Great restaurant and front-of-house staff, but weekend noise control needs urgent attention I have stayed here many times, and usually, my stay is amazing, really comfortable, and very quiet. On the positive side, the food in the restaurant is always great quality, consistent, and comes with really nice service. They also have a great selection of beers and wines. The reception team on this occasion was also incredibly helpful; I needed to extend my trip by two days on top of my initial booking and had to use a separate website to do it. The staff were great at rearranging things so I didn't have to move rooms, which I really appreciated. They even moved me away from the elevators into a quiet room for my first night. Unfortunately, the rest of the weekend was a complete disaster for noise, starting on Saturday evening. Around 6:00 PM, when I just wanted a peaceful, stress-free night, a woman in the room directly across from me started loudly screeching and singing opera. I have never experienced anything like this in a hotel before. I called reception to report it, but they just gave a casual, ”Oh okay, we'll see what we can do.” It only got worse from there. On Friday night, I had already arrived back to find a distressed elderly lady because her neighbor was screaming and shouting. I had to politely knock on the door myself to ask them to keep it down. Then Saturday night was the worst of it with people coming back from nights out. I was woken up six or seven times on Saturday night alone by loud, noisy people and the constant slamming of doors. The doors don't have automatic soft-close hinges, but you don't need to slam them for them to shut. Because there is no visible overnight security or manager on-site, you are left to deal with the chaos. It feels like the hotel might be taking in more disruptive customers lately, perhaps due to lowered rates. I strongly recommend that management place professional notices in the rooms asking guests to be considerate, keep noise levels down, and refrain from slamming the doors. To top it off, Sunday morning offered no relief. Well before 9:00 AM, I was awoken by housekeeping trolleys and the loud clinking of crockery and cutlery all the way up the corridors. Then, at 9:58 AM, while I was almost ready to leave, there was a sharp knock on my door. The housekeeping lady asked, ”Ma'am, are you checking out today?” While she was polite enough, the interruption was incredibly abrupt, unprofessional, and poorly timed right before check-out. I’ve never experienced housekeeping being this noisy or pushy here before, nor have I ever encountered such disruptive customer behavior. I couldn't even get a little sleep-in before a long drive home. I usually stay mid-week, so perhaps weekends are just a different story, but the total lack of peace made for a horrendous experience. The food and front-of-house staff are great, but management desperately needs to address weekend noise controls, overnight oversight, and housekeeping protocols.

Mi piaceva l'hotel! E 'nuovo, molto bello, e le camere sono moderne, belle e molto pulite. Le strutture sono anche bellissime. Ha parcheggio sotterraneo. Il colazione era anche davvero buono, e il prezzo era ragionevole. In generale, è stata una grande esperienza e rimarrei certamente lì, ma anche noi siamo stati molto felici del prezzo, soprattutto per un hotel di nuova qualità.

It was ok, but not more. The two most important things for me in any hotel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. the bed was great but the water pressure in the shower was very poor. Aside from that, there were other issues that I would not expect from a hotel of this standard, carrying the prices it does. The TV power button did not work, neither did any of the top buttons on the remote. Once I turned the TV on at the GPO and then on the actual TV itself, I was unable to use the connected DVD player as the buttons to switch to it on the remote did not work. Breakfast was quite poor. Basically cereal or scrambled eggs with a few other options such as fruit cups, yoghurt and biscuits. It served my purpose being close to the convention centre, but I doubt I'd stay there again.

Arriviamo in un giorno molto caldo e l'aria condizionata era già in corso, che è un grande plus. Anche se la stanza è piuttosto basso, è molto pulita e il letto confortevole. La posizione a Nuriootpa è centrale per visitare diversi luoghi a Barossa.

My stay at Peppers was fantastic. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with a great location. Housekeeping was outstanding and kept everything spotless. My expectations were definitely met with the room. Only two small negatives: the restaurant downstairs is extremely overpriced, and when I called 40 minutes before check-in to see if I could get my parking pass early, I was told no — I’d need to buy a normal ticket and then the pass at check-in, which felt inconvenient. Overall, I was really happy and would definitely stay here

It was a lovely 2-night stay in the Oceanview Twin Room. We were offered an upgrade for just $20 a day to enjoy a balcony, definitely worth it! Loved the location, so close to shops with plenty of food and drink options. The kids and I also had a great time relaxing in the heated pool and spa, even in the cold weather. .

The check-in was with Steve, a friendly man, and was very speedy. I've stayed at Links quite a few times and have always been happy. The amenities are great. The rooms I've stayed in are quiet. The only downfall this time (stayed in this room for the first time) was the bed was too soft for me. Will book again.

Excellent value, lovely choice and quality for breakfast, room had excellent views of the lakes and nice balcony to watch the sun sets and rises. Gym facilities pool and spa all excellent for the price of this hotel. Service was amazing nothing too much trouble definitely would be happy to rebook  Only minor point bed was very soft and moves away from the wall but that could just be the room we had :)

Grande posizione, grande personale. Ma niente di strano, non mi sentivo un po' invecchiato nelle camere. Anche le strutture, mini bar, servizio in camera erano molto basilari. Le camere con bagno dovrebbero avere sali da bagno. So che stanno pianificando l'apertura di una sauna/vapore/condensatore, che renderà certamente più piacevole il soggiorno. Buona, ma solo poco invecchiato oggi con tutti gli hotel intorno. Passerò molto tempo in hotel, viaggiando per lavoro e piacere, e apprezzo quando le camere di hotel hanno buona qualità del tè, migliori snack che solo crisp e cioccolato, bellissimi bagni, ecc. Per me è stato superato.
