Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. Very nice breakfast. Pretty much every single member of staff we encountered was helpful, polite and well trained. We particularly would like to thank the couple of staff who hard of hearing, they were super helpful and we conversed in sign language. Good to see, please thank them on our behalf!

Siamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. Grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità… ti sei guadagnato un cliente fedele ❤️

Il posto è bello e grande. Sicuramente sta diventando vecchio. Carpette, ruggine e mobili più vecchi ora. L'hotel sembra occupato e un po' commercializzato con negozi orientati a malapena sul piano inferiore che si allontana dal silenzio e relax. Se il prezzo fosse giusto, mi piacerebbe rimanere qui.

Buona giornata. Rimasto per una notte, camera di lusso. Letto pulito, bagno e doccia, aria condizionata, frigorifero, TV (ma non l'hanno usata). La stanza è stata chiesta tranquillamente, vista sulla parete (interessantemente decorata con fiori e luce) e si è davvero risparmiato - nessun rumore) l'hotel Tk è nel centro epicentrico di Maine Bazaar e costante rumore, giù, giù è fornito. C'è un ristorante, cibo è ordinario, non è piacere, ma anche senza disturbi intestinali, che non possono essere felici). In 7-10 minuti da un lato della stazione di New Delhi, in un'altra stazione metropolitana, attraverso cui abbiamo raggiunto l'aeroporto T1 con un trapianto.

Additionally, while the facilities were well-maintained, I encountered some minor issues with the Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay and Their Room Service Billing System can be Improved. Overall, Metropolitan Hotel Delhi provided a pleasant experience, and I would recommend it to travelers seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in the heart of Delhi.

Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Durante il mio soggiorno, l'aria condizionata nel corridoio e nell'ascensore non funzionava, rendendo l'ambiente piuttosto scomodo. Inoltre, erano in corso lavori di ristrutturazione nel corridoio, che hanno causato un notevole rumore e disturbo durante tutto il giorno. Questi problemi hanno avuto un impatto significativo sul comfort e sulla qualità del mio soggiorno. Considerando il prezzo elevato che ho pagato, mi aspettavo un'esperienza molto più piacevole e senza intoppi. Spero che comprendiate la mia delusione.

It was amazing. The staff from the hotel was super helpful . My whole stay was undisturbed. Specially I would like to Thanks Mr Ashraf from house keeping. He is very nice person . Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone...

About 25 mins drive from the airport in good traffic. The hotel is huge, grand and luxurious. There are 2 flights of stairs to navigate from the entrance to the lobby level. Something to note for those with physical disabilities. The room is a little small for 2 pax, though the bathroom and shower area is a good size with all amenities provided. Water pressure in the shower is good. Bed and pillows are way too soft for my liking, never a fan of beds that sink in. Breakfast at the Capital Kitchen is a standard spread. A small selection of cold cuts, typical buffet line of American breakfast staples of sausages, baked beans and potatoes. Live station for eggs and Indian staples. Service was excellent and friendly. Overall a comfortable stay but I do think they can go easy with the scent / perfuming, it was so strong (and pungent for me) that it gave me a bad headache.
