⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at White Palace Hotel! I had a wonderful experience staying at White Palace Hotel. The service was truly excellent from the moment we arrived. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Ottimo luogo.Anche se sono rimasto per molte notti, la mia stanza non è mai stata pulita, ma non mi importava. Il colazione non era disponibile (la maggior parte era carboidrati). Ma resterà qui di nuovo a causa della sua eccellente posizione e della sua buona e spaziosa stanza.

Location is strategic, about 30 minutes driving distance to Dhaka Airport and supermarket is just beside the hotel. Room and public toilet are clean. Staff are polite and helpful. Food is clean and nice, however, may I suggest to change the breakfast menu on alternate day? So that, guest who stay for long, could enjoy different food.

Recentemente sono rimasto a The Zabeer Dhaka e ho avuto una piacevole esperienza complessiva. L'hotel è situato in posizione centrale, rendendolo molto conveniente per i viaggiatori di business e di svago. Il personale era professionale, cortese, e sempre pronto ad aiutare con un sorriso. La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata con tutte le moderne strutture che si aspettavano tra cui un letto comodo, le lavanderie pulite e una connessione Wi-Fi affidabile. Uno dei punti di vista è stato il buffet per colazione, che ha offerto una buona miscela di opzioni locali e continentali, e la qualità dei cibi è stata superiore alla media. Tuttavia, alcune aree potrebbero essere migliorate: il processo di controllo è stato un po' più lento di quanto previsto e il lobby si è talvolta sentito sottoscritto durante le ore di picco. Un po' più di attenzione ai dettagli delle strutture in camera, come almeno una finestra per la circolazione aerea, aumenterebbe l'esperienza complessiva. Ciò detto, il Zabeer Dhaka è una grande opzione se si cerca comfort, comodità e valore nel cuore della città. Mi riferirei di rimanere qui di nuovo.

Sono particolarmente contento del tranquillo ambiente, che mi ha reso facile riposare dopo un lungo giorno in città, e il team di custodia ha fatto un grande lavoro per mantenere tutto pronto e ben mantenuto durante il mio soggiorno. Il cibo a Priyo Nibash era un altro punto di vista. Il loro ristorante serviva deliziosi pasti che gustavano a casa e freschi. Qualunque fosse il colazione o la cena, il cibo era delizioso e ben preparato. Apprezzo davvero la varietà e il servizio veloce, anche durante le ore di lavoro. Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Il passaggio all'aeroporto attraverso l'hotel è stato così facile e il conducente ci aspettava subito dopo la richiesta di bagagli una prima impressione perfetta. L'intera squadra, dal desk front al ristorante, è di prima importanza: attento, utile e sempre sorridente. Sapere che siamo nella zona sicura dell'ambasciata ci rilassa completamente. E con il enorme colazione che ha offerto nuove scoperte ogni giorno, siamo stati alimentati e pronti a esplorare. Per una visita senza stress a Dacca, questo hotel ha tutto scoperto.

The variety of the breakfast is good and tasty to start for the day. It is suggested that TV program in the restaurant should be English news broad casting, like BBC, instead of sports due to my personal interest. The view from my room is not so superb.
