Georgia: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Agiaria

La posizione dell'hotel è bella, le camere sono grandi, leggere. Ci siamo riposati in ottobre e era un po 'cool all'interno, è l'unico meno. Colazione diversa. Spa è grande ma non molto conveniente. Tutti i bagni, piscina - separatamente. È necessario passare attraverso i corridoi, attraverso la sala, che non è molto comodo.

The hotel left mixed impressions. On the positive side, the location is good: the botanical garden is nearby, many places are within walking distance, and getting to Batumi is convenient. The sea view from the window was beautiful, especially in the evening. The price was also quite reasonable. The apartment had all the basic necessities, but some small comfort items and supplies were missing: there was no laundry detergent, no sponges, and it was unclear where the trash area was located. The wardrobes were assembled strangely and kept opening by themselves all the time. The water pressure was rather weak, making it uncomfortable to wash long hair. The strangest part was the breakfast situation and the café organization. We were told in advance that we could come for breakfast at any time, but when we arrived a little after 12 PM, we were told that breakfast was no longer being served. At the same time, the café was almost empty — we stayed in May, during the off-season, so there were barely any visitors. The next day the situation repeated itself: before checking out, we wanted to have breakfast, but it turned out that the café opened later than the time written on the door. Through the administrator we found out a different opening time, and then the café was additionally delayed by around half an hour. As a result, we never managed to have a calm breakfast before departure. The breakfasts themselves were also questionable. The English breakfast in the café costs around 24–25 GEL separately and was extremely greasy and oily — literally a “cholesterol festival.” If you stay for a longer period, it gets tiring very quickly. There were alternatives, but they looked much less worthwhile in terms of price and portion size, so I’m not sure there is much point in booking breakfast included. There was also an uncomfortable situation with the staff: we walked past the security guard many times, but later we suddenly started being questioned about who we were and where we came from, as if we were doing something suspicious. After check-out, we were also asked to wait while they checked whether anything had been stolen from the apartment. It felt awkward and unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay because of the view and location, but the service and organization left mixed impressions. Also, be prepared for a very specific driving style in this region.

Это не отель 4*. Это апартаменты в жилом комплексе. Номер нормальный с балконом, новый достаточно чистый. Есть мини кухня и стиральная машинка. Не было ни питьевой воды ни простейших вещей для кухни (соль, губка для посуды, моющее средство). Расположение хорошее. рядом с морем, парк и молл в шаговой доступности. Аэропорт рядом Завтраки скромные. Почему-то всё что должно быть горячим, холодное. Готовят заранее. Из вкусного -чай. Это хороший 2* апарт-отель.

Le strutture dell'hotel sono molto nuove, il servizio è buono, l'ambiente circostante è buono, camminare per il mare, le principali attrazioni possono raggiungere a piedi, si può vedere la scena del mare sul balcone, si può vedere la canzone musicale di notte, in generale buono.

На фото вид из окна- и это самый главный плюс этого отеля, он в самом центре!!! В номере было все необходимое, чистый, балкончик во французском стиле. Ванные принадлежности все были в наличии, попросили утюг, дали с грязью , не увидела, испортила вещь, это был единственный неприятный момент. На завтрак мы ходили в город, но есть и в отеле на 11 этаже с красивым видом на город и набережную. Одним словом, рекомендую 👍

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

Il personale era così amichevole, godeva lo stile sportivo delle camere, amava il sistema ecologico, soprattutto per l'acqua. Le camere erano molto pulite e ci hanno aiutato a entrare più velocemente a causa della nostra arrivo precoce. Una delle nostre migliori esperienze a Batumi.

Abbiamo trovato il personale molto accogliente, ma purtroppo c'era una cameriera al bar celeste che non si importava di servire a nessuno! Non posso segnalare a causa della barriera linguistica !! Ma il riposo era sorprendente. Trip.com ha dato il miglior prezzo

Inizialmente, volevo rimanere qui per una settimana, ma mi piaceva tanto che mi piaceva tanto che mi fermai per un mese intero. I proprietari erano molto gentili e accoglienti, e mi diedero una stanza più grande quando decisi di rimanere più a lungo. L'hotel è piccolo ma molto accogliente, e il personale è onesto, una delle cose migliori di questo posto. Tutti erano molto amichevoli e di aiuto, e erano sempre pronti a aiutare o a rendere le cose più comode. Il cibo era davvero delizioso, e il mare non è lontano. Ci sono molti negozi, caffè e altri luoghi vicini, quindi anche se l'hotel non è giusto nel centro della città, non si è mai sentito come fosse lontano. Il trasporto pubblico è anche disponibile in città, il che rende molto facile il giro. Le camere sono pulite e pulite e regolarmente pulite, e possono anche aiutare con lavanderia se ne ha bisogno, che è molto conveniente. In generale, ho avuto una buona esperienza qui e sono molto felice di decidere di rimanere più a lungo. Sarei sicuramente tornato 🫶

Отдыхали с 11.06.2026 по 17.06.2026. Прекрасный отель, тихое место, вежливый персонал, превосходные и разнообразные завтраки, очень дружественная обстановка. Отличная ежедневная уборка. Смело могу советовать данное место. Заселили на час раньше (13:00), ждать не пришлось. Спасибо руководству и персоналу за прекрасный отдых. Ещё вернемся.
