Avevamo solo bisogno di una notte per il transito, il servizio navetta gratuito da e per LAX è stato fantastico!!! Il Burger King accanto è aperto fino a tardi.

La camera era grande e confortevole, ma l’acqua contenente una bottiglia era limitata a due bottiglie per camera, anche se la camera era per quattro ospiti. Abbiamo avuto un problema di sicurezza quando qualcuno ha entrato inaspettatamente nella nostra stanza alle 10:30. Fortunatamente, ero ancora sveglio. Questo è successo la nostra notte scorsa, e abbiamo informato il manager, ma ha sollevato preoccupazioni circa la sicurezza dell'hotel. Gli ospiti dovrebbero essere preparati anche per le tasse, che possono essere piuttosto elevati (circa 170 USD –200). Il posto è eccellente, molto vicino al metro e molto conveniente.

Service was good espc front desk. However, our room has dented walls, pet fur, plus toilet bowl was shaking when sat on it. As we had a packed schedule, there was no time to feedback to reception. Bathoom door was old and peeling. Forgot to take pics as verification. Rooms needed refurbished. Was staying in Rm 809 for 2 nites.

The front desk employee was super cool, he even communicate with my dialect..sad.. I forgot his name, so tired that moment,, but i won't forget the date, it was Oct. 29 around 6pm onwards,,, thanks to him. And to Miss Melinda on the restaurant,, maraming salamat 🥰🥰🥰

The service by the staff was excellent, especially as we miscalculated and arrived a day earlier than our booking.  They helped find available rooms and then switch to our booked rooms later.  Special thanks to Jerrick of the evening rotation and a few staff in the morning/early afternoon rotation.   The USD$40 per day (overnight) car park fee was unexpected and a bit higher than expected.  There were some surface uncovered parking lots nearby that are cheaper ($10 per night?), but I do not know the details of these parking lots and if they’re available to everyone as I did not stop to check.   The location is great for casual relaxing walk along the bay on the walkway/promenade, but can be a bit far from city center or public transportation especially if you do not have a car.  There is a shuttle bus to he airport, but not sure if they have any other location or the details as we did not use it.   Overall, I will definitely consider staying again in the future.

È stata un'esperienza piuttosto spiacevole. Ho preso la navetta dall'aeroporto all'hotel dopo essere sceso da un volo quella sera. La camera che mi era stata assegnata aveva un cartello ”Non disturbare” sulla porta e non sono riuscito ad entrare con la mia tessera. Il corridoio era un po' disordinato. Anche se in seguito ho cambiato camera, l'hotel mi ha spiegato che quel giorno erano al completo. Ho chiamato Ctrip più tardi e si sono coordinati con l'hotel per scusarsi. L'hotel in sé era piuttosto pulito. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e il punto di prelievo dell'hotel era facile da trovare: era proprio fuori dall'area partenze, al secondo piano.

Spacious and quiet! Affordable, near the airport, and they offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. They’re the blue and white hyatt bus. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the shuttle driver to the front desk. The room I was assigned had a faulty sink, but everything else was good for a quick overnight stay!

Camera ampia e silenziosa, anche se situata accanto alla strada. La hall è stata un po' difficile da trovare perché non c'era nessun cartello, pensavo fosse un ristorante. La colazione è buona, ma le sedie e i tavoli non erano molto puliti.

L'edificio è vecchio, quindi l'ascensore era un vecchio ascensore in stile straniero. Sono stato contento di aver avuto un'esperienza così nuova. La colazione era inclusa, quindi è stato un soggiorno molto soddisfacente. Anche la camera era abbastanza carina da essere instagrammabile, e il prezzo e la posizione mi hanno fatto venire voglia di tornarci!

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱. I stayed there for 2 weeks, working from home during the day, going out at night. Pros: - excellent value for the comfort and amenities at under $65/night - great desk & comfortable chair for laptop work - nice modern Philips large-screen TV you can connect to via HDMI - the Internet was ok (~10Mbps) but disconnected daily (reconnecting the WiFi restored it) - pretty quiet considering the proximity to the freeway: just white noise, haven't heard any revving or sirens - walls don't provide much sound insulation but I've heard only ONE neighbor conversation during my 2-week stay. It did help that I chose a room on the top floor, and next to the janitorial room (#522) - the wall-mounted A/C was surprisingly quiet, and heating worked fast - ventilation was okay if you keep the window open about 1ft - only saw 3 flying insects, and a crawling one in the shower - clean room, only found a few hair strands in the shower - mini-fridge was quiet and held a week's worth of food - great use of space: 4 large drawers, rack with clothes hangers, space for suitcases to be out of the way, 2 mirrors - the staff was very kind of provide a microwave, can opener, paper plates - pool was clean - two hot tubs were great, and MUCH cleaner than my friend's who stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott next door - coin-operated laundry on site ($2.50 + $2.50 W/D, $1.50 laundry soap) - nice landscaping and you could smell eucalyptus trees Neutral: - the pool/hot tub area closed at 10pm - there's nothing to do in the walkable area (just other hotels), but North Park is only a $10 Uber ride away, and the Fashion Mall is right across the freeway - construction in front of the lobby should be finished by the end of 2025 Cons: - gym was tiny and lacking: only 4 cardio machines (one elliptical that felt awkward) and one cable station with fixed cable points; no free weights, towels, or watercooler cups
