The set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all .
The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian.

La parte del nome “aeroporto” qui fa riferimento al fatto che si può ottenere una navetta dall’hotel all’aeroporto.
La stanza era pulita e ben progettata, con frigorifero e microonde, TV e radio. Letti puliti e confortevoli. Non ho usato il ristorante ma la zona lobby era pulita e ben illuminata. Il wifi era veloce.

The hotel room itself was lovely – clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared. We felt warmly welcomed by the sweet touch of two towel swans arranged on the bed upon arrival.
However, the breakfast experience was disappointing. Despite offering only a very simple set menu, we waited nearly an hour to be served.
Additionally, when we politely asked the front desk for late checkout due to breakfast delay. We had to fight for a mere 30-min extension.
On the positive side, the hotel’s location is excellent for exploring the beautiful small town, which was truly charming.

We are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Ha avuto un bel tempo qui venuto qui per 30 anni! Visto 4 o 5 diversi proprietari posti sembra migliorare con nuove proprietari camere aggiornate! Vista piscina e abbiamo fatto uso della piscina abbiamo trascorso tempo in altri luoghi in gananoque
Ma siamo qui più che altrove!

La stanza è spaziosa e l'arredamento è molto nuovo. Vicino alle crociere Rainbow Bridge e Canadian Falls. Il parcheggio deve percorrere una certa distanza, ma è collegato all'interno ed è ancora piovoso o splendente. Ho prenotato la vista delle cascate, le cascate americane nei fuochi d'artificio e nei laser di notte sono molto belle.

Infatti, è una piccola città di sci, e è una scelta molto ideale per il tempo libero in stagione non neve.In generale, l'hotel è ancora vivo. Il personale della reception è molto attento e dettagliato per la situazione della città.La piccola città è grande, il prezzo è leggermente alto!

The room looks just like the photos, with an amazing waterfall view!
The housekeeping staff were super friendly and helpful.
Amenities such as slippers, toothbrushes, and bottled water need to be requested by calling housekeeping.
The only downside was that the pillows were too soft and quite uncomfortable.

Salute: la stanza è pulita, ma l'acqua nel giardino acquatico non è molto pulita
Ambiente: l'hotel è più vecchio, il parcheggio è più costoso, ma il parcheggio è più difficile. L'isolamento sonoro della stanza dell'hotel è particolarmente pesante. A mezzanotte c'è un giardino di neve fuori, particolarmente giardino, ma che altro prezzo vuole questa bici

AADELLINAFirst time I booked The Brock Tapestry Hotel at Niagara Falls. The receptionist names Montse Aguirre was very helpful, she is very kind helped us to find the nice room with Fallsview window…room is big enough for 3 adults, bed are very comfortable, clean and overall very good. If you want to book at the Brock in Niagara, don’t forget to call and find her and you will not disappointed. Definitely we will come back to this hotel again.

WWangshalaLa posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

AAlanSpivackA great hotel in a prime location. The Radisson Blu is situated right on the harbor. It is surrounded by iconic locations, great restaurants and attractions. The CN tower and Roger Center are just a few minutes walk. You can walk along the harbor boardwalk or sit in a nice cafe and watch planes take off and land at the small island airport just across the water.

UUtente ospiteBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

NNgMoonI was initially apprehensive about staying in an ”old” hotel, but my worries came to rest. It was similar to a cottage theme with very clean rooms and adequate amentities. Staff were always very friendly, greeting us everytime we leave and return to the hotel, and responds promptly to our housekeeping requests. 10 minutes from the hotel, there is a park with a calming stream, a great place to rest and rewind from the busy city life. Nearest train station is just 5 minutes walk away, and a 30-45 minutes car ride to downtown. Some downsides though, there are no nearby restaurants besides the one in the hotel, and no nearby supermarkets. Utensils were not provided in the room so be prepared to bring your own set. Hotel lifts seem a bit worn out but had not broken down during my stay. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay given the calm surrounding vibes and amazing service. I would consider returning in the future
