India: hotel con spa nella provincia di Delhi

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Urban Lion. The staff was polite, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and pleasant. The service was also good and the staff made sure that guests were comfortable throughout their stay. Overall, a great place for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend Hotel Urban Lion to others and would love to visit again.

Per l'India, è un hotel standard piccolo, sporco. È convenientemente situato - 5 minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana di Aerocity per stare tra voli - è il più. La zona è rumorosa, ci sono camere con la via d'uscita, c'è nel cortile - qui come fortunato ... Per le persone non caratteristiche si adatta.

Ho soggiornato di recente presso la vostra struttura e, purtroppo, la mia esperienza non ha soddisfatto gli standard che mi aspetto da un hotel a 5 stelle. Here’s a more natural version of your review: The stay at The Roseate was an experience from the moment I arrived. The welcome begins with a traditional blessing ceremony, followed by fresh juice, sweets, and water. Everyone makes you feel genuinely looked after. The spa was very good, but the highlight of my stay was definitely breakfast. It is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have experienced. The variety of choices is outstanding, the service is exceptional, and even the use of technology—a serving robot—adds a fun touch without taking away from the hospitality. There is one area that could be improved: cleaning . I found a hair in the bathtub, and the divan behind the cushions was dusty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. Next time, I will check the room when I arrive and ask for anything that needs attention to be cleaned. Despite that, I would happily stay at The Roseate again. The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

My review would be based on my 4-day stay and will only be fair and square. The hotel is located in a bsuy area of main bazaar, so expect noisy neighborhood with honking cars and shouting people. The place is not that secure, if that is your concern. The hotel is in a neighborhood of slums (yes, i explored the inner streets and alleys). The hotel though is decent, good value for your money. Transportation is a bit difficult (especially if you will book indrive or uber) since it is a busy and narrow street, cars and motorbikes don't go much often there (they get stuck in traffic). The hotel room is okay. I booked a double room (i am a solo traveler but i want a big bed). They put two single beds together, so i can't really sleep in the middle because i sink in. The room is small. When I arrived, i was greeted by three medium sized cockroaches -two in the bedside table and one in bed. I managed to kill them though :-). Shower water is not always available. You can order food 24/7, and it was tasty (the falafel however is salty).. i paid roughly 100 usd for my stay. Internet connection is fast and reliable but you need to log-in everytime you get disconnected. Secutiry of the hotel itself is lax. In fact, they have a notice that THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY THEFT WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE THINGS ARE STOLEN IN YOUR ROOM :-)... Visitors are not allowed. They provide airport pick-up and drop-off but the same is too costly (10usd) but in-app booking is only half the price (and even less). Hotel staff are willing to help you anytime foof the day - for a price. They always ask for tip (as in always).... Their tours are relatively competitive and at par with other providers. Breakfast is bad (i forced myself to finish the pancake, bread and omelette). The utensils, plates and glasses were dirty (watermarked in the glasses). They provide electric kettle in the room but no coffee or tea provided, nor mugs. Pillows and bed were soft, aircon is good but television not much choices. The only english content is the news. Will i recommend this hotel to friends? Yes if on tight budget. Otherwise, find a better one.

Ho effettuato 3 prenotazioni separate in questo hotel prima del mio arrivo perché sarei rimasto in India più a lungo del previsto. Ho soggiornato in totale 9 notti. Nelle note di prenotazione, ho chiesto se potevo rimanere nella stessa camera per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Ho prenotato una camera doppia con vista sulla piscina. Quando sono arrivato in hotel, ho fatto la stessa richiesta e il personale del check-in si è assicurato che potessi avere la stessa camera. La camera che mi è stata assegnata aveva un solo letto e si affacciava su un cantiere. Poi ho scoperto da solo che la piscina era in fase di ristrutturazione. La camera aveva anche una grande crepa sulla finestra. Ho informato il personale del problema e ho richiesto un cambio di camera, ma mi è stato detto che qualcuno sarebbe venuto ad aiutarmi a cambiare camera a un orario prestabilito. Ciò non è accaduto. Non si sono scusati. Durante il mio soggiorno, la chiave della mia camera è stata disattivata due volte (probabilmente a causa delle mie prenotazioni separate), la porta della camera ha funzionato male, la cassaforte non ha funzionato due volte e la TV ha perso il segnale due volte. Verso la fine, ho messo un cartello ”non disturbare”, ma ho ricevuto un'e-mail e una telefonata ininterrotta che mi chiedeva se ero sicuro di non aver bisogno delle pulizie. Nel complesso, anche se non è stata una brutta esperienza, ho avuto la sensazione di aver avuto troppe interazioni inutili con il personale per piccoli problemi.

Il Taj Mahal Hotel a Nuova Delhi è un vero gioiello. Il ristorante, con la sua autentica cucina dell'India settentrionale, è una delizia culinaria. E la vista dalle finestre, che si affaccia su una vegetazione lussureggiante, è incredibilmente rinfrescante. Un connubio perfetto tra gusto e tranquillità!”

From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. È vicino all'aeroporto, il che rende i trasferimenti più comodi. Ci sono hotel nelle vicinanze, il servizio è buono e la camera è pulita. Sceglierei questo hotel ogni volta che avrò un trasferimento.
