As always, the room was beautifully decorated for a hotel under the Hilton brand. Huge room with a lovely toilet & an ample bathtub which we made full use of. Great location just beside the entrance to 三清山. Very conveniently located. Quite a few food options around the hotel. We had a very good dinner at the hotel restaurant. Well done food & very reasonably priced. The breakfast was disappointing though given the price we paid. Too bad we didn't get good weather & we didn't see much of the mountain. We will still stay here the next time we visit.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

One ultra luxury hotel located opposite Teng Wang Pavilion with stunning panoramic River view which we can view from the sexy bathtub 🛁 . The room was lavish & luxurious. The TV 📺 set layout is cool & zen, can swing both ways to watch movies from both the bedroom & living room. The staff are warm, friendly & hospitable. It is within walking distance to the Pedestrian Street with lots of spicy 🌶️ Nsnchang delights. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info. The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true. Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge. The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

國慶自駕遊返程武漢途中本打算在九江停留一晚，各地酒店國慶漲價明顯，放大檢索範圍意外發現了瑞昌這家寶藏豪華酒店，國慶期間基本沒有漲價。 酒店位置非常便利，臨近杭瑞高速口，房間乾淨衞生，5樓的恆温泳池和健身設施十分到位。 特別是前台小曹服務貼心，還免費贈送了一份小童早餐，值得推薦。

Pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to what I think is their suite room, or junior suite at least, on the highest floor at Level 26. A huge living room with a working desk and separate toilet. A luxurious bedroom with loads of space, a walk-in open wardrobe big enough for 2 large luggages. Bathtub, standing shower, another toilet and twin basins. Bed is firm but pillows are too soft for my liking. Service was also on point, Barry at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I guess all these makes up for the location. It's near the exhibition centre and Nanjingxi train station but other than that there's nothing else within walking distance. Luckily food delivery is fast and cheap here, same with ride hailing. I wish the hotel had robots sending my delivery up though. And that the lifts worked faster. But overall it's a good stay and will be my choice hotel the next time I attend an exhibition here.

I had a very pleasant stay at Vienna Hotel Yongzhou. The location is excellent—arguably the best in the city—making it very convenient for getting around and accessing key areas. The staff were extremely kind, generous, and attentive. They were always ready to help with anything I needed, and their service made the stay smooth and comfortable. The room was very clean—spotless, in fact—and spacious enough to feel relaxed without any sense of discomfort or fatigue. It was a great place to rest after a long day. Breakfast was decent with good variety, though it mainly caters to local tastes and doesn’t include Western options. That said, the quality was good, and everything was well prepared. Overall, I had a very good experience and would recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and excellent service.

Un hotel fantastico con grandi camere per ospitare una famiglia. Bagno era un colpo enorme e i letti erano molto confortevoli. La colazione era deliziosa! Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto godere il buffet di cena, ma io consiglio di prendere il promo se ancora offerto. Mentre la posizione è al centro di tante attività, non è proprio vicino a nulla.Abbiamo trovato opzioni alimentari limitate rispetto ad altri luoghi. Nelle vicinanze della metropolitana, ma la passeggiata è un po' confusa a causa della grande area di traffico. Ma è sulla linea 2 che ti porta a tutte le grandi cose e bus fermi noi’e più facile da raggiungere.

La posizione dell'hotel è troppo ampia, proprio nel centro commerciale. Per qualche minuto a piedi è la stazione della metropolitana. Il cibo intorno è particolarmente conveniente.La più sorprendente è l'igiene, il pavimento della stanza e il tavolo sono incolori, non c'è sporcizia neanche all'angolo della lavastoviglie, e la pulizia è troppo sottile. Le strutture sono anche molto intime, le letti sono morbide e dure, sono molto stabili, l'aria condizionata è fredda e non c'è rumore, il segnale WiFi è pieno. Il servizio è anche un punto aggiuntivo. La signorina Reception è entusiasta ed efficace. Quando si ritira, ha anche dato un piccolo regalo. La prossima volta che la città viene, deve essere qui!
