"Our stay was very nice, quiet and relaxing, staff were very helpful, reliable shuttle service the rooms was clean to satisfaction, only thing could do with a kettle for hot water as am not a coffee person, apart from that, lovely I would definitely booked again.

"The hotel is clean with a spacious, comfortable room. The location is close to airport with shuttle service available. The pool and hottub are a good way to relax before or after travel. There was no staff available to assist with luggage and diffucult to pull the luggage on the carpeted hallways. Also, the bar and cafe were understaffed and wait time was too long. I wanted healthy food options like fruit but hotel had nothing for purchase and there were no nearby convenience stores or markets. A 20 minute taxi to shop. I suggest to bring with you to hotel. However, there are some fast foid restaurants and steakhouse restaurants in walking distance."

UUtente ospiteThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!

UUtente anonimoThe hotel location is around 5-8 minutes on foot to the Niagara Falls Ferry so it’s very convenient. I can’t say the room they gave me was the best, the “view” was of the pool, there were fruit flies, the ventilation in the bathroom released a really musty odor if not turned on, and the floors were not very clean. Overall 6.8/10.

WWangshalaLa posizione è molto buona. La vista dalla stanza è sul lago Ontario. Quando splende il sole, l'intero lago blu è fuori dalla finestra, il che è molto bello. Si trova a pochi passi dalla CN TOWER e dall'Acquario. Tutte le attrazioni del centro città che richiedono una passeggiata si trovano nel raggio di 5 km. Le strutture sono pressoché identiche a quelle degli hotel Westin in Cina, la differenza non è poi così grande.

HHeebravoHo avuto così tanta fortuna di avere questa stanza che era perfetta per passare il tempo a catturare con i miei amici!
La camera da letto era fantastica e il puliziatore era il più professionale che abbiamo mai incontrato!
La posizione è proprio davanti al porto e probabilmente 5 minuti dalla stazione dell'Unione!

UUtente ospiteBooked Deluxe King Room with breakfast included. Room was spacious and breakfast was great. Yet the standard of housekeeping was far from satisfactory. First, hairs were found at the wrap for the wire of the hair dryer the moment I checked in, and small scrap of paper was also found on the inside of a towel. Without any notice/sign in the room about the hotel's green housekeeping policy (if any), towels heavily loaded on the hook and hangers in the bathroom were not collected even on day 3 of my stay (there was no bath tub in the room to place used towels). Packs of cotton pads, cotton buds and small soaps were not refilled even when totally used up. Interesting enough, when enquired with front desk if that was the hotel's policy not to so collect the towels and make the refill unless express requests were made, the answer was in the negative.
The charging of tips for breakfast is another interesting issue. My husband stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (with breakfast included) before my arrival. When he checked out, he was asked to pay for tips for 1 breakfast. After clarifying if tips should be paid for 2 breakfasts instead, front desk apologized for having wrongly charged for any tips as all charges should have already been included when making the hotel booking. Yet on our checking out after 5 nights' stay with the hotel, we were told that we had to pay for tips for 2 days' breakfast. We again enquired about the hotel policy and explained that we were willing to pay but wondered why tips weren't charged for all 5 days for our stay. No explanation was given and the staff (probably thought that we did not want to pay) just advised that the charges would be waived.
I have stayed at Park Hyatt Bangkok and the service was excellent. Was thus surprised to had those experience at Park Hyatt Toronto.

UUtente ospiteI stayed for three days with my daughter for a mom and daughter trip. Appearance is beautiful and desk staff was nice and helpful but I don’t think the room we stayed is appropriate for guests who pay for it. I chose this place for a free parking and close to YYZ.
The room was incredibly small and structurally wrong for people to move inside the room. The washroom door fully didn’t open and the ceiling was very low so I had to be very careful not to bump my head to the ceiling. The room picture they posted on the website looked great and cozy but that isn’t important anymore if we can’t move around. One more, they had a wedding party on the second day and very loud music was on by 1 am and next day there was another party but it wasn’t that loud. You have to check if they have party guests during your staying before you book.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato una camera doppia con una suite con cucina, ma quando siamo arrivati all'hotel, abbiamo scoperto che non lo facevano dire all'hotel che volevano una suite con cucina, quindi abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi due ore. Siamo stati trasferiti in una camera da letto king-size con cucina Era rumoroso e spaventoso. Non faceva caldo. La temperatura della stanza era aumentata a 31 gradi. Mio figlio ha persino preso un raffreddore. Devo ancora dare un pollice in su al servizio clienti di Ctrip la terza parte Grazie alla bellezza sconosciuta, l'intermediario di terze parti ha solo ahah La hall dell'hotel è molto elegante La stanza è già stata menzionata sopra, e c'è solo ahah.
