Canada: hotel con spa nella provincia di Ontario

The hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts. Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing. Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

Wifi non è gratuito e difficile ottenere l'accesso. Inoltre, qualcuno ha aperto la porta senza colpire a circa 10:30-11 mentre siamo ancora in riposo. Nice hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly front desk staff. The gym area is quite small, and the treadmill is old, and the other equipment does not work. It is definitely in need of an upgrade. There is plenty of parking on site.

Prima di tutto, se hai bisogno di qualcosa e si cerca di chiamare il desktop o qualsiasi altro servizio, nessuno risponde anche se si prova 1000 volte. Il caffè non lavorava nella mia stanza, quindi ho chiesto a una signora che sta pulendo la prossima stanza per venire a controllare e fidarmi di me ho fatto questo trincee, ma nessuno è apparso. Horribile. Secondo, il loro colazione succhia... soprattutto se sei indiano. Vorrei poter prendere le foto dei frutti che non sono stati tagliati e tenuti in tutto chi lo fa?Nessun buon tè e caffè, nessuna parte di pollo tranne salsicce, niente è buono e costa 25 dollari ciascuno per un bf buffet. Non vale affatto. In terzo luogo, vorrei poter prendere la foto delle piastre e delle bocche che ci sono rimaste per colazione. Per un momento pensavo fosse un usato ma no. Erano sporchi e non lavati correttamente. Infine, ma non meno importante chi prenota questo hotel (soprattutto un indiano) non spreca i 25 dollari per colazione invece andare in un vicino ristorante indiano. Ci troverai buon cibo. Mi dispiace tanto stare qui. Questa è la nostra prima volta e è stata una perdita. Ci aspettavamo davvero un buon tempo, perché è un grande nome, ma purtroppo non vale la pena.

Enjoyable there such as convenience Water Park, child games area, extra activities each day! Great!

Great location! Very nice Fallsview from the river site room. Very comfortable beds and nice, thick towels. The only complaint I have about the parking, which quite far away from the hotel and very expensive (about $54 with the taxes). I would suggest to unload the luggage and drive the underground public parking, which is the same distance as Marriott'S parking but, costs $20 cheaper.

Dopo ore che non hanno nessuno da controllare, devo controllare da Sheraton.e che mi hanno malintesi e mi dicono che sono fortunato perché la stanza è ancora disponibile, Altrimenti devo lasciare l’hotel.Devo pagare due volte per il deposito.E le chiedo perché devo tenere due volte il deposito,hanno detto sempre qui,ma non sanno che non vivo in Canada.È tutto a posto,ma non è il modo giusto di parlare ai clienti come questo.

L'hotel è nel centro della città, l'altra parte è una museo d'arte, vicino al supermercato, molto conveniente.La camera è ampia e confortevole e le strutture sono complete.Puoi vedere il lago di Ontario e vedere bene.Il piccolo frigorifero nella stanza ha un buon effetto freddo.Si consiglia ai viaggiatori di portare i loro pantaloni, denti, ecc.

I stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ. The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Bellissimo all'esterno e all'interno. Ben eseguito e confortevole. Il letto era perfetto. Quasi nessun rumore. Ben situato. Il personale del desk front era molto piacevole e utile. Lo consigliere!
