Bel posto, piccola città, ma può camminare lungo il mare.

Personale amichevole, la camera pulita, il servizio buono, vale la pena rimanere qui. Inoltre hanno una varietà di cibo, dessert si può scegliere per colazione. Grazie per averci avuto l'hotel mercurio.

This hotel bedroom was nice & clean but the bathroom was a bit tired and grubby. The rest of the hotel was very good in terms of breakfast choice & quality and the staff service was very good.

Posizione buona, letto confortevole. La stanza è molto corsa, mold e umidità sulla parete nella stanza, e nel bagno. AC molto alto. I mobili e sedie sono tinturati e filati. Le camere non sono sonoro, quindi si ascolta tutto dal corridoio, compresa la musica dell'hotel che funziona quasi 24 ore.

Good location and helpful concierge staffs. Unfortunately the hotel doesn’t attentive enough to facilitate our request of double bed for all 4 rooms booked about a month prior to our arrival. 3 out of 4 rooms were without hot shower which annoyed us a lot. The room I stayed (#552) shares the same balcony with the next room and surprisingly the balcony door can’t be locked. Very loud music from the rooftop bar was also very annoying. Breakfast was not impressive and staff not attentive enough to replenish drinking glass for the fruit juices. Will choose other hotel whenever I visit Padang on the future.

Padang is a coastal city at the West Coast of Sumatera. The Hotel is clean n consider almost the 1 of the tallest building in Padang. With a Great View from the Roof Top of the Hotel that can see the Whole Padang. There is a small Pool for u to work out and dipping. Other then that there isn't any gym. Breakfast is normal not memorable. The twin bed is small but comfy. The Bathroom is like a capsule Abit small for me. Hotel Staffs are friendly.

Questo hotel è così confortevole. Rimango per 2 notti e si top up wter bottiglia e pulirà la tua stanza il giorno dopo. Il legno è così fragrante. Colazione anche così buona. Varieta di porridge. Personale anche molto gentile. Molto raccomandato 👍

Bella ricezione.. Perche' ho dimenticato di prendere il volo mattina presto, ma già prenotato colazione per 2 pach.. Non posso restituire i soldi per il secondo giorno di colazione, solo posso prendere il colazione.. Quindi chiediamo il colazione, lo servivano con frutta, bacon, riso e verdura e pollo (in realtà chiediamo di farlo).. Grazie tante per aver rispettato la mia richiesta.. Continuare a stare ancora in roccia per la prossima visita a Padang.. Oltre a questo c'è anche un supermercato, bello!

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
