Such a surprising beautiful gem hidden inside a not so nice building. Don’t let the entrance and elevator scare you. When you enter the Lobby it’s a modern stunning beauty and the rooms are even better. Loved the Bathroom and the TV was huge. Easy walk to the train station for the trip into Taipei. Will definitely use again

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 10days and 9nights. Thank you for the complimentary room upgrade – it was a lovely surprise. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the bed was incredibly soft and large, making for a very comfortable night's sleep. Appreciated the complimentary bottled water as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed. The front desk even had a luggage scale available, which was really convenient for travel preparations. The hotel's location is excellent, it's surrounded by convenience stores like Family Mart and small shopping malls, with easy access to both the metro and bus stops, making it perfect for getting around the city. Overall, it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

Nel complesso, è stato un soggiorno molto confortevole in hotel. Poiché era convenientemente situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e della metropolitana. L'hotel ha molte scelte alimentari nelle vicinanze e supermercati. C'è anche uno Starbucks in un edificio vintage in fondo alla strada. Ubereats è semplice e gli autisti possono lasciare il cibo alla porta per il ritiro. Un mix di servizi forniti dal personale. La maggior parte era molto accogliente ed educata. Good hotel for transit. Overall quite clean. Room is spacious too. Location is quite great, 2 MRT stations from airport plus 8 minutes walk. Staffs can communicate in English. They offered boxed breakfast and taxi booking with NTD 200 fixed rate. One downside, there was a unique smell in the hallway and inside the room, probably from the carpet.. They also don’t provide amenities as regulated by ****** ****.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Regency one to two metro stations away from Taiyuan international airport and was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and attention to detail. There’s a shuttle bus to the hotel but I chose to take the metro. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Small touches like the attendant pressing the lift button for me showed their dedication to guest comfort. As a family traveler, I was pleasantly surprised when they proactively provided an extra bed without me even requesting it—such thoughtful service! The express check-out was seamless, and the shuttle bus to the airport made my departure stress-free. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. This hotel truly understands hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and top-notch service. Will stay here again!

Their was no buffet as mentioned on their profile, imagine expecting to get breakfast buffet and then later go exploring the city and be deceived by the front desk agent not even knowing that was actually include on your reservation, so they ended up made you some breakfast with a small choice between 2, it's like a scam to get you there 😫, but after that everything was ok for me

The hotel offered free parking which is great but was a bit difficult to find the parking entrance due to the constructions going on around the hotel. Location was nice, in the city center and peaceful nearby. The buffet breakfast was amazing, a variety of choices from western cuisine to local cuisine. The room was clean and neat as well.

Breathtaking views of the Pacific from every room and commanding view of Hualien from the lobby. The newly renovated lobby is stunning - we didn’t believe the lobby photos until we actually saw it in person. This resort is a real gem of Hualien and of ********* fengshui in general. The food quality was unexpectedly good, and I prefer the hotel’s twist on simple ********* favorites vs. their western style food. The only annoying thing is that you have to buy a swimming cap to use the pool, but the kids had a blast at the pool and taking in views from the hot tub.

The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. My wife and i had a great sleep. Loved the private bath within the room. The location was so convenient with so mamy food options within walking distance plus the whole Beitou key sights were all walkable. Really good location.
