Service is excellent! I absolutely love the idea of shuttle bus service as it is slightly away from the central area. The front desk arranged my luggage to be placed in the room upon my arrival. The room itself is clean and tidy. They play harp, and give away free cotton candy in the afternoon. I made two seperate bookings and enjoyed both room style.

Nestled in splendide località, the hotel offers not only convenience but also serenity. The staff's service was beyond impecable, the room exuded cleanliness and order, and the overall ambience created an idea setting for both relaxation and deep concentrazione.

We just had an unexpectedly delightful experience at the Waiheke Island Motel, so much so that we added another night because we simply couldn't get enough of the place! Our stay began with a minor hitch: arriving late in the evening to find our pre-booked studio room was locked. However, the way the night manager and the team handled this was truly remarkable. They quickly resolved the issue by giving us a significant, stress-free upgrade to a spacious whole house with four bedrooms instead of our original studio. This immediate, generous response demonstrated exceptional hospitality and turned a potential frustration into the highlight of our trip. The motel's location is ideal; it offers a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere, yet it's in very close proximity to both the shops and the beach. We appreciated the on-site pool and the spa options, and the minute's walk down to the community Saturday market was a fantastic bonus. Our only piece of constructive feedback relates to the spa itself—unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to standard, which was a slight disappointment. Despite the minor issue with the spa, the exceptional service, comfortable accommodation, and prime location mean we had a fantastic trip. Crucially, the price was quite reasonably priced compared to other places on Waiheke, offering excellent value for money. We will definitely return to Waiheke Island Motel!

Staff absolutely lovely. So kind, helpful and friendly.  Rooms very average and could do with an update.  Pool fine and it was useful to have a room with washing machine and dryer which we could pay to use.

Great location and facilitys we were travelling for business with our children. Loved the large heated pool A+. Rooms were quite tired and need some love. Would have been great if the reception bar or pool bar was open im sure it will be a great addition when this happens.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it. The hotel’s central location was very convenient for our family, and the staff made everything easy with their warm and efficient service. A comfortable and enjoyable experience from beginning to end.

We were disapointed by the additional price for parking a car - 45USD/night is really high. And the price of one night there was already a bit higher and I would expect to have a free possibility to parking a car there. Unfortunatelly we didn't take the options for breakfast.
