Georgia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Agiaria

La posizione dell'hotel è bella, le camere sono grandi, leggere. Ci siamo riposati in ottobre e era un po 'cool all'interno, è l'unico meno. Colazione diversa. Spa è grande ma non molto conveniente. Tutti i bagni, piscina - separatamente. È necessario passare attraverso i corridoi, attraverso la sala, che non è molto comodo.

I have spent there 4 days. Check-in 15:00, rather late. Check-out until 11:00, its early, be ready for that as well. The apartments are on the 4th floor of the Steps building. I have arrived by plane. The time to get from the airport to the apartments building is about 40 minutes by foot. Or you may take a bus, though its unclear to me how you may pay it the bus without Batumi card that I had. The weather was rainy about 75% of time. Its a typical winter in Batumi. The wifi was working in apartments well. The cleaning done was every day or at least you are asked whether you need that or not. You need to wait quite some time until hot water at the shower starts. Due to bad weather my plane was postponed. The host did not help me with dealing with it, he just wanted to take 30$ whilst we agreed previously on 13$ by 1 more night by phone. So I had to figure out my new plane ticket and leave in a hurry.

L'esperienza di arrivo è stata molto deludente: sono arrivato alle 12.30, ho completato la registrazione e ho firmato tutti i moduli richiesti. Mi sono fermato nel lobby fino a quando ho avvicinato il supervisore del Front Desk, Polina, che era eccezionalmente professionale, e ha completamente sconvolto l'esperienza fornendo il livello di autentico servizio di cinque stelle che avevo aspettato fin dall'inizio. Un'altra preoccupazione è stata l'assenza di un servizio di concierge, e ancora più sorprendente, il destinatario non sembrava sapere quale fosse un ”concierge”. I miei rating globali: - Camera: 8/10 - Letto: 10/10 - Bagno: 7/10

Come solitario, ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno presso il Best Western Plus Batumi. L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto conveniente vicino alla spiaggia e al boleve, che rendeva molto facile esplorare la città da solo. Il personale di accoglienza era benvenuto e utile per tutta la mia permanenza, rendendomi molto sicuro e confortevole. Ma c’erano alcune zone che non lo hanno fatto perfettamente; la pulizia della mia stanza avrebbe potuto essere un po’ più approfondita, come ho notato alcuni dettagli di polvere e di minore importanza che erano stati ignorati. Inoltre, il rumore dalla strada principale e dalla strada laterale era un po' notabile la notte, perché la finestra non era ideale per un sonno tranquillo. Nonostante queste piccole questioni, l'hotel offre ancora buon comfort e valore per il mio viaggio. E' una scelta solida per chiunque viaggia da solo a Batumi, anche se un po' più attenzione alla custodia e al silenzio lo renderebbe ancora migliore.

The staff truly embodies Georgian hospitality combined with international standards. Everyone at the front desk was welcoming, attentive, and spoke perfect English. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The property fully delivers on the high standards of the IHG brand. We can’t wait to come back!

L'unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, vicino a un centro commerciale e a tanti buoni ristoranti. Non è stata effettuata alcuna pulizia per due giorni e le colazioni erano pessime. Tutto era appassito, come se fosse stato tagliato l'altro ieri.

Сначала о плюсах. Очень приветливый персонал. Открытый и крытый бассейны, просторный номер (семейный) - все оч хорошо. Но, есть к чему придраться. Гостиница показалась «подуставшей», понимаю, со всяким может случится, но все же ждешь от именитой сетевой гостиницы все таки «высшего пилотажа». Раковина в номере плохо сливала, были один день так что рассказали на ресепшн при чек ауте. - не могу оценить как быстро устранили. В бассейне переодически ногами можно наступить на откалупленную плитку - не критично, но придирка. С утра было слышно как где то гудели трубы…В целом, если вы придирчивы, везде будете замечать всякие такого рода мелочи.

Wide sea view, just as pictured. Floor 26, lift was always prompt. Parked at back of Orbit residence in a car park. Used Bolt taxis and scooters to get around Batumi. Scooters fun but taxis actually cheaper. Lots to see and do or you can relax by the sea front, lots of food places, shops, Grand Mall across the road from apartment. Brilliant price when comparing to UK prices. Apartment fully kitted out had everything you would need.
