Location of hotel is excellent next to Gancheng station where our nantou bus from Sun Moon Lake stopped . Room was spacious; toilet has dry & wet separation. Self laundry is available with NT$40 per wash and NT10 per 10min dryer time..Overall a value added hotel. Only disappointment was they asked guest to signed on an agreement to follow their instructions such as no throwing of toilet paper into toilet bowl, NT$200 for extra blanket etc.

L'attrezzatura dell'hotel è relativamente vecchia, la stanza ha un'illuminazione soffusa e il bagno è relativamente luminoso. La tenda della doccia nella doccia sembra essere larga solo 2/3, quindi prestare attenzione alla direzione del soffione quando si fa la doccia. , altrimenti l'acqua potrebbe fuoriuscire nel lavandino o nel WC. L'asciugacapelli si trova sulla parete accanto allo specchio nella stanza. È di tipo fisso, molto rumoroso e con poco vento. Le persone con capelli lunghi o folti potrebbero voler portare il proprio asciugacapelli😅 Inoltre l'isolamento acustico dell'hotel non è buono, non importa se il suono è più forte, che sia nella porta accanto, nel corridoio o nella stanza di fronte, lo sentirai. Se sei preoccupato, pensaci due volte o porta il tuo propri tappi per le orecchie. L'atteggiamento del personale dell'hotel è molto buono. Nella stanza c'è anche un distributore d'acqua. Spero che tutti partecipino alla protezione dell'ambiente.

I had a pleasant stay at Norway Forest Hotel in Taichung. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Taichung Train Station, which makes traveling around the city very convenient. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel also has a playground for children, which is great for families, as well as laundry and drying facilities, very convenient for longer stays. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I would recommend it to travelers visiting Taichung.

Excellent Service from the Front Desk Team I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the front desk gentleman who was on duty the night I checked in at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan International Airport. I unfortunately did not catch his name, but he was the staff member who assisted me and issued my room key for Room 738. When I requested an extra bed, he took the initiative to check availability immediately and promptly arranged it for me. His efficiency, helpfulness, and warm approach truly added value to my stay and made it a very pleasant experience. It is service like this that makes a real difference — thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely guest-focused. I hope my appreciation can be passed on to him, as his professionalism and attitude reflect the high standards of Hyatt Regency. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I will definitely remember this stay fondly and will be staying in Hyatt in the future.

Nice smallish clean room. Convenient location, a few minutes to rail station and tourist sights in crowded old part of city. Breakfast was set meal of sandwich & salad. one part that needs improvement is better attitude.from staff

Stayed in this hotel in mid-Nov for 3 nights. Great location near Kaohsiung Station and Liuhe Night Market. The room is gorgeous and comfortable, with all the equipment setup, great for resting and even working. Highly recommended!
