L'hotel è bello e il personale è grande, è in una posizione fantastica e alcune camere hanno una bella vista come quella che abbiamo avuto fortuna di ottenere. La prima volta che ci siamo fermati, abbiamo usato il valletto, che erano grandi, ma abbiamo finito di parcheggiare lungo la strada nel parcheggio multistrada per il resto dei giorni, mentre il valletto è intorno $45+tax e il punta così funziona molto costoso. Abbiamo trovato un posto molto bello intorno all'angolo per colazione anche chiamato L’Antiquaire Buffet, hanno un fantastico colazione e molto buono, bellissimo staff! L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica e facilmente camminabile a molte viste e ristoranti grandi.

L'hotel più soddisfatto di questo viaggio! Molto consigliato!La posizione è molto conveniente. La guida a Liuhu Mountain è da dieci a quindici minuti. È possibile dormire un po'di tardi la mattina. L'hotel ha un grande parcheggio e un parcheggio molto conveniente. Il vicino è la stazione di benzina.

Il mio soggiorno era assolutamente fantastico! La posizione dell'hotel non poteva essere migliore diretta nel centro e vicino a tutti i punti divertenti, molti a pochi passi da. Il lobby vi saluta con un lucido rinfrescante e un sorriso veramente caldo dal personale.
Ho avuto il piatto più salito mai, e la piscina riscaldata 24-hour? Totale rilassamento! L'unica cosa che ho cambiato è la posizione della piscina. Attualmente è necessario camminare attraverso il ristorante e lobby (aperto ai non ospiti), quindi si sente un po' inquietante camminare nel vostro costume da bagno. Un passaggio privato o un altro punto di piscina lo renderebbe perfetto!
In generale, ho avuto un tempo incredibile e sarei sicuramente tornato. 🤗

Nota Pls abbiamo fatto un lungo weekend per andare a questo hotel con un altro paio di persone. Il controllo in corso era facile e amichevole. Nella nostra strada verso le nostre camere abbiamo notato che i corridoi avrebbero potuto usare un po' di vuoto, non una grande prima impressione. La nostra camera era un po' di merda, e poteva fare un aggiornamento, non c'era nessuna sicurezza, quindi abbiamo portato i nostri valori con noi. Il gel di doccia dura mini contenitore non poteva uscire. I terreni e le strutture all'aperto erano grandi, usavamo la piscina e il Kayak sul lago. Abbiamo anche una festa di matrimonio vicino alla porta che ci teneva fino alle ore di giù, non molto considerato.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

HHello there!We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Frontenac. We arrived early and were pleasantly surprised to be offered an early check-in with a discounted upgrade to a king bed room with a view, which was a great start to our visit.
The room itself was lovely. It is on the smaller side, but that is completely expected in a historical hotel and only adds to its charm. Everything was well maintained and comfortable.
The service throughout our stay was impeccable. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The location is unbeatable and you truly cannot find a better spot to explore Old Québec and the surrounding area.
It is on the expensive side, but if you are visiting for a short stay and want to make the most of your experience, it is absolutely worth it. I would highly recommend it for a memorable stay in Québec City.

MMatt88My sister and I just finished visiting my son in Toronto and we decided to visit Montreal. We booked 2 rooms.
We had a terrible experience at Royal York Fairmont . We got kicked out from the lobby lounge by Karen over there for voicing our concern for the service being slow.
For we had absolutely low expectations for QE. When we checked in there were 3 staff at the counter. 2 of them were engaged in their friendly conversation and one of them stepped up to help us. I thought that was totally unprofessional for the staff chatting among themselves in front of guests.
Rooms are basic and clean. The location is central. The staff has showed no warmth and attention. In Asia a hotel of this level will greet u warmly and the better one will remember your name.
Services at restaurants in Montreal are top notch. We visited some with long history and the staff took pride to explain to us the history. It is a shame Fairmont has some of best historic buildings in Canada and the staff showed no interest to highlight the history of the buildings.
I travelled a lot for me to earn a diamond member here. I will avoid staying at Fairmont and any of their member hotels from now on.

MMarley KThis hotel is a little gem in a super area of downtown Montreal. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable, with high-quality sheets and a good selection of comfortable pillows. A kitchenette made it very easy to pick up salads or snacks to refrigerate or reheat leftovers from a restaurant the night before. Breakfast is included and there’s a good selection of fruit, boiled eggs, smoked salmon, deli meats and yogurt. Cereals as well. While there were scrambled eggs, I tried them twice but not cooked to my taste. Having said that, there were fresh pastries and bagels, so a bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon with some fruit served very well.
This hotel is very walkable to Notre Dame, Place des Arts and several theatres and museums. Lots of great restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes. The subway is literally a 3-minute walk and in 10 minutes, you can be at the Jean Talon Market, which has a plethora of foods and drinks to suit anyone’s taste palate.
I’d highly recommend Hotel and Spa Carre St. Denis and will definitely be back next time I visit Montreal.

Sleep Quality: 2/10 A group of people in the next room were making loud noises and laughing unscrupulously all night. Smoking, drinking and smoking *********, they sat at the door of their room because it was on the ground floor. There were people coming in and out of the room all night, and the door opened and closed with loud noises. This was the first time I had such a bad hotel experience. Although we complained to the hotel reception, the staff came to knock on the door to remind them, also other rooms had complained too, and the staff came more than once. However, the people in this room did not stop；

Excellent location- conveniently located central downtown and walking distance to a lot of places. Within 10min walk to Crew Cafe, Complexe Desjardins, Underground City, Eatons, Notre Dame Basilica and many great restaurants such as Monarque.
Amenities- great! The gym had decent equipment, there is an outdoor heated pool and a sauna. Lobby has a cafe and there is a restaurant and bar in building as well.
Valet parking (in and out privilege) $48/night or self parking $35/night in same building. And a grocery store “Avril” just outside the hotel.
Room- very clean and spacious! Modern design, includes slippers, very comfortable mattress with foam pillows. There is a mini bar fridge, electric kettle and a coffee machine. There is also a water dispenser in the hallway to refill your water bottles.
