Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Otago

Due to the flight cancellation, we have to stay one more night in Queentown, a very good recommendation. The staff were so nice, and very good breakfast. We had a wonderful night. Near to the airport, only 25mins walking or 8 mins driving. For bus, you have to transfer twice.

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel perché ci aspettava di godere della sua vignetta/alimenti. Altrimenti avremmo dovuto stare a Queenstown con molti ristoranti e pub. Come arrivare la sera, abbiamo messo una nota per la speranza di vivere la loro vignetta e cibo (o almeno cibo da dita) quando abbiamo prenotato l'hotel, e ricevere un'e-mail che non possono garantire, ma faranno il possibile per servire le nostre esigenze. Da allora non ci è stato inviato alcuna e-mail. Quando siamo arrivati all'hotel circa le 6:00, nessuno era nel desk, quindi abbiamo dovuto andare al bistro per scoprire che hanno lasciato la chiave in una scatola sicura senza alcuna notifica o inviandoci alcuna e-mail con la sua password. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare un po' che la signora bistro facesse una telefonata a chi le interessa, che era tutto a posto, e, peggio, abbiamo sentito che il bistro era riservato ad un evento di gruppo, in modo che non potevamo usare la struttura. Abbiamo dovuto guidare 15 minuti in una città vicina e comprare cibo da un supermercato. Credo che l'hotel ci avrebbe dovuto informare che l'evento di gruppo non ci ha fatto uscire dal servizio bistro/alimento e dobbiamo prepararci per il nostro cibo. Quando ho controllato, ho lasciato una nota sulle questioni e mi hanno aspettato che mi inviassero un'e-mail per esprimere le loro sincere scuse. Anche se mi piaceva tanto la stanza quanto l'intero posto, penso che il cottage Kinross abbia bisogno di professionalità per gestire il loro programma di soggiorno. Potrebbe essere stata molto più piacevole, l'esperienza di soggiorno memorabile.

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Apartamento fantastico - assolutamente grande con una bella vista sul lago. Veramente conveniente avere una lavatrice e un asciugacapelli nella stanza. La posizione era perfetta.

Where do I start - from arriving until leaving we had the most amazing stay here. We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆 We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly The spa was beautiful 🤩 The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise Thanks so much for having myself and my family It made our stay that much more memorable

“Fantastic stay – highly recommend!” I had an excellent stay at the Cambridge Hotel. The location is perfect, within easy walking distance to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great city view from the balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor pool and overall cleanliness of the hotel. Everything felt well-maintained and welcoming. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money, combining comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Ho avuto un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso in questo ritiro. Il luogo stesso è assolutamente spettacolare molto calmo, bellamente mantenuto, e circondato da visizioni respirose. Il ponte è stupendo, ed è stato il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e rilassarsi. I proprietari erano eccezionalmente amici e andarono di sopra e di là per farmi sentire benvenuti e guardare in giro per tutta la mia permanenza. La loro ospitezia era veramente espressa. I cani erano bellissimi e aggiungevano così tanta calore all’esperienza. La colazione era eccellente e la varietà di tè disponibile era fuori dal mondo. Come viaggiatore solo femminile, mi sentivo completamente sicuro, comodo e ben curato, che è qualcosa che apprezzo molto. L'atmosfera è pacifica e nutriente esattamente quello che vuoi da un ritiro. L'unico minore svantaggio è che è un po' lontano dai negozi (circa un'ora di cammino). Tuttavia, questo è stato facilmente gestito, poiché Uber è solo un'unità 6-minute, e gli ospiti sono stati anche gentili abbastanza per offrire ascensori quando possibile. In generale, un luogo assolutamente stupendo, e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque cercasse un soggiorno pacifico e memorabile.

La pulizia è scarsa - le bocche dell'appartamento di servizio sono state tintate dall'ospite precedente, ma sono state messe in tappeto per il nostro uso. La nostra camera da letto aveva pochi passi da porta a porta - problematico per caricare il nostro bagaglio in/ fuori. Le amministrazioni erano in grado di avere tutto quello che ci serviva, apprezzare il lavatrice/siccato separato. e il caldo/bagno era sorprendente. Il servizio è ok - la ricezione ha cercato di insegnarci a pagare per un aggiornamento a 2 appartamenti in camera, anche se ci erano solo due di noi.

La casa è selezionata con attenzione. La posizione nella città reale non è un luogo speciale, quindi è molto tranquilla e bella.Anche se è un giorno oscuro, si può vedere la montagna di neve. La stanza è grande, e la struttura è molto calda e dolce.La prossima volta che andiamo in città reale, vivremo di nuovo.

Buona posizione con solo 2 km dall'aeroporto. Situato in un centro commerciale di cinque miglia. Facile da fare in giro e molte opzioni per colazione. Molto pulito. Hotel amichevole Eco in modo da non offrire pantaloncini o cassa tessuto.
