Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'aria condizionata nel corridoio e nell'ascensore non funzionava, rendendo l'ambiente piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio, che hanno causato un notevole rumore e disturbo durante tutto il giorno. Questi problemi hanno avuto un impatto significativo sul comfort e sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Overall very impressive. The room was much cleaner than I expected. The staff were kind, highly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Not cheap, but highly recommended.

Stavo a questo hotel vicino all'aeroporto per la notte dopo il mio arrivo a Delhi, e le strutture erano nuove e ben mantenute. Forniva quattro grandi bottiglie d’acqua potabile, che erano un plus, perché gli altri mi consigliavano di evitare di bere o di spruzzare i denti con l’acqua di tappo. Il pranzo era di grande varietà e includeva anche elementi di cibo cinese come il miele di abete a strofina e la selezione occidentale. Tuttavia, il top era la diffusione di cibo e spezie indiano. Fa il tipico pane e la crema dolce. La stanza era di attese standard di Novotel e mi piaceva prenotare per un buon riposo notturno.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La camera è molto pulita e silenziosa; il letto è molto comodo con diversi tipi di cuscini: morbidi e duri, un'ottima combinazione. Il bagno è pulito e la doccia è molto potente. Ottima colazione a buffet! Il personale è stato molto cordiale e disponibile, dalla guardia di sicurezza all'ingresso, al personale della reception e al personale del ristorante. Tutti molto cordiali, cordiali e disponibili! Prince alla reception e Biru al buffet della colazione sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili! Molto apprezzati. I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Ho adorato questo hotel, posizione ideale a breve distanza dall'aeroporto. L'accoglienza è perfetta.
