La colazione era grande e la posizione non poteva essere migliore con molti ristoranti, centro commerciale e altre attrazioni non lontane (cade Niagara). Tornero' come mio figlio e ho sempre un'esplosione che resta qui!

Is excellent location near Central Park. Very convenient for navigating the upper manhattan area. Very nice decorations but bathroom is small and old. Considering the prices and locations is still an excellent choice.

Check-in was simple with friendly front desk workers who offered us bottled water from a refrigerator in the lobby. The room was very clean and well-equipped with tea, coffee, a refrigerator and microwave. I especially liked the fact that the floor was not carpeted but wood laminate, which is much easier to clean. The pool looked brand new and was open late. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk and protein bars with bags to pack for takeaway or to eat there. The location was perfect to visit The Corning Museum of Glass, which was under 10 minutes away.

It was a great stay, hotel location is great, near to the falls. Room was big and looks like recently renovated, so all clean and nice. There are multiple restaurants and gaming arcades in the building. Couldn’t ask for more

We had a great stay at Hilton, staff was just amazing. We reached early and Shanya at desk was super helpful and got room ready for us earlier than check in time. The ladies at bar area were super friendly. We used pool and jacuzzi which was very nice. The views of river from the room were amazing.

The place is a good location for going Saratoga Racetrack.
The elevator is broken and I'm not sure when they will fix it.
We carried our luggage up the stairs.
The breakfast is weak... frozen bagels and oatmeal.
No fruit.
The rooms are large and very comfortable. The linen was fresh and the inside was also clean.
Overall not such a bad deal. Could be at a lower price.

Ottima posizione! È a pochi passi dal Niagara Falls State Park, circa 6 minuti. La stanza era abbastanza grande, un po' datata, ma il letto era fantastico e comodo. È il posto perfetto se stai cercando una stanza economica solo per dormire. In genere, gli hotel nella parte di New York delle Cascate del Niagara sono datati rispetto alla parte canadese. Sono soddisfatto di questo soggiorno!

UUtente ospiteL'hotel era in una posizione fantastica, vicino a Main St. , Saratoga Springs. Il letto era confortevole e la camera era molto spaziosa. E' stato molto bello svegliarsi al mattino e aprire la cortina e vedere cavalli praticare sulla pista.

AAcaciaHIt was a night stay before my flight and the front desk people are telling pretty nice!
My room it seems to be bigger but divided by a white door to make more room, I can hear the people next door very clear and the divide door can actually be opened…..
The shower water was finicky and I couldn’t figure out how to use it but the front desk said you need to open both the faucet and the shower faucet to get hot water!
It was a nice room overall, overlooking the airport!

MMillerBobThis stay was not what I would call good... It was in fact a poor experience.
By this I mean.
I arrived at 3.50pm to get checked into a room that I was informed would be ready for check in at 3pm... The room was not ready, and i was told they would try to have it ready in 20-25 mins.
I explained that that was not acceptable. I was told I could wait in the lobby area...I again explained that that was not acceptable. Another employee jumped in to say, I could sit in the lobby. Now I am irritated. I explained in more detail that I could not very well change in the lobby, being that I had to change and get to a wedding in Yonkers for 5.30...He then started to challenge me. Started telling me how he didn't like the tone of my voice. I then dismissed him and suggested he move away and let me deal with the situation with the desk clerk...who by the way was VERY, VERY, helpful, and whom I had no issues with, because she was doing everything she could to accommodate. The real problem was with the cleaning crew and their supervisor , who kept telling her the wrong things. I even offered for them to allow me to change, and then they could have the room to complete getting it ready. They told her to tell me that it wasn't protocol for me to do that. To which I responded that it wasn't protocol to not have the room ready.
At this time the desk associate, Aaliyah, who as I said was very helpful, and who I had NO ISSUES with, and she knew that, suggested that I would be reimbursed 50% for all the stress that I encountered, and gave me the room key to allow me and my wife to change and be on our way. This is where I say common sense made more sense than ”protocol”.
So my review will be....Great job handling a difficult situation by the desk associate, Aaliyah...
Poor job by the room ready crew.
And a terrible job by the associate who decided to challenge me in what was a difficult situation, instead of finding a way to help.

HHW2002Questo è il 4 punti hotel rimarcato sotto la Best Western franchise. È proprio fuori dall'autostrada e vicino a dove è la mia visita, così conveniente. La stanza è pulita e il letto è confortevole. Offre un caffè in loco ma non ho provato. L'ingresso può essere un po' difficile, se non da parte dell'autostrada, soprattutto durante la notte. In generale, ho trovato un buon valore e un soggiorno confortevole.

UUtente ospiteAbbiamo avuto un'occasione sorprendente per il mio 52° compleanno con mia sorella. Tutti al resort erano grandi, e la parte migliore è la sua posizione. In realtà si può camminare in Canada dall'hotel! È meno di 30 minuti a piedi alla frontiera, ma assicurati di portare il tuo passaporto e qualche quarto per il ponte toll indietro agli Stati Uniti, che è solo $1.25.
Il personale dell'hotel è stato molto amichevole e utile.Abbiamo ordinato servizio in camera e siamo stati impressionati con la consegna rapida e la bella presentazione. Il resort offre anche diverse opzioni di cena, un completo ******, un spa, e una piscina, rendendolo un luogo ben arrotondato se siete lì per rilassarsi o esplorare.

UUtente ospiteGrande posizione, buon ristorante e comodi letti. La posizione all'interno del Parco Springs Saratoga è molto bello. L'hotel è più vecchio e sicuramente mostra. Prenotamo un re Deluxe che era grande e aveva una passeggiata nel giardino. La camera da bagno era piccola, ma non era molto pulita.

The toilet got clogged and maintenance arrived in 10 minutes to unclog. The Ac/heating unit was loud and kept going on and off all night. The buffet breakfast included was excellent in a lovely spacious dining area.

YYoko249Ho soggiornato alla YMCA a dicembre perché i prezzi degli hotel a New York erano incredibilmente alti e fuori dalla mia portata. Avevo una camera singola deluxe, comoda perché dotata di un piccolo frigorifero. Nonostante a New York facesse un freddo polare, il riscaldamento centralizzato era così efficiente che faceva quasi troppo caldo. Ho dovuto persino usare il piccolo condizionatore in camera.
Il bagno è in comune, ma è un ambiente privato e si può chiudere a chiave dall'interno per avere la propria privacy. Molti occidentali fanno la doccia al mattino, quindi a quell'ora è affollato. Al contrario, la sera si può usare la doccia in tutta tranquillità. L'edificio è vecchio e presenta piccoli difetti come vernice scrostata, scolorimenti e porte difficili da aprire, quindi è più adatto a chi non si lascia scoraggiare da queste imperfezioni.

UUtente ospiteVisited the hotel for our family reunion. Have visited in the past. Starting with the good. Cindy was the best. We were going to arrive a day early. Cindy was very helpful and ensured the we could adjust our reservation and arrive a day early and keep the same room. Very happy with Cindy and her ability to assist. The breakfasts were good, clean and well stocked.
Now for the not so good. We were told room service would take place after 3 days. After our 4th evening we asked room services when our room would be done. They informed us we were on the list for the following day. We were given two towels. Next day, no room service. We again asked room service staff when our room would be serviced. They said they do the rooms once a week. Maybe a lack of communication. We did get fresh towels later in the day. The area in front of the hotel had tables and chairs to relax and meet. The bases of the tables contained cement. The cement was breaking up and bits of cement and dust was everywhere. It was never swept away the entire time we were there. My family had finished breakfast and we wanted to chat with the manager about some of the issues we were experiencing in the hotel. When we asked the receptionist we were told we could chat with him “if he had time”. We waited for more than 30 minutes in the dining area and he never came to us. We had used the same hotel in the past for family reunions but the place seems to have been going downhill.
