This hotel’s location is super convenient，very close to subway station and train station. Breakfast provided not only Chinese food but also toast, milk and jams. I arrived in early morning. I was only expecting to leave my luggage then come back to check in at 2pm. But they were very kind to allow me to check in, straightaway. I truly appreciated their warm hearted attitude towards to customers.

As always, the room was beautifully decorated for a hotel under the Hilton brand. Huge room with a lovely toilet & an ample bathtub which we made full use of. Great location just beside the entrance to 三清山. Very conveniently located. Quite a few food options around the hotel. We had a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. Well done food & very reasonably priced. The breakfast was disappointing though given the price we paid. Too bad we didn't get good weather & we didn't see much of the mountain. We will still stay here the next time we visit.

Quando viaggia, soprattutto con un bambino, la pulizia in una stanza è la priorità. Beh, la stanza non era pulita. La parte superiore del contatore del bagno era dipinta e sporca, la stanza era polverosa (possiate vedere polvere sui specchi e su altre superfici) e il pavimento era pieno di impronte di scarpe di diversi tipi. Abbiamo chiesto che la stanza fosse pulita quando ci siamo accorti, mentre andavamo a camminare, più di una nostra dopo siamo tornati, la stanza era sporca quando la lasciamo. Mi dispiace, ma per un prezzo così, in un hotel a 5 stelle, questo è assolutamente inaccettabile. Inoltre, dubito seriamente che le misurazioni della stanza siano corrette, poiché sembrava più piccola di quanto ufficialmente indicato nelle informazioni della stanza. La visione è ovviamente interessante, è vero. Non dimenticate che non c'è assolutamente alcuna separazione tra bagno bagnato e camera da letto, nessuna porta, nessuna giardina, quindi nessuna privacy mentre prendete il bagno, e anche che non c'è frigorifero. La signora alla ricezione era bella, molto gentile, ma non si prepara per una stanza sporca.

E'cosi' sorprendente che ieri sia stato al Rachel Honor International Hotel!Non ho pensato che ci fosse un hotel così bello nella città contea.La posizione dell'hotel è superbo, il centro commerciale intorno è prospero e la vita è molto conveniente. Quando si è soggiornato, l'hotel ha anche intimamente consegnato frutta, vivendo con gli anziani e i bambini, e non c'è bisogno di preoccuparsi. Il più memorabile è la colazione, che è godere nel ristorante di cibo superiore, non solo può gustare un'ampia varietà di cibi, ma anche andare lontano dalla finestra. Sono montagne coperte, vasti campi di grano, e treno tra loro, e un sacco di ritratto fluido è stato raccolto. Soprattutto la varietà di noccioline è ricca, tutti i tipi di gusti possono essere soddisfatti, gli anziani e i bambini sono felici di mangiare.Più intimi, l'hotel ha anche preparato un colazione speciale per i bambini e il servizio è delicato. Per dire il letto, è davvero sorpreso!Molto comodo e confortevole, non perdere il tranquillo hotel Shangrila.Dormi bene per una notte, in breve, questa esperienza di soggiorno è fantastica, davvero raccomandata ai amici bisognosi, ci sarà ancora un'altra!

Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing. I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster. But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

The front desk service is superb. On my check out date, I needed an extension of my stay and they immediately helped me to get it done. They also called house keeping to have the room cleaned and ready within half an hour. I will certainly stay in the same hotel in my next visit.

L'hotel è uno degli hotel di alta qualità della città. Il costo di un soggiorno di una notte è stato in realtà molto ragionevole secondo gli standard americani. Offre doccia e jacuzzi nella camera e molto confortevole letto. Anche il buon colazione è stato incluso. Il desk front and concierge ha offerto un enorme aiuto con amicizia e sincerità. Il servizio è stato poi impressionante, e il desk front faceva un errore con la mia carta di credito americana. Invece di usarla come deposito, ha sbagliato a farlo. Dopo aver tornato negli Stati Uniti, ho ricevuto un messaggio urgente da trip.com per chiedermi di contattare l'hotel direttamente via WeChat. Ho ricevuto il credito di nuovo in una settimana con un follow-up molto tempestivo dal manager di servizio lobby Andy. Resterò in questo hotel la prossima volta per la mia visita a Nanchang.

La posizione dell'hotel è troppo ampia, proprio nel centro commerciale. Per qualche minuto a piedi è la stazione della metropolitana. Il cibo intorno è particolarmente conveniente.La più sorprendente è l'igiene, il pavimento della stanza e il tavolo sono incolori, non c'è sporcizia neanche all'angolo della lavastoviglie, e la pulizia è troppo sottile. Le strutture sono anche molto intime, le letti sono morbide e dure, sono molto stabili, l'aria condizionata è fredda e non c'è rumore, il segnale WiFi è pieno. Il servizio è anche un punto aggiuntivo. La signorina Reception è entusiasta ed efficace. Quando si ritira, ha anche dato un piccolo regalo. La prossima volta che la città viene, deve essere qui!
