India: hotel con spa nella provincia di Delhi

Questo hotel è in posizione ideale per una breve sosta in coincidenza con i voli dal vicino aeroporto internazionale di Delhi. Siamo arrivati presto e, dato che ci saremmo fermati solo per poche ore, ci è stato permesso di effettuare il check-in prima. Aspetti positivi: camera pulita con tutti i comfort, tra cui acqua, articoli da toeletta, bollitore, tè e caffè gratuiti e frigorifero ben fornito. Bellissima piscina dove mi sono rilassato prima del volo. Il personale del servizio in camera e il concierge sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili. Servizi non proprio buoni: il tè nella loro caffetteria era troppo costoso. Ci siamo sentiti truffati a 536 rupie per una tazza piccola: tre sorsi ed era già sparita! Il servizio era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto andare al bancone per chiedere latte e tovaglioli da accompagnare ai nostri hamburger unti. Ci sono voluti 30 minuti perché arrivasse il tè. I tavoli erano sporchi. Data l'esperienza, abbiamo scelto di non mangiare in hotel, ma di fare un salto al Worldmart lì accanto, che offre un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti e bar. Nella zona piscina non vengono serviti né cibo né bevande, quindi se cercate uno spuntino o un drink a bordo piscina rimarrete delusi.

Siamo stati a Roseate Aerocity anche qualche mese prima, e ogni volta il soggiorno era troppo confortevole, il che ci ha fatto scegliere di nuovo Roseate House, tuttavia un giorno abbiamo dovuto affrontare grossi inconvenienti perché la camera non era pronta e non abbiamo potuto effettuare il check-in fino a quando Erano le 22:00 e la mattina c'erano dei lavori in corso all'esterno dell'hotel che producevano forti rumori e non riuscivamo a dormire sonni tranquilli lamentandoci dello stesso con il direttore e il team, con mio grande shock il direttore e il resto del team erano estremamente generosi e cortesi nel gestire la situazione, hanno capito la situazione senza discutere e senza fornire alcuna motivazione e si sono assicurati che avessimo il soggiorno più confortevole la prossima volta quando verremo (cosa che abbiamo fatto) devo dire che ho soggiornato in così tanti hotel tutti in tutto il mondo ma quando si tratta di Delhi, Aerocity Roseate House rimane la mia preferita…. Grazie per la meravigliosa ospitalità… ti sei guadagnato un cliente fedele ❤️

L'hotel è a circa dieci minuti a piedi, a meno di cinque minuti a piedi da Dwarka 21. Le strutture sembrano buone e i servizi sono buoni. Il ristorante dell'hotel è stato decente.

Hotel davvero eccellente, posizione fantastica, personale molto cortese ed educato. Un vero hotel di ospitalità. Ho apprezzato la cucina del ristorante annesso. Tutto il personale ha fatto di tutto per assicurarsi che non mancassi nulla.

One of the finest experiences I had here due to the accommodating staff members who truly value their customers from the heart, was clean but a bit dusty due to the ongoing renovations but experience was 10 out of 10. The location is a bit hard to navigate if you're traveling with elderly but for us young guys and solo travellers, it is perfect.

Personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente. Purtroppo la piscina non era attiva, ma mi hanno permesso di usufruire del bagno turco nell'hotel accanto.

Booked 2 rooms for 1 night but the staff was given wrong instructions that 1 room for 2 night. Payment was made through Trip.com but the staff said payment wasn't settle during check out, have to show them bank statement charges and the booking details to let their account to verify. Took more than 1 hrs to settle the issue.

I booked a two night stay at Pullman Delhi Aerocity and was not quite happy with the room provided. The view was disgusting enough to not open the curtain. There was a message on their television notifying that they were painting the building and some work was ongoing, however there were other vacant rooms with a clean view which was not provided to me from the very start. I had reached at around 3:00 pm in the evening and had to leave for a function the same day so did not really notice the glass until next morning. I went downstairs to advise the staff at reception in the afternoon after returning from another function that morning but the only thing they could offer was change of room which was difficult given my dad is a senior citizen as well as my mom who was very tired to wind up and move another room as were checking out early morning the next day for our flight. No vouchers were provided or compensation offered. The room service was fine as they provided us with tea and milk pouches when asked but bathroom tissue box also was empty when we checked in which was only filled upon asking. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. We were siting most of the evening of the second day in the reception area as the view outside of the room was disgusting and did not want to open the curtains. Also the rooms were not well lit.

Tutto molto buono, camere pulite e spaziose, necessario qualche aggiustamento e ritocco alle porte in legno, ma il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e lo standard è buono rispetto agli altri hotel in India. Il buffet era abbondante e il personale molto disponibile per ogni necessità

Ho adorato questo hotel, posizione ideale a breve distanza dall'aeroporto. L'accoglienza è perfetta.
