Nuova Zelanda: hotel con spa nella provincia di Auckland (regione)

Good as expected, I had stayed there before.

It is near the CBD area, it was an old hotel and I got a very old room with renovations ongoing besides it. The hotel was quite full but they managed to change to a much smaller room without renovations noises. My friend book the same type of room but was luckily to get a better room at the newer tower. There wasn’t any option to choose when booking so didn’t realise we are booking an old room at the old tower. The service at the reception was still good and they tried to change to a bigger room for me which I had actually booked but since it was still an old room, I was too tired to change again. Forgot to take actual photos of it as initially I wasn’t thinking of reviewing it since it wasn’t so ideal.

L'hotel è nuovo quest'anno. Il dintorni è molto tranquillo. Il shopping è anche molto conveniente. L'atteggiamento del personale è molto buono. La prossima volta che vengo in Oakland, devi ancora venire qui

L'architettura più alta della città di Orewa, il paesaggio è molto alto, la lavanderia è comoda, la lavatrice è seccatrice è tutti, il letto è comodo, il supermercato è al piano di sotto, troppo vicino al mare, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto.

I am travelling with family with kids and elderly. The grand is probably the best central location that you can find in Auckland if you are taking public transport. The pickup and dropoff for Skybus to Auckland airport is a 5 min walk away. The surrounding has plenty of restaurants including japanese & Chinese food. Facilities wise it has a gym and a heated swimming pool which the kids enjoy. Room is clean & spacious. Hotel price wise is on a high but weighing all the plus points, I will book it again for all the reasons above.

thumbs up: 1/ location - right on the viaduct harbour 2/ room is spacious & with practical layout and furnishing 3/ nice to see beau the labrador, the ambassador of the hotel  4/ concierge staff mr kim was professional for addressing us  thumbs down: 1/ check in - checked in at about 3pm and waited for more than 40 minutes to have the room ready ... luggage wasn't even sent to the room and needed to wait for another 20 minutes 2/ housekeeping - an area needed big improvement ... it' was not up to park hyatt's standard ... missing replacing tea cups, wine glasses, body lotion, soap, slippers, water, and etc ... the floor was with dust after staying 9 nights ... soap dishes weren't cleaned everyday 3/ breakfast - so apparently short of staff and training ... there were times proper cutlery wasn't prepared when seated and needed to ask for it .. missing orders like cup of coffee and water 4/ guest services - please don't expect calls to be picked up timely

Amazing hotel! The staff were so kind and generous especially Jose in the club lounge. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and great amenities. The pool needs a bit of maintenance though, some tiles had come off and only the glue was visible. Lockers were hard to use.

Il servizio è stato eccellente, siamo andati per il compleanno dei miei figli e non sono stati delusi. La piscina/spa era bella. Il ristorante era eccellente e il buffet di colazione era pieno di tutto quello che potevi pensare. Il personale ha anche preparato una sorpresa per il cuoco di compleanno!

C'è solo una spiaggia intorno, ma è stato bello riposare tranquillamente, è stato meglio di quanto pensassi.
