La camera è spaziosa, la piscina sul tetto è piccola ma molto bella, il personale è molto amichevole, il trasporto locale non è un problema. Chef Aman, Chef Prabhjot, Shuli, Chetan e Manish sono bellissimi e sempre al servizio.
La signora Shuli risponde sempre con un sorriso brillante e il signor Chetan è così impegnato nel suo dovere in silenzio.Il desk front dell'hotel è sempre proattivo

Class, all you need and the rooftop pool was perfect. Best thing about it though were the chicken tikka sandwiches you could order to your room or the pool, they were the best thing I’ve ever eaten. See attached.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb.
However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section.
However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super.
Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

L'hotel è situato a nord del gruppo di Kerhosi, sul museo.Si è messo circa 15 minuti all'ingresso del gruppo di Kerhosi e sei o sette minuti all'uscita.
L'ambiente del giardino dell'hotel è buono, ma la decorazione è un po'antica.Le strutture interne sono complete, in pratica, e'che il serbatoio di acqua di cavallo è un po'scura.L'aria condizionata non può colpire una temperatura molto bassa, ma è anche abbastanza utile.Non c'è bisogno di prenotare la stanza di scena, perché la vista non è molto buona.
La colazione è fantastica, unico aiuto, e'la migliore che abbia mangiato in India.La frutta fresca, il caffè fritto, le uova fritte, il salsa, il pasticceria e la torta di pane sono di buona qualità. Il pranzo ha ordinato pecan e Caesarsala, che è anche buono. Caesarsala è la più autentica che abbia mai mangiato in India.
Il servizio è buono, dalla reception alla stanza ospite al ristorante, buona atteggiamento, risposta veloce, cerca di soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti.
In definitiva, più di 600 prezzi sono devalutati!

Hey, i am a fellow traveller from hyderabad and here’s my candid review about sarovar portico 1. Price - i made my booking for one night and triple occupancy for the basic room without breakfast. 2. Service - exceptional service by the hotel staff. The front desk upgraded our room by 2 levels without asking for it. We were extremely tired and fatigued from our trip and this was a very lovely experience other staff also very cordial and helpful 3. Property maintenance - its an old property and that surely is visible as soon as you enter the place. I think they should consider renovation. Rooms are hygienic to a great extent, one would ideally not have complaints 4. Complaints - if i were to nitpick, it would be that 1-2 stains in the bathroom that bothered me and how the pool has no depth. The mattress was broken and it was a very painful sleep that night. Mattress has to be of high quality final verdict - if you get good discount like me, totally worth it! if not, consider something else

UUtente ospiteA converted palace in the middle of a bustling city a haven of tranquility. A delightful but difficult building to negotiate one’s way around. Splendid bedroom beautifully appointed a joy to be in. The staff from the wonderful general manager down were helpful, courteous and extremely patient. To pick out a single member of staff is difficult but my vote goes to Ravi in the dining room. The chef was incredibly helpful when sorting out my dietary problems and produced meals of the highest quality.
Recommended you stay I leave you to make your own mind.

Now the worst ordeal -
Booked an Innova crysta for going to Nalkheda - 220 Km from Hyderabad . General Manager Travel - booked the same for a wrong destination . Once it was settled - driver who was obstinate to the core took us there and we were told that he will not wait as he has to go back because he has a booking in the morning . We were left high and dry at Nalkheda and managed our way back bya local taxi .
We paid full for both ways - to be precise and has audacity to tell that it was my fault as I have not told him about the correct destination otherwise he would have managed an other car .
In brief - it’s a great heritage building but there is no Nawabiyat at all . This was my third or fourth stay but this time I felt the change in approach . The next generation of owners have no idea of what is Nawabiyat all about .
But with Taj coming in - there are better options now - so good buy Jahnuma !

NNandiniA lovely place to stay. Very big rooms and immaculate too. Mr. Surendra the care taker is a gem of a person, and driver Mr. Arun is also very nice. I recommend this place highly.
