Cina: hotel con spa nella provincia di Taiwan

Everything was perfect only check 3 times just successful. First time: 2.40pm room haven’t done yet Cou 3pm check in, so we went to tea break ( hotel preparation) Second time: 3.00pm : still no yet, we go outside walk around Third time: 3.30pm ONLY DONE 4 rooms 4.30pm just get LAST room. So disappointed about this. No any further action about late preparation

A very convenient place to stay before our flight. Check in time was 3pm but we were able to check in at 12 since there were vacant rooms at that time, which, I appreciate it since other many hotels in taiwan strictly don’t allow us to check in before the check in time. The hotel has free shuttle to the airport and with train station beside it so its also quite convenient to transport to taipei 101 or ximen. I gave 4 stars for the amenities is because maybe the hotel is kinda old, the woods in the cabinet is peeling off, maybe they should consider renovating some of the equipments in the room. But overall, everything was so nice there, especially the airport view, it feels so relaxing seeing the airplanes taking off, and the soundproofing was also nice, we havent hear any noice through the day.

Quite an enjoyable stay other than a few hiccups. The hotel is not visible from Xin Beitou Station. First look out for Kentucky and follow it's direction, then check for Starbucks (Guangming branch), then 300m ahead, you will see this hotel. There are many routes near Station so was quite confusing. The hotel room is clean, bed is comfy with very good back support for me, provided 4 pillows which is wonderful. The room I was assigned to was a little noisy as it faces the main road. The sound proof was not too good for that room and periodically could hear water flushing sound. We managed to change to another room upon request. Hotel front desk customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel provides bottled drinking water and snacks (surprisingly it is tasty). Our in-room private onsen was satisfying. It's good for one person (big sized 🤣), water supply was strong and hot enough. Could adjust the hotness. Very comfortable. I like the fragrance of their shampoo and bodywash. It has warm toilet seat, very comfortable in the morning and during winter. Minus point is : washroom does not have enough railings to hang clothings so got to put on the washing basin side table which I don't like (just my personal preference). The bedside does not have any power socket so it is very inconvenient for phone charging at night. We forgot to bring our international adapter this round and we could borrow from the reception. WIFI in room is great! Location of hotel is moderate walk to Beitou Hotspring Museum, Green Museum and Thermal Valley. Surroundings has numerous eateries and cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Quite a lot of variety to choose from. It is an old building with some parts probably unable to refurbish well. The in-door public onsen (lady) has a few pools, hot and cold, steam/sauna room. One of the pools has jacuzzi so I enjoyed the most in this pool. I visited in the late evening, so it was quiet with less than 10 pax in the facility.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

Anche se siamo arrivati ​​molto prima dell'orario del check-in, ci è stato permesso di lasciare i bagagli nella hall dell'hotel proprio accanto alla reception mentre andavamo a fare una passeggiata. La camera era come pubblicizzata, piccola ma pulita e confortevole. Se posso dare un suggerimento, sarebbe quello di fornire più grucce e di mettere dei ganci a muro nella doccia e nella zona del lavandino per gli asciugamani. Ci sono un paio di ganci nella zona della camera da letto, ma non è un posto pratico dove tenere gli asciugamani. Inoltre il materasso era un po' troppo morbido per me, ma so che ognuno ha la propria preferenza. Il check-out è andato liscio, abbiamo ricevuto una chiamata di promemoria intorno alle 10:45 e il personale della reception ha chiamato un taxi per noi. Nel complesso, sono abbastanza soddisfatto!

The location of Han Hsien is very convenient. It’s only twenty minutes from the airport. There are coffee shops, bakeries, and markets, fruit stalls and flower shops in the neighbourhood. The Birthday Park is just around the corner. There is a pool, a spa and a Cantonese dim sum restaurant in the hotel which are all of good standard. The hotel is not new but it is well-maintained.

We have always stayed in this hotel whenever we go to Taichung. The hotel location is great for us because there are 2 24 hour convenience stores just downstairs. A lot of different restaurants on few steps away. SOGO department store across the street. Too bad the movie theaters are closed now we used to be able to catch a late night movie during our previous trips. Starbucks is in the basement of the building where the hotel is but with the great coffee from Familymart and 711 you do not need starbucks. Bus station is just downstairs. (no train yet in Taichung so this is the next best thing.) There are taxis waiting all the time downstairs as well. The buffet breakfast is great here with a very friendly head chef (head chef Hsieh) who is always present and interacts with all the diners. (too bad we missed him this trip) The rooms are big but do take note of new law in Taiwan and bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste and razors. Although the great thing about this hotel is they do sell toiletries at a cheap price (toothbrush and small toothpaste is just ntd 10) unlike other hotels in Taiwan that absolutely do not provide anything and do not sell. If it is your first time, I would recommend staying here as you will not go wrong here. Then maybe try other hotels next time so you get to experience the Splendor Hotel standard.
