We stayed at this Hot Spring Hotel back 2021 and we liked it. Location and Interior design, neat and well-trained reception staff, rooms are nice too with modern kind of high-tech furniture and lighting and space tiled hot spring prviate bath. they got public one too. And whats more - we were really pleased with buffet breakfast.good welcoming staff. and very clean.

Excellent Service from the Front Desk Team I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk gentleman who was on duty the night I checked in at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he was the staff member who assisted me and issued my room key for Room 738. When I requested an extra bed, he took the initiative to check availability immediately and promptly arranged it for me. His efficiency, helpfulness, and warm approach truly added value to my stay and made it a very pleasant experience. It is service like this that makes a real difference — thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely guest-focused. I hope my appreciation can be passed on to him, as his professionalism and attitude reflect the high standards of Hyatt Regency. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I loved this hotel. It is very clean and hot spring fills up very quickly. There is a lot of variety to select from at the breakfast buffet. Only downside is there is only one very small elevator for the whole building. It will only hold 4-5 adults max. During busy times, you will need to wait for a few rounds to get on.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Super clean, comfortable, staff is super attentive and friendly.. really everything perfect. It was my birthday when I checked out and they even gave me a present.. unbelievably nice! I would always come back here and can highly recommend. And the pool is awesome too! Great place!!
