartum nerves. We (especially my son) also enjoyed the swimming pool with its beautiful city skyline view. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had a fantastic overnight stay and were very satisfied overall. The dinner we ordered was delicious and worth the price. Our only important feedback was the check-in process. The requirement for a cash deposit was a hassle, especially as we were traveling with an 8-month-old and checking in late. We were so eager to get to our room and settle. Since online transfers weren't accepted, we found the payment options surprisingly limited for a hotel of this reputation. Despite this, all our needs were met, and we enjoyed our visit.

Rocelle (Front Desk), Fira Sel (Concierge) and their teams went out of their way to accommodate me in my short stay at the Savoy Hotel Terminal 3. I needed a late check-out and they obliged very generously with this request, meaning I could enjoy the comforts of the hotel before my late flight back to the UK.. This was incredibly convenient and very much appreciated 👍🏼 - great job Savoy Hotel team, and thank you again🙏🏼. See you next time!
