Questo motel è un po'superaspettato, la stanza è molto spaziosa, ma senza una sedia, dobbiamo stare in piedi per cena.L'atteggiamento del servizio della ricetta è buono. Quando diciamo di voler rimanere per una notte, è stato detto che la stanza era piena. Fornisce una semplice colazione, ma deve portare indietro la cena, perché non c'è tavolo da pranzo.In generale, è soddisfacente.

È stato un grande soggiorno, la posizione dell'hotel è grande, vicino alle cadute. La stanza era grande e sembrava recentemente ristrutturata, quindi tutto pulito e bello. Ci sono molti ristoranti e arcade di gioco nell'edificio. Non potevo chiedere di più

Basic and somewhat dated accommodations, but perfectly adequate and clean -- and for the price, it was perfect. There seemed to be only two or three staff (may ybe owners) who did everything, but upon contacting them (via phone per sign at the reception desk) they responded quickly and were very helpful. My assigned room was heavily perfumed by those godforsaken plug-in air fresheners, so I immediately returned to the front desk and requested another. The agent (Ricky) immediately set me up in another room down the hall that was odor free. It had everything needed for a quick overnight stay -- and a surprisingly super-comfortable, king bed! Disregard the ”free breakfast” amenity -- there's really nothing there -- and plan on grabbing a bite elsewhere.

AAcaciaHIt was a night stay before my flight and the front desk people are telling pretty nice!
My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..
The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!
It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

SShane CanadianI was fine with the hotel but it is not for everyone.
The hotel is a bit dated. The room is quite simple but the bed was comfortable, the room was clean and there was a good selection of tv channels. However, there is some deep cleaning required as the heater intake was VERY dusty (see image). The shower had lots of hot water and good water pressure. The towels were fine for me, but they are quite thin and small. When checking in, I noticed shampoo packets were available at the front desk, but only hand soap packets were provided in the room. Water was not provided in the room nor was there a water dispenser to fill a water bottle. The hotel may want to consider providing a water dispenser in the lobby. The hotel description gives the impression that parking is not available though there was ample parking. It is near a highly developed area with lots of restaurants nearby. However, it is in a bit of a secluded area so it is best suited for travelers with a car. I was a bit disappointed that my room was not available at 430pm (check-in is at 3pm) but the hotel was short staffed that day. The staff I interacted with were polite and tried their best to be helpful.
The main concern people may have is safety. The hotel is at the end of a quiet street and it is brightly lit outside of the hotel. However, many of the rooms open outdoors and there was no security staff visible at the hotel. It is certainly a budget hotel and many of the clients had a rough appearance. I was fine but some may not be comfortable, especially single female travelers.
I would consider booking again but only for a quick and inexpensive stay.

UUtente ospiteThe room was clean. It was in a wing of the complex that was separate from the main building and we had to cross an outdoor garden to get there. The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

La stanza è piccola, ma è tutto ciò di cui avete bisogno se cercate un buon posto dove dormire durante il vostro soggiorno a New York. UUtente ospiteVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.

Alla spiaggia... L'equipaggio è bello, ma l'edificio e le camere HAVO NECESSARIO manutenzione e finitura. AC come, pareti e tetti sono tiniti... Sappiamo tutti che il vento del mare richiede una manutenzione costante, ma non l'ho visto all'hotel...

UUtente ospiteIl personale era grazioso e amichevole, il bar era fantastico e il divertimento era grande. Le opzioni del caffè mattina erano buone e apprezzare il caffè gratuito! Le camere erano spaziose e pulite, i letti erano comodi e amano il letto di dimensioni re! Il bagno aveva delle tinture sul muro che potevano essere pulite facilmente, così che era un po' grosso.Il doccia non era molto calda, ma era ok. Era con un gruppo di hockey (ben gestito) e so che il personale stava combattendo con un altro team che non collaborava alle aspettative e mi sentivo male per loro, un sacco di credito per la loro pazienza. In generale, rimarrebbe qui al 100%.

Sstacey8Ambiente: anche se l'hotel è vecchio, è relativamente pulito e la posizione è ottima. Central Park è al piano di sotto.
Servizio: I camerieri sono molto cordiali ed entusiasti, sento che sono molto attivi nel loro lavoro e prenderanno l'iniziativa per salutare. Ci è stata data anche una bottiglia di champagne Trump, che era davvero deliziosa.
Strutture: C'è una palestra e una piscina al piano di sotto, che sono molto buone. Ci sono poche persone C'è il Michelin Jean Georges accanto al primo piano. La reception dell'hotel può aiutare a effettuare le prenotazioni.
