"I stayed with a work colleague and friend at Sunland International, and the experience was truly remarkable. The location was excellent, and the area was vibrant, with plenty of people around, which we really appreciated.

A special mention goes to one of the staff members, Mr. Desi Wale, who was a true gentleman and assisted us with everything we needed. He was highly professional, courteous, and respectful, and his genuine smile and care made our stay even more enjoyable.
If I were to return to Addis Ababa, I would certainly choose to stay at this hotel again, given how well we were looked after by the friendly staff."

Utente anonimoRimasi qui durante le vacanze di Meskel. L'iscrizione ci ha voluto un po' (2 ore di attesa) perché non avevamo scelta, ma andare all'hotel prima delle strade chiuse. Il luogo dispone di moderne strutture che hanno fatto per un soggiorno confortevole. La colazione è buona, una buona selezione per i vegani e per la salute consapevole.

I stayed at Jano Hotel in Addis Ababa for 3 nights, and I can say it was a very pleasant experience overall! The hotel is very nice – the rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully decorated, offering real comfort. The staff was friendly and attentive to details, making me feel welcome from the start. The breakfast was decent, although I would have liked a greater variety of options to make it even more appealing. The only less ideal aspect was the access road, which is quite bad and can be a challenge, but once you arrive at the hotel, everything more than makes up for it. I warmly recommend Jano Hotel to anyone looking for a nice and relaxing spot in Addis at an excellent price-quality ratio!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were warm and welcoming throughout. We were especially impressed by the team who served us breakfast and provided room service. The women, including Melat, were incredibly kind and friendly — starting our mornings with her bright smile truly made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments. The staff were professional and welcoming, the room very comfortable and the breakfast spread was really good with lots of choice. The location is good, easy to get to from the airport using the Ride app and then centrally located for sightseeing. We didn't use the kitchen in our room, but it seemed to have everything in it. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom (particularly the shower) were dated and could use an upgrade but it didn't bother us. Overall a great choice for Addis visits.

L'ambiente di strutture dell'hotel è ancora possibile in Eze. Il letto matrimoniale con i colleghi dell'azienda è simile a quello di un hotel veloce di 200 yuan in casa. Lavaggio dei vestiti è molto economico. La reception e il personale di custodia sono molto entusiasti. La colazione è buona. Il personale di sicurezza è anche molto entusiasti. E'il cane che puo' sentire il grido della stanza accanto alla serata. От отеля ожидала многого, но не могу сказать, что он мне понравился. Окна номеров выходили либо на шумящий генератор, либо на шумную дорогу. Номера хорошие, хорошая кровать и amenities. Хороший уровень сервиса, очень вежливые все сотрудники. По приезде поставили тарелку с фруктами. Завтраки нам не очень понравились – по сути, ели только омлет и фрукты, всё остальное не зашло.
Сходила в спа. Вода в бассейне прохладная, бассейн на улице, хотя в Аддис-Абебе всегда прохладно. Размер бассейна хороший и подойдёт тем, кто любит плавать. Ходила в спа. Хорошие сауна и хаммам. Записалась на массаж спины. Сделали в итоге дорогой массаж всего тела. Я просила сильный – это было хорошо. Но зачем было оставлять шишку на затылке – непонятно. Я почувствовала боль и уже поздно было говорить остановиться – болело 2 дня потом.
Думаю, что по соотношению цена-качество хороший отель для Аддис-Абебы. Сетевые отели здесь переоценены, к сожалению.

Utente ospiteThe hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always smiling. They helped me find a trustworthy taxi, which I really appreciated. The room was cleaned every day, and the sheets were changed regularly.
The location is very convenient, close to the airport and other places around the city. I was also picked up from the airport, which made my arrival very easy.
The hotel is quiet and not crowded, and the price is very good compared to other hotels. I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit. The wifi is ok but could be better

yoshi13L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto e offre trasferimenti aeroportuali gratuiti, il che è stato molto utile.
Il servizio lavanderia era molto economico, il che è stato essenziale per un lungo viaggio.
Anche la colazione era gratuita e includeva piatti della cucina locale, il che è stato un altro tocco di classe.
Le uniche cose che mi hanno dato fastidio sono state il rumore proveniente dal corridoio e il fatto che la doccia impiegasse molto tempo a scaldarsi.
Tuttavia, considerando il prezzo, ci tornerei sicuramente se ne avessi l'opportunità.

Farhiya farax HajiSome staff were good and front desk manager during the day but it's poor over the phone in the night and restaurant waitress.
Couple of days we asked staff simple stuff, like butter and we was told, there's no butter and almost everyday breakfast it was the same except on Saturday, they provided samusas.
There breakfast is very heavy 😕 😫.. rice, anjera eithopian pancake with mixed with eithopian spice sauce, different bread, mixed cooked vegetable, cooked cabbage, cupcakes, cakes and arabian beans and cold porridge make with water and one choice of cereal.
The room is big but the cleaning is not good and we found cockrach but we already informed the front desk manager.
Overall poor service, poor quality of food and poor cleaning.
