Emirati Arabi Uniti: hotel con spa nella provincia di Emirato di Ajman

Controllare il processo è molto lento davvero non piace questo modo Perche' paghero' un deposito in contanti e usare la mia barra, ci vorranno circa 30 minuti per finire. La prossima volta penso di più prima di scegliere questo hotel

Good clean hotel, the receptionists are very polite, it’s convenient that you can swim in the sea, only room service we make ordered sparkling water in the room, it’s very expensive 18dh and next to it on the street 2dh in only

I servizi dell'hotel sono fantastici (piscina coperta, palestra, spa, spiaggia, sauna). La camera dell'hotel è spaziosa e ben pulita. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Anche le scelte del cibo al buffet sono fantastiche!

Molto belle camere.Personale molto accogliente e amichevole.Prenoterei di nuovo e restare.

Warmly welcomed by the friendly staff. checked in with the attentive Egyptian duty manager, she noticed I was exhausted from the long trip and kindly express checked me into a nice room. Ajman is a modest laid-back Emirate in comparison to the other bigger globally linked Emirates, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. The local Shaikh of this small Emirate of Ajman developed the beach in a beautiful natural way, using the scarce resources they have at hand. The hotel is beautiful with a nice beach view, the majority of the guests are Europeans who like the sun at the beach ⛱️ . You will be occasionally sharing the hotel with members of the local dynasty that permanently reserve the top floor.

Abbiamo apprezzato il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel. Ci siamo trascorsi molto tempo nella piscina, e abbiamo anche goduto della vista dal nostro balcone. Parlando del balcone, credo che tutte le camere sono vista sugli oceani, che è bello. Le camere sono molto spaziose, molto pulite e anche se ci sono molte famiglie con bambini vicino a noi, non abbiamo avuto problemi con il rumore. Mi piaceva davvero la varietà di cibo per colazione, come l'unico che ho provato. La spiaggia è accessibile attraversando la strada in un passo vicino, così si può dire che è a pochi minuti. L'unica cosa che ricorderà la posizione è che non ci sono molte attrazioni vicine ad Ajman, ma hanno una navetta al centro di Dubai. In generale, ci piaceva il nostro breve soggiorno qui.

Having stayed at this hotel for many years I have to say that I was bitterly disappointed with this trip We booked a King Sea View Room on a half board basis which I understood to be Bed Breakfast and either lunch or dinner I have a problem with my hip and when we got to our room i was disappointed that on previous occasions we had managed to book a room with a walk in shower The room we were given had a shower over the bath and the sealing around the bath at the tap end was all breaking away which subsequently caused the water to seep through and flood the bathroom floor To get around the issue of the Shower situation we agreed to occupy a suite at an additional 200 Dirhams per night, the room in question did indeed have a shower but unfortunately as it was located on the top floor I experienced a huge problem with air coming from the taps bidet etc which as i explained to them must be caused with air in the system To my surprise a lady on reception admitted that there was an issue with the plumbing on the top floor and despite several visits fro engineering the problem was not solved fully. The other thing I complained about was that the Half board in their terminology actually means bed breakfast and a 50Dirham contribution to eat lunch or dinner. When I pointed out that 50 Dirham didn’t buy a burger and chips in the sports bar the comment I received was that Burger and chips fell under the heading of a La Carte which in itself seems ridiculous. The holiday was pretty much ruined by these events but would comment that the staff working in the restaurants and indeed the guys who take care of the guests on the beach and around the pool were exceptional in their professionalism and care offered to all the guests as was the Food and Beverage manager who went out of his way to listen and take on board the issues we experienced. When we originally stayed at the hotel it was managed by the Kempinski Group and unfortunately all I can say is that the overall experience we endured over our 10 night stay was far from what you would expect from a 5 Star establishment

Ovunque decori l'elemento 🇨🇳 cinese, chiedi al cameriere dell'hotel di dire che il designer (italiano) è un fan cinese, come! Il servizio dell'hotel è intimo, soprattutto la piscina ha ghiaccioli alla frutta gratuiti, il bambino adora

Ac non è abbastanza freddo e nel lavandino c'era acqua sul pavimento ma la stanza era bella e pulita il personale era molto amichevole
