Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

Mi è piaciuto molto il mio soggiorno, il personale è cordiale, lo spazio è fantastico, ho apprezzato tutto ciò che aveva da offrire.

Very friendly staff, very clean rooms - location in Mt Wellington close to Sylvia Park shopping. Did not try the food although the menu prices look very reasonable.

It is near the CBD area, it was an old hotel and I got a very old room with renovations ongoing besides it. The hotel was quite full but they managed to change to a much smaller room without renovations noises. My friend book the same type of room but was luckily to get a better room at the newer tower. There wasn’t any option to choose when booking so didn’t realise we are booking an old room at the old tower. The service at the reception was still good and they tried to change to a bigger room for me which I had actually booked but since it was still an old room, I was too tired to change again. Forgot to take actual photos of it as initially I wasn’t thinking of reviewing it since it wasn’t so ideal.

Amazing hotel! The staff were so kind and generous especially Jose in the club lounge. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and great amenities. The pool needs a bit of maintenance though, some tiles had come off and only the glue was visible. Lockers were hard to use.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

Was very happy with the new serviced apartments. Lots of space. Customer service was great. The lady at the reception was very helpful. Definitely will recommend the place to others.

For the extremely low price we paid to stay there's really nothing to complain about. So much parking space close to the hotel entrance so easy to get luggage in etc. Easy check in. Big room. Beds were comfy. Located close to everywhere we needed to be that weekend. Would love to have had things mentioned to us at check in that were listed in the room description on the website such as the breakfast option and shown where the spa was etc Thank you for having us =)

Buona posizione per coloro che si trovano a West Auckland. Servizio normale, motel NZ tipico. Un vecchio motel. Ha una piscina, una sauna e un parcheggio spazioso.

The receptionists Camila, Chloe and Henry were very warm, friendly and helpful. The Executive Lounge was well presented and provided adequate drinks and snacks. The bedroom was spacious and the breakfast had various options. The chef who took the orders was friendly and efficient. The swimming pool was well maintained, however the bathrooms in the change room appeared to be not adequately maintained and cleaned.

Vivere al massimo prezzo cinque stelle! Anche se è più turbato in città, un buon hotel può davvero dare una sensazione di sicurezza piena! Servizio: quando si ingressa nel giorno di check-in, il piccolo fratello ti aiuterà a mandare il bagaglio nella stanza! La sorella della ricetta ha anche lasciato quel giorno molto entusiasta, perché ha prenotato il volo di notte.  La sorella ha organizzato due ore di ritardo per lasciare la stanza. Ci dica anche con entusiasmo che se il volo è sera, puoi andare al giardino dopo aver fatto il bagno e andare via! Igiene: in generale, la salute è molto buona, e la sala fitness è molto pulita. Quando andiamo all'impiegato di notte, trovo che il personale si igiena molto seriamente più di 10:00 ogni notte. L'unico difetto della bellezza è l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno. Ho trovato un enorme guasto sul guasto di acqua nella stanza. E'veramente terribile per me per la paura finale di guasto.Si consiglia di rafforzare la uccisione di parassiti. Sebbene la Cina sia insufficiente, la prossima volta che vengo ad Oakland, scelgo senza esitazione questo / hotel
