Excellent hotel, fantastic staff. Very nice breakfast. Pretty much every single member of staff we encountered was helpful, polite and well trained. We particularly would like to thank the couple of staff who hard of hearing, they were super helpful and we conversed in sign language. Good to see, please thank them on our behalf!

La mia moglie e io abbiamo avuto un breve soggiorno in questo hotel.Abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera e Shalini, la persona che ha preso il nostro ordine al telefono era molto accogliente alle nostre esigenze specifiche alle 10 p.m. Poi è arrivato il servizio in camera più impressionante che abbiamo mai visto entrambi. Aditya, ha preso così tanto orgoglio personale per la sua preparazione e ci ha servito. In genere, ci viene consegnato un troll con cibo all’interno e si attende di servirci. Ma questo bel giovane *** ha fatto il nostro pranzo tardivo speciale. Abbiamo saltato il colazione, ma abbiamo avuto il loro pranzo buffet.Che grande e appetito diffuso .... Ancora una volta, il servizio era buono come il cibo. Sono eccezionali !! Il capo Sandeep ci ha preso in particolare, e ha visto che avevamo preso la Saag (spinach), così è venuto a dire che doveva andare a prendere la Saag. In pochi minuti, abbiamo fatto la nuova Makki Di Roti al nostro tavolo. La persona che ci ha servito al ristorante del Del era Nikhil. Molto attento, amichevole e veloce per servirci. Kudos all'hotel per infusione di un profondo senso di buon servizio e di ottima qualità alimentare. Ben fatto 🙏

Over all hotel room was ok found bit old type , no usb inbuilt in sockets, bathroom water drain very slow , wooden floor and main door looks bit old. Morning food are and option are good .

Buona giornata. Rimasto per una notte, camera di lusso. Letto pulito, bagno e doccia, aria condizionata, frigorifero, TV (ma non l'hanno usata). La stanza è stata chiesta tranquillamente, vista sulla parete (interessantemente decorata con fiori e luce) e si è davvero risparmiato - nessun rumore) l'hotel Tk è nel centro epicentrico di Maine Bazaar e costante rumore, giù, giù è fornito. C'è un ristorante, cibo è ordinario, non è piacere, ma anche senza disturbi intestinali, che non possono essere felici). In 7-10 minuti da un lato della stazione di New Delhi, in un'altra stazione metropolitana, attraverso cui abbiamo raggiunto l'aeroporto T1 con un trapianto.

Servizi non proprio buoni: il tè nella loro caffetteria era troppo costoso. Ci siamo sentiti truffati a 536 rupie per una tazza piccola: tre sorsi ed era già sparita! Il servizio era pessimo, abbiamo dovuto andare al bancone per chiedere latte e tovaglioli da accompagnare ai nostri hamburger unti. Ci sono voluti 30 minuti perché arrivasse il tè. I tavoli erano sporchi. Data l'esperienza, abbiamo scelto di non mangiare in hotel, ma di fare un salto al Worldmart lì accanto, che offre un'eccellente varietà di ristoranti e bar. Nella zona piscina non vengono serviti né cibo né bevande, quindi se cercate uno spuntino o un drink a bordo piscina rimarrete delusi.

Also I thoroughly enjoyed the Holi festival at hotel . Thanks to the hotel management team to organise sush a beautiful festival. Overall my hotel stay was amazing. Great service, quality room for a decent price in a less-touristy area with still much to see and do. The karol bagh metro station is a reasonable walk through a street market. The breakfast was a tasty first experience of local indian food, although they don't falter on offering toast, cornflakes and coffee.
