Cina: hotel con servizio colazione nella provincia di Taiwan

L'hotel dispone di un bus navetta direttamente dalla ferrovia ad alta velocità Zuoying all'hotel (prenotare in anticipo con l'hotel). La camera ha un letto abbastanza grande, una vasca da bagno e un bagno con doccia e viene fornita con detersivo per il bagno. Accanto all'hotel c'è Kenting Street, comoda per mangiare e bere. L'hotel offre molte scelte per la colazione, il cibo è delizioso e c'è anche un distributore di acqua frizzante. In piscina non c'è nessun galleggiante, solo un salvagente. C'è un passaggio direttamente collegato alla spiaggia dall'hotel. Potete portare i vostri teli da piscina direttamente in spiaggia, il che è molto comodo. Ci sono anche ombrelloni e sdraio in spiaggia e si vendono bibite e birra. Caesar Hotel è un hotel che fa venire voglia alle persone di tornarci.

Tutto è stato buono durante il mio soggiorno in questo hotel. L'illuminazione della stanza era un po' troppo oscura per me, ma non era un problema durante il giorno, perché c'era molta luce solare dalla finestra. Mi piace che mettano una tavola da caffè e una sedia a mano dalla finestra, rendendo molto piacevole leggere durante il giorno. La posizione è una buona, circa 10-15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione MRT più vicina. La strada alla stazione era chiara e aveva una varietà di negozi locali da esplorare.

1. Misleading Entrance Signage Upon arrival, we followed the signage pasted on a pillar that directed guests to a staircase entrance. However, when we reached that entrance, we were shocked to find the door marked with the sign “来宾止步” (“Guests Stop Here”). When we raised this with your staff, we were told that this entrance has not been in use since the COVID-19 period. While we understand that certain operations may have changed during the pandemic, COVID-19 restrictions have ended for more than two years. If the primary entrance has been permanently closed, why has no corrective action been taken and the misleading signage still left there? Carrying heavy luggage up and down a sloped path unnecessarily was frustrating and avoidable. 2. No Staff Assistance or Clear Signage at the New Entrance When we finally located the new entrance, there were no staff members on standby to assist us, nor was there any clear external signage indicating that this was the correct way to access the lobby. The explanation given later was that all staff were away assisting with parking which is not acceptable. At least one person should have been assigned to remain at the entrance, or the last person leaving should have arranged for another colleague to cover the position. In addition, the Operations Director mentioned that there is signage inside the new entrance directing guests to take the elevator to the lobby. However, this logic is flawed. If guests cannot locate the correct entrance in the first place, how could they possibly see a sign placed inside? 3. Poorly Trained and Unprofessional Front Desk Behavior After struggling outside, we called the number listed on Google. Only then did someone finally come out and lead us in. By that time, we were exhausted and upset. When we confronted the front desk staff about why they ignored us, despite us clearly visible outside the “来宾止步” glass door, making eye contact and knocking for help, but they claimed they “did not see us.” This excuse was clearly untrue, as we observed them looking in our direction. Even more disappointing, none of the front desk staff offered an apology even until we requested to speak to the Operations Director and asked him to review the CCTV footage. After reviewing the footage, the Operations Director confirmed that the front desk had not been alert and apologized on their behalf. However, he did not acknowledge that the front desk’s attitude and lack of sincerity were also serious problems. Being “not alert enough” and showing no sense of apology or empathy are two entirely different issues. As an international hotel, the front desk is the first impression of your service. Regardless of the quality of your facilities, this poor experience completely overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay. It also severely damages the reputation of Kagaya Group — a brand that has long been admired for its exemplary Japanese hospitality and politeness. Although we appreciate the Operations Director’s effort to make amends by offering us a meal and gifts (which we declined), it remains undeniable that this incident reflects a failure in staff training and management oversight. We hope that management will seriously review this incident, especially the issues of: - Inadequate and misleading signage at the entrance - Lack of staff presence and assistance upon guest arrival - Poor front desk awareness and unprofessional behavior We trust that Kagaya Group will uphold its proud tradition of service by addressing these problems promptly and ensuring no other guests experience such treatment in the future. Ho dimenticato di fare una foto della nostra camera, ma è al secondo piano e non ha finestre. All'inizio mi sono preoccupato per via di alcune recensioni sull'odore, ma non c'è nessun problema: il letto è pulito, niente odore di sigaretta, il bagno è buono, la doccia calda è aperta 24 ore su 24, asciugacapelli e bollitore elettrico in camera. Se siete al secondo piano, potete riempire la vostra bottiglia d'acqua vicino al bancone. La lounge al sesto piano (tecnicamente il quinto) è ok, c'è la lavatrice, il bagno con doccia, l'asciugacapelli, il ferro da stiro e un bancone self-service per il cibo. Ho persino conosciuto un nuovo amico nella lounge. Anche la colazione gratuita (al sesto piano) è abbastanza buona. È abbondante, ma spero che aggiungano varietà o almeno la cambino ogni due o tre giorni. Abbiamo soggiornato per 6 giorni e 5 notti. Potete anche lasciare i bagagli se arrivate prima dell'orario di check-in. È vicino all'uscita della stazione. Il personale parla anche inglese e giapponese. Mi piacerebbe tornarci.

Myself and my friends stayed at Papa Whale Hotel for the 2nd time, and we had another great experience overall! *What we loved: 1. Room: The room was awesome – clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. 2. Room Service: Almost perfect! The staff were quick and attentive. 3. Breakfast: Fantastic! Myself and friends really enjoyed the variety. Would love to see a few more options next time, like fried chicken, French fries and more. 4. Location: Location is convenient and perfectly fine. It’s a bit of a walk from Ximen MRT Station, but nothing major. Small note: On one day the staff forgot to replace our towels, but it was a minor issue and didn’t affect our stay. Overall: A perfectly nice stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back again. Thanks to the team for making our trip comfortable.

Ho trovato un gioiello! Questo hotel è comodissimo dalla stazione MRT ed è un posto strategico dove soggiornare se si vuole prendere il treno locale per raggiungere altre zone di Taipei per una breve gita di un giorno, come Hualien, Taizhong ecc. L'hotel è anche molto grande e nuovo e il check-in è stato molto semplice! Ci tornerò sicuramente se andrò a Taipei! La camera è spaziosa anche per due bagagli grandi.

La calda è fantastica. Questa volta è il vecchio palazzo, che può vedere le tracce degli anni, ma non provocare l'esperienza di soggiorno È quello che vedo direttamente fuori dalla finestra della camera da letto, e'molto piacevole vedere questo paesaggio quando si soppa di zuppa Il servizio del personale è gentile e entusiasta. I did not expect this accommodation to be a motel based on its Chinese name, so it was a bit of a surprise when I checked in. The location is very convenient, which is a big plus. However, the overall environment had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. The room itself was spacious, but for guests arriving on foot, the access route is not very intuitive—you need to go down to the basement first and then enter through the parking garage, which makes the circulation feel somewhat inconvenient.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sun Palm B&B. Have written this review in English, but we communicated with them in Chinese. We stayed at this B&B during the tourism off-peak season (March). Service - Amazing. They were very responsive on Line, and quick to reply. They were also helpful with our requests/questions (e.g. fetching service to and fro airport, car rental service, traffic road conditions in Penghu) and were polite. They also gave some advice on what can or cannot be done (e.g. we wanted to cycle around Penghu, but they advised us saying Penghu was too big to travel on a bicycle). The driver was always punctual when picking us up, and when sending us to the airport. In fact, he was already there, with the car ready, minutes before we were supposed to leave for the airport - we didn't even need to remind them. The lady boss was very friendly - when we first arrived, she asked if we were new to Penghu (it was our first time), and she introduced where to explore in Penghu, and what to eat. She also told us that if we wanted to do water activities, we can approach them, and they can make a check with the centres to see if they are open since it was off-peak season for tourist activities. We also had some extra request regarding the check out timing, and she helped us with it too. Before we arrived, they also tested the car we wanted to rent, and upon finding out that it wasn't working as well, they provided us with another car instead - this is certainly good service. They also cleaned up the room upon request, and re-stocked the fridge with drinks. Food - The breakfast was amazing and fresh (see photos). On the first day we had bread + doughstick + egg with spring onion all in one package. It was delicious. On the second day, we had vermicelli and seafood (e.g. squid, prawns). The seafood was really fresh, and the broth was simple and tasty. Each dish was accompanied by fresh fruits / pastry + drink, which was refreshing. Room - We got the Starry Honeymoon Room. It was very spacious, the room was clean, the amenities were in good condition, and the overall design was aesthetically pleasing. The heart pillow on the bed was a cute addition, and the round bed was big enough for 2 of us. Above the bed there was a window covered with a retractable screen - you can actually look into the sky while lying on the bed, really interesting.  Location - While this B&B is further away from the main city, we didn't feel that affected as they provided airport transfer services. Also, we felt that it being away from the hustle and bustle from the city was actually advantageous, as the B&B's location had a more relaxed, quiet, holiday vibes, which was what we were looking for.  There is a 7-11 around 10 minutes from the B&B, so if you need food etc in the middle of the night, you can get it from there. We rented a car, so travelling to other areas wasn't much of an issue. Overall, I will recommend this B&B to anyone looking to tour Penghu! Am glad to have chosen this B&B for our first ever trip to Penghu :)

L'hotel è molto bello, il personale era molto amichevole e la camera era pulita e ben attrezzata. Il colazione era expansionista con una buona selezione per tutti. La posizione è a pochi passi da molte cose. Abbiamo fatto una bella passeggiata nella zona del parco scientifico e abbiamo visitato uno dei templi locali. È anche un bel bar parlante entro 10 minuti a piedi (un tipo di nascondita attraverso le stelle sulla collina). Raccomanderò assolutamente questo hotel anche ai visitatori d'affari o ai turisti.
