Lovely old hotel, beautiful upgraded rooms and shared bathroom. _BUT the experience is totally letdown by the reverberating pump of dance music which went till 1.0am Friday and 2.0am Saturday. Its sleep defying, which is a shame because the staff and food were all very good and you could hear the sea when finally it was quiet.

Clare Country Club is a good option to stay at in Clare Valley even if you are not a golfer. It is a short drive from the heart of Clare town which has several good dining options such as The Bentleys Hotel which has a decent pub, dine-in restaurant and a bottle shop. The Antidote restaurant in Clare is a popular choice serving fusion cuisine. The wineries and cellar doors of Clare Valley are all within close proximity. Rooms look out onto lawns and have outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. The hotel does not serve dinner on Sundays. A small bottle of wine, chocolates and crisps are provided complimentary. Parking is free and close to the rooms which makes it easy to load/unload luggage.

L'hotel è pulito e ben gestito. Non molto per le famiglie, eccetto la piscina e la bbq. Sarebbe stato più bello con più spazio aperto.

We love the location! It is so close to the bay. We can easily walk to shops, restaurants, playgrounds, and the jetty. We definitely enjoyed the breakfast and will come back in spring.

Location is perfect, served the purpose! We booked a room to stay overnight before our early flight in the morning and it works great, just need 5min to get to check in. Space wise is good for an overnight stay (we checked in at night for a 6am intl flight), we booked the room with two queen beds and there were 3 of us.

Fondamentalmente sono 1-2 chilometri per raggiungere varie attrazioni indoor di celebrità su Internet. La camera era molto pulita e luminosa e la colazione era buona e ricca di varietà. La reception è abbastanza gentile. La maggior parte del personale del servizio in camera è originario del sud-est asiatico e il loro atteggiamento è molto buono. Potrebbe essere una questione culturale. Non riesco a capire cosa sta dicendo. Siamo due persone che alloggiano in una camera doppia camera da letto. Forniamo solo uno spazzolino da denti, pantofole e altro materiale. Richiedilo tu stesso. Dille che deve solo reintegrare o sostituire ogni giorno le scorte usate mancanti, come il bucato, il tè, ecc. Di conseguenza, non l’ho capito, quindi ho dovuto chiederglielo. Forse sono nuovo qui, quindi mi sento un po' confuso, ma il mio sorriso è molto dolce. Sarà molto meglio se qualcuno si prenderà cura di me nei prossimi due giorni. Nel complesso, mi sembra che l'hotel sia abbastanza buono, altamente raccomandato.

La stanza era generalmente pulita. L'hotel non ha un sistema di riscaldamento solo condizionatori d'aria che freddo, che rendeva il soggiorno incomodo durante il tempo freddo. Ma ciò che mi ha colpito davvero era un incontro con uno dei membri del personale, mentre alcuni erano a posto, una signora anziana faceva un commento profondamente inappropriato e razzista su di me quando tornavo in camera mia. Non c'era alcuna interazione reale tra noi che potesse giustificare una tale osservazione. Nessuno dovrebbe avere bisogno di questo tipo di trattamento, soprattutto in un luogo che dovrebbe essere accolto con favore, ma purtroppo questo incidente ha lasciato una persistente impressione negativa su ciò che avrebbe potuto essere un soggiorno neutro o addirittura positivo.
