Polonia: hotel con spa nella provincia di Voivodato della Bassa Slesia

Hotel ubicato a due passi dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni della città. Camere ampie, moderne e pulitissime. Il check-in si è svolto senza problemi e il personale è sempre stato cordiale e disponibile. Punto bonus la colazione, che risultava ottima e variegata, sia per chi preferisce dolce o salato. Decisamente un must se si visita Wroclaw.

If I had known that it was not possible to open a window and ventilate the room (which for me is the minimum required, like changing bed linen between guests, and air as well), I would not have thought of checking out the possibility of staying there even if they had given it 10 stars (I am starting a search for hotels with a sauna and an indoor pool and a minimum of 4 stars). The biggest disappointment is the pool that children use to learn to swim!!! Terrible acoustics, the wet sauna, after a minute I ran away from there because of the noise. The hotel lobby is bustling and noisy, you can't sit and chat. I must mention the staff member from the reception who was very helpful and helped with useful information. The breakfast staff as above (the disappointment is probably because of the previous hotels (5 stars) that we stayed at in Zakopane, Krakow and Lodz)

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Il soggiorno è stato assolutamente fantastico. La colazione è superba e molto varia. La spa e la palestra sono un po' piccole, ma entrambe offrono tutto il necessario. Ciò che ho apprezzato in particolare è stata la posizione vicino alla cattedrale e la tranquillità, nonostante la posizione centrale.

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.

Camera e bagno freddi dopo il check-in. I rubinetti erano impostati al minimo. Il bagno puzzava di fogna. La colazione era molto gustosa e il servizio cordiale. Il primo ascensore era fuori servizio e il display del secondo era rotto, rendendo impossibile leggere a che piano ci si trovasse. Probabilmente non ci tornerò.

Bardzo dobre udogodnienie jakim jest czynna do północy strefa spa!

Hotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.

Purtroppo non vi erano traduzioni in tedesco per le carte di nozze o altri suggerimenti! Le attrezzature sportive erano parzialmente difettose e non erano correttamente utilizzabili.  Altrimenti ci è piaciuto tutto!

Il problema generale è che il ristorante è troppo piccolo quando l'hotel è completamente prenotato, lo stesso vale per il parcheggio auto. In generale l'hotel è ok, ma per ciò che è offerto troppo costoso. Colazione media, niente di speciale...
