L'hotel era in una posizione fantastica, vicino a Main St. , Saratoga Springs. Il letto era confortevole e la camera era molto spaziosa. E' stato molto bello svegliarsi al mattino e aprire la cortina e vedere cavalli praticare sulla pista.

Per quanto riguarda il servizio di crociera gratuito per la Statua della Libertà a New York, esiste effettivamente un traghetto gratuito operativo 24 ore su 24, lo Staten Island Ferry, ma è importante tenere presente le seguenti informazioni chiave: Traghetto gratuito: Staten Island Ferry Sono andato alla Statua della Libertà 🗽 tre volte, ma non c'era parcheggio 🅿️, quindi ho dovuto prendere la metropolitana e cambiare una volta perché l'hotel in cui alloggiavo, il LaGuardia Plaza Hotel, era vicino all'aeroporto LaGuardia ✈️. Dato che ho noleggiato un'auto, ho paura che sarà più difficile trovare parcheggio in un hotel in centro città hahahaha 😂

This stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience. By this I mean. I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins. I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready. At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”. So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah... Poor job by the room ready crew. And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help. 5 STARS for Aaliyah 1 STAR for Cleaning Crew (-0) for associate.

Questo è il 4 punti hotel rimarcato sotto la Best Western franchise. È proprio fuori dall'autostrada e vicino a dove è la mia visita, così conveniente. La stanza è pulita e il letto è confortevole. Offre un caffè in loco ma non ho provato. L'ingresso può essere un po' difficile, se non da parte dell'autostrada, soprattutto durante la notte. In generale, ho trovato un buon valore e un soggiorno confortevole.

La posizione è assolutamente imbattibile: essere a pochi passi da Central Park, dal Lincoln Center e dalla metropolitana ha reso facilissimo esplorare la città. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l'atmosfera. Il bar sul tetto è un vero gioiello, con un'atmosfera fantastica e una vista meravigliosa, ottimi drink e il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite turistiche. La nostra camera era spaziosa, pulita e confortevole. Se siete alti, è meglio prenotare una camera con un letto king size. Il design dell'hotel è fantastico! Ci sono molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze e uno Starbucks proprio al piano terra. Come bonus per gli appassionati di serie TV, l'hotel è famoso per essere apparso in Gossip Girl (come hotel di Chuck Bass) e nella nuova serie Dexter: Resurrection. È stato emozionante soggiornare in un luogo così iconico!

Abbiamo avuto un'occasione sorprendente per il mio 52° compleanno con mia sorella. Tutti al resort erano grandi, e la parte migliore è la sua posizione. In realtà si può camminare in Canada dall'hotel! È meno di 30 minuti a piedi alla frontiera, ma assicurati di portare il tuo passaporto e qualche quarto per il ponte toll indietro agli Stati Uniti, che è solo $1.25.  Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile.Abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera e siamo stati impressionati con la consegna rapida e la bella presentazione. Il resort offre anche diverse opzioni di cena, un completo ******, un spa, e una piscina, rendendolo un luogo ben arrotondato se siete lì per rilassarsi o esplorare.

Grande posizione, buon ristorante e comodi letti. La posizione all'interno del Parco Springs Saratoga è molto bello. L'hotel è più vecchio e sicuramente mostra. Prenotamo un re Deluxe che era grande e aveva una passeggiata nel giardino. La camera da bagno era piccola, ma non era molto pulita.

Ho soggiornato alla YMCA a dicembre perché i prezzi degli hotel a New York erano incredibilmente alti e fuori dalla mia portata. Avevo una camera singola deluxe, comoda perché dotata di un piccolo frigorifero. Nonostante a New York facesse un freddo polare, il riscaldamento centralizzato era così efficiente che faceva quasi troppo caldo. Ho dovuto persino usare il piccolo condizionatore in camera. Il bagno è in comune, ma è un ambiente privato e si può chiudere a chiave dall'interno per avere la propria privacy. Molti occidentali fanno la doccia al mattino, quindi a quell'ora è affollato. Al contrario, la sera si può usare la doccia in tutta tranquillità. L'edificio è vecchio e presenta piccoli difetti come vernice scrostata, scolorimenti e porte difficili da aprire, quindi è più adatto a chi non si lascia scoraggiare da queste imperfezioni.

Visited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked. Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was under renovation so ice machines weren't working, halls were dirty, and rooms needed these upgrades. My room itself was decently cleaned but the bathroom was not. The corners had accumulated dirt\dust\tp and the bathtub had a ring around it. Shower water pressure was great and had Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available. It is also one of the few hotels I've stayed at that actually included bars of soap if that is your preference like me. The breakfast had a decent variety to choose from, especially if you just wanted something quick. I chose to head into Albany and get some real food and coffee. All of what I said above is fixable with this ongoing renovation and that should be taken into account when reading my review. What probably won't be fixed is the lack of any sort of soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear every door close on my floor and people talking in the hall sounded like they were in my room!! Strongly suggest you get a room away from the elevators if possible. Unfortunately I did not have the time to check out the Pool or Hot Tub but did see some kids having a good time in there. Location is 15 minutes away of just about everything you want to see in Albany and I was all over the place that weekend. Take an edible or Ambien to sleep through late night partiers or early risers and you will be all set!!
