The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

Ho effettuato 3 prenotazioni separate in questo hotel prima del mio arrivo perché sarei rimasto in India più a lungo del previsto. Ho soggiornato in totale 9 notti. Nelle note di prenotazione, ho chiesto se potevo rimanere nella stessa camera per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Ho prenotato una camera doppia con vista sulla piscina. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho fatto la stessa richiesta e il personale del check-in si è assicurato che potessi avere la stessa camera. La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva un solo letto e si affacciava su un cantiere. Poi ho scoperto da solo che la piscina era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera aveva anche una grande crepa sulla finestra. Ho informato il personale del problema e ho richiesto un cambio di camera, ma mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aiutarmi a cambiare camera a un orario prestabilito. Ciò non è accaduto. Non si sono scusati. Durante il mio soggiorno, la chiave della mia camera è stata disattivata due volte (probabilmente a causa delle mie prenotazioni separate), la porta della camera ha funzionato male, la cassaforte non ha funzionato due volte e la TV ha perso il segnale due volte. Verso la fine, ho messo un cartello ”non disturbare”, ma ho ricevuto un'e-mail e una telefonata ininterrotta che mi chiedeva se ero sicuro di non aver bisogno delle pulizie. Nel complesso, anche se non è stata una brutta esperienza, ho avuto la sensazione di aver avuto troppe interazioni inutili con il personale per piccoli problemi.

Ogni pasto riflette la qualità e la cura nella preparazione.La sua posizione principale in Aeroocity, vicino all'aeroporto, aggiunge un valore significativo, soprattutto per i viaggiatori che cercano comodità e accessibilità. Sala Molto pulito! Le letti e le mutandine sono comode. Ho scelto uno che è lontano dall'ascensore, e in alto piano con vista sulla città. Era molto tranquillo, e bella luce naturale! La doccia e il bagno erano molto puliti. Doccia potente con acqua calda disponibile. Ambienze Impressionante che ci sia un caffè che è aperto 24/7 abbassato che serve caffè, pasticceria e torte. È stata una buona opzione a metà della notte, e al mattino presto si dovrebbe prendere qualcosa veloce per un volo mattino presto. Il caffè era buono. Bella piscina, voleva provarlo. Localizzazione La posizione è eccellente solo a circa 7 minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale principale e dai ristoranti. Sono disponibili ristoranti molto decenti e la corte alimentare offre una vasta varietà. Ho provato un ristorante questa volta e era bellissimo. Servizio La casa era molto buona. Prima sera la squadra mi ha colpito la porta, molto piacevole, e mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno. Molto pensativo, e hanno cercato di rendermi comodo. Ho fatto un'interrogazione sulle funzioni della televisione intelligente, il signore è venuto subito, ed è stato molto utile. Aeroporto Raju era molto rapido, gentile e amichevole. Grazie! Specialmente apprezzato che l'accordo di pick-up aveva appena un segno dell'hotel, vs avendo il vostro nome mostrato su un segno grande, che non è il caso con molti altri hotel. Molto pensativo. (Altri: Non necessitate davvero di due tavoli nella stanza. Se si può sostituire con un divano/divano sarebbe anche meglio.) In generale: molto comodo soggiorno, personale amichevole, e tornerà. The hotel itself was pleasant, but as an aviation enthusiast, my main reason for choosing it was the runway view in Delhi Airport. I had emailed months prior to my stay requesting a runway view for both rooms. However, upon check-in, I was informed that my room category does not offer a runway view, and I was instead given a garden view. Had this been communicated earlier, I would have considered booking Andaz Delhi by Hyatt, who had indicated they could accommodate my request. Clear and accurate communication is important, especially for guests with specific preferences. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow aviation enthusiasts who value transparency in such requests.
