La posizione è eccellente, il servizio è eccellente e il personale è molto disponibile nell'illustrare le attrazioni. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di biciclette, rendendolo comodo per brevi spostamenti, e anche il bar della hall è fantastico.

Overall, the hotel is good and service from the staff is great too. Breakfast Hotel has a good spread and enjoyed the food there. Hotel is well located near the Fengjia Night Market and you can go there in 3 min but is not very near the city centre and you may need to take a bus or walk there.

La posizione è molto conveniente, con pochi mercati mattinali vicino, che rende facile esplorare la vita locale e trovare colazione.
La pulizia è eccellente. Sono molto puliti sia il letto che il bagno, e la pressione dell'acqua è forte. Ho soggiornato in una stanza tatami è stato bello, ma vorrei che la materna fosse un po' più spesso, perché mi sentiva un po' troppo sottile.
La zona comune è molto accogliente, e ho davvero goduto il caffè e il tè libero disponibile in qualsiasi momento.
L’unico svantaggio era un po’ confuso riguardo alla lavatrice, e c’era un avviso che gli stranieri potevano usarla gratuitamente, ma non menzionava la necessità di chiedere il permesso in anticipo. Quando l'ho usato, ho ricevuto un messaggio dall'ospite che avrei dovuto chiedere prima, che era un po' confuso.
In generale, è ancora una comoda e piacevole soggiorno.

Great experiance at The moment by lakeshore! The kids were thrilled by the bunk beds with curtains and privet hangers and lights 😅
It's a complex of buildings by lakeshore, we had a room with amazing mountains and gardens view.
The auto check in station was simple to understand and operate, and suitable for us, since we arrived quite late.
The room design is very cool, everything worked, good water pressure. The shower is separated from the toilet, so it's comfy for friends staying together. For us as a family it didn't matter.
Everything in the minibar was included in the room price, and I tried the cold brew teas, they were excellent!
The breakfast was served in the hotel building next to our hotel, from the same owner. Great buffet, large variety and even marked for allergies!
The hotel has a parking area close by, and it's about 10 minutes drive to Taroko visitors center.
All in all, I recommend this hotel for short stays, if you are with 3 or 4 kids take the bunk beds room for 6, we really enjoyed it.

La gente è molto conveniente e la posizione è buona.Il proprietario è molto entusiasta e comunica bene.La gente è molto pulita e pulita, e il pannello nero introduce il negozio delizioso vicino, particolarmente utile. La stanza era enorme! L'aria condizionata era molto fredda, l'insonorizzazione era piuttosto buona e, nel complesso, era molto confortevole. Si possono anche noleggiare costumi arabi per giocare e c'è una piscina coperta in cui nuotare. La colazione era un buffet molto abbondante. Sebbene sia vicino alla strada principale, il cortile è ben progettato. Ci si può sedere all'aperto e rilassarsi, all'ombra degli alberi, quindi è comunque fresco e confortevole anche sotto il sole splendente.

樓下主臥加大雙人床，樓上兩張雙人床。
房間乾淨舒適寬敞。
樓上樓下都有落地窗正對東方，早上還看到了日出🌄
但有點可惜 一樓的床太軟，父母睡不習慣，我們也忘了跟櫃檯即時反應。
浴室很寬敞，但可惜沒有浴缸，父母年長走路易酸痛想泡腳。（我們也忘了問民宿有無泡腳桶）
路口走到底就是7-11，很方便

Ho soggiornato cinque notti, l'hotel è situato nella città di LiuChunn e la bicicletta è conveniente per la strada di Liu Ting.La stanza è ampia e pulita, e c'è una piazza per vedere la bellezza del sole di Dragon e il parcheggio gratuito.
Ho appena incontrato un forte tifone di Gaza che non poteva uscire. Il capo era molto intimido per fornire pannolini e biscotti.In generale, le strutture di base della stanza, l'aria condizionata, la cucina condivisa e così via sono buone. La prossima volta che vengo a ginding tornerà, il valore CP è molto alto!

Ottimo soggiorno a casa - personale amichevole che potrebbe comunicare in inglese. Solo 5-6 camere- dare una bella vibrazione dall'inizio. La colazione è media al meglio- può dare una manciata da mangiare altrove. Posizione, tranquillo e vicino all'autostrada, si può sentire la pin cadere a un chilometro di distanza dalla notte. Vicino alla spiaggia per un bel passo. Rimarrà.

L'unica cosa buona che questo hotel vi offre è una vista stupenda sulla linea di Kaihsiung, per quanto la pulizia e il personale possano essere migliorati. L'hotel dice che è un hotel a 5 stelle, ma in realtà offre solo 3 stelle; il personale dell'hotel non sembra accogliente, le camere sono piuttosto antiquate, l'aria condizionata non può essere switchato per il riscaldamento - era super freddo nella stanza e si trasformano l'aria condizionata per voi prima. Sei in grado di controllare - perché?E' a 15 gradi fuori, perché il tuo aircondition è in modalità congelatore?

YyjyjyL'hotel dispone di un bus navetta direttamente dalla ferrovia ad alta velocità Zuoying all'hotel (prenotare in anticipo con l'hotel). La camera ha un letto abbastanza grande, una vasca da bagno e un bagno con doccia e viene fornita con detersivo per il bagno. Accanto all'hotel c'è Kenting Street, comoda per mangiare e bere. UUtente ospite1. Misleading Entrance Signage
Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable.
2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance
When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside?
3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior
After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues.
As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight.
We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of:
- Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance
- Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival
- Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior
We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future.

DDKongLove the hot spring water in the room. Bathroom very spacious, with a separate shower. Will visit again if I have the chance. Dinner at the hotel is average, can be better. Lots of veg, however，I suspect the vegs are not properly washed, entire 1/8 cabbage wedge was served. I will not eat like that at home.

CCP_LeeI write with much disappointment on your lapse in hotel service. I checked in on 3/12/25 and my son caught a cold. I was at the hotel lobby at 1.5hrs earlier requesting for a check in but it’s allowed. My son and I were left to rest n sleep at the lobby. No one came to us or any empathy shown at all.
The next day as my son was unwell n resting in the room, there was dragging sounds that can be heard from the room which lasted for about an hour plus. I called the reception and was told that there is no guest staying above my room 701 nor beside us. My hair stands and immediately requested for a change of room. Without empathy, the reception told me that it could housekeeping upstairs. I was even more puzzled n worried why is there housekeeping where there is no one staying above my room n beside my room? The reception mentioned that they will check again even though I requested for a change of room a few times. Finally, a lady who came to ‘help me’ change room. She given me a doubtful expression and asked me if the dragging sound is still there with no empathy. Thankfully after she asked, there are dragging sounds are heard. She was standing in my room to only see me scramble to pack my things with no apology or empathy. To make things worse, she asked me what time I want to have my breakfast the next day. I really do not appreciate the question when I busy packing my things to a new room. I was later told by the in charge for that day named Connie that the staff are trained not to help guest with their luggage. So is this the reason to show no empathy to your guests by asking the guests' breakfast timing?
The lady brought me to third floor but I do not feel good at the walkway as super dark and eerie feel and requested for another room.
On my final day staying at the hotel, I was given a call half an hour before 11am to ask to check out of the hotel. I had never encounter such thing before.
It then brings me the question whereby if your check in time is 6pm and your check out time is 11am, why then there is a need to rush guests out of the hotel? The hotel will have ample 7hrs for housekeeping. Also, if the room beside my room 701 n above unit has no guest staying, why is it that I cannot check in early on the day of arrival on 3/12/25 where my son is not well?
Even more shocking to me, during checking out of the hotel, I was given a document saying that I purchased laundry item which I did not. Imagine if it’s a confidential document that the staff reveal to a wrong guest? This is totally not professional. I requested for the names of staff and the email for me to feedback to the management but they are not willing to do it. I was standing at the front counter in the cold wind for 10 minutes requesting for it. It's really ridiculous! Later, the in charge that day named Betty finally succumb to my request but repeat rudely her name to me.
It's such a shame that the hotel is such a good location but I will seriously reconsider or even recommend anyone to stay in there again

CClymene LimThoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March).
Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks.
Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing.
Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.
Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for. There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue.
Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)

CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

UUtente ospiteLa reception è stata piuttosto disponibile, l'ambiente valeva il prezzo, i servizi erano buoni e la posizione era comoda (vicino alla linea principale della MRT). C'erano molte aree commerciali e centri commerciali nelle vicinanze.
Purtroppo, non è riuscito a nascondere completamente le tendenze indipendentiste di alcuni membri del personale della reception. Li ho ringraziati per aver mantenuto una facciata di cortesia; non era colpa loro, era colpa di Bald Island.

MMyco剛進大廳有總高級飯店的味道！因為我是用支付寶去付款所以沒辦法只有提供台灣證件去辦理，接待的櫃檯也很幫忙處理我的難題。他的電梯應該是還沒有很完全的改裝完全所以感覺不到很人性化！進了房間看起來很不錯櫃檯有幫我升級乾濕分離的浴室，也有我最喜歡的窗戶門面（冬天曬太陽很重要）窗簾在睡眠時也把遮光嚴密的很不錯。或許廁所的蓮蓬頭需要在人性化一下，還有隔音加強一下分數會更高！六樓有些設備可以使用，但是看起來應該是還沒有很多客人的關係所以沒有開啟蒸氣房和烤箱！不過有提供氣泡水讓我驚訝了一下。目前這幾天的商務活動感覺退房時間好像旅館都說政府規定11點退房這真的讓我驚訝了！我常常跑國外的旅館好像只有台灣要11點退房，老實說11點的要求確實有點早了！最後是好像旅館的灰塵是否有點多了，因為早上我的眼鏡上有些灰塵（晚上還感覺不出來，可能是陽光反射看得更明顯）

MMico yap2101La mia esperienza complessiva all'Hotel Kuva Chateau è stata piacevole, anche se sono un po' deluso che la piscina sia chiusa in inverno e sia aperta solo dal maggio al settembre. La piscina pubblica è situata al di là dell'hotel, dove si può pagare NT 100 per godere di una bella piscina e di una primavera calda. L'hotel stesso era pulito, e mi piaceva particolarmente il bagno, che aveva un bagno senza spot.
