Desk front friendly and helpful. Comfortable room on top floor. Large comfortable shared living and game area if wanted for a group. Convenienti posizione per le università e stazione ferroviaria o servizi urbani con auto o cammino. Purtroppo non ci sono parcheggi in loco, ma si può ottenere consigli su dove in città parcheggiare.

Finding and getting into the motel is fairly easy as it is on Hwy 76. The main lobby is very clean and welcoming as are the staff. I did note that they had a No vacancy sign taped to the door, so that let me know they were a popular spot on the *****. We got there a little early, and there wasnt a guarantee that our room would be ready but the lady was very nice and was able to get us in without an issue. Process was quick and easy and we were assigned room 1121, ground floor, furthest away from the main road, on the backside of the building. We parked, used the key easily (just tap and go), and walked in. The smell made it obvious to us that there had been a major flood or leak because it reeked of attempts to cover the smell of mold and mildew. We could see water damage everywhere and even the sheets on the bed were damp due to excessive moisture in the air. We have worked restoration from flooding and could distinctly smell something reminiscent of an ozone machine. The air unit was black and broken in pieces, but it still worked, for which we were grateful. The carpets were dirty and in a serious need to be cleaned although by the door had the worst of it. The silicone in the bathroom is seriously moldy and, at best, needs to be replaced and at worst scrubbed with a mildew cleaner like Lysol mold and mildew. The in room fridge had serious condensation on the inside so we figured that it had been giving them issues. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the patch job in the ceiling over by the door that it occurred to us that that is the bathroom of the floor above us and that there was a major leak that way. Overall, I have paid less for better rooms and if there had been an option, I would have asked for a different room. If not for the fact that we knew we would not be getting a refund, we probably would have left and went somewhere else. The staff were wonderful to interact with, but the room itself was not worth the visit. Its a flip coin or maybe a desperate act that will get us to book there again. Oh! Major gap in the door and the glass in the window to the room was cracked! Shower head was gross and growing stuff too.

Disappointing Stay – Would Strongly Advise Against Booking I traveled to Festus for a car show and needed a budget-friendly hotel near local amenities. While this property met that basic requirement, nearly every other aspect of my stay was a disappointment—and at times, unacceptable. To start, the hotel was unbearably hot inside. There was no functioning indoor air conditioning, and the common areas remained well above 80 degrees throughout my stay. Check-in was quick, but the front desk staff seemed unfamiliar with the facility—unable to even direct me to the pool, which I never located due to the complete lack of signage. The complimentary breakfast was, frankly, insulting. The food options were minimal and unappetizing—particularly the English muffins, which were so hard they could double as hockey pucks. The oppressive heat made it nearly impossible to sit and eat in the dining area anyway. My room, while clean, was far from comfortable. The mattress was extremely hard—comparable to sleeping on bare concrete—and the cramped toilet and shower area offered no room to move. Several cockroaches were spotted both in my room and in common areas, raising serious concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. While I understand the hotel is currently under construction and the staff I interacted with were courteous, that alone cannot excuse the overall experience. The current conditions are simply not acceptable for paying guests. I had high hopes for this location but left deeply disappointed. Unless you have absolutely no other options within your budget, or until after renovations are fully completed (well beyond 2025), I strongly advise against staying here. I will not be returning.

We seriously loved this place!! Other than the fact it just LOOKED like a cool place to stay from the pics, it actually was a really cool place to stay. My 10 and 14yr olds, my husband and I stayed for this visit. Husbands aren't that cool so he didn't really care lol ;). But me and my 2 girls absolutely loved riding in the elevator. You can pay more for a higher room and more for a room with an indoor balcony. We did neither but were lucky enough to get up on the 4th floor. The elevator is activated with your room key, and you can only go on the floor your room is, the lower level with the pool and dining and the main level (entrance), so no fun rides to the top lol. The room was clean and spacious. It didn't smell. The beds seemed clean as well as the bathroom. We LOVED the atrium feature, getting up at 6am to swim while being able to look at the sunrise and the clouds was so much fun. My girls and I decided when we come back to the area that we want to stay here EVERY TIME lol. Complaints are minimal and they are made up by how much we enjoyed the hotel. Didn't care for having to pay to park at the hotel. There are free spots but that is very limited. The water looked kinda cloudy... Which made me feel a little weird, but we got in anyways and had a blast. The floor of the pool is very...scratchy and easy to cut yourself on. My daughter scaped her elbow on it and when she got out it started bleeding a little. They need to refinish the lining of the pool for sure. However, the pool was heated and we appreciated that.

Questa è la terza o quarta volta che ci siamo fermati qui (Io dico 3, moglie dice 4 😂) e questa volta è stata certamente il nostro meno preferito. Ci proveremo ancora, ma le strutture non erano fino a precedenti soggiorni. Ho prenotato lo stesso stile di camera (1 King + Sofa Bed) ogni volta, e abbiamo avuto che ... Ma DANG era piccolo! Ci era letteralmente 6-8 pollici di cammino. Il bagno era troppo spazioso e la camera avrebbe potuto usare alcuni di esso. Anche il colazione era grosso. Prima c'erano produttori di waffle, farina di ovini e altre grandi opzioni calde. Questo soggiorno aveva uova 👍 e formaggio rasato 👍. Mentre io ho dato dei suggerimenti per includere un ”salsa” senza carne, il salsa standard di maiale è stato sbagliato. La selezione della waffle è stata sbagliata. Hanno offerto un ”alza con zucchero di perle”, che è bello che abbiamo avuto quelle altrove. Ma invece di lasciare I waffles nei loro tasche di servizio, il dipendente stava li aprendo e mettendoli nel contenitore di servizio. 1) che è inutile toccare il dipendente e le palle che non sanno quali sono le lingue. 2) Se mantenuto nel suo pacchetto, non si asciuga. Anche 3) nel suo pacchetto è un cibo perfetto per il sequestro e andare agli ospiti. Ogni membro del personale con cui abbiamo interagito era stupendo! Il divano frontale, la custodia, ecc erano tutti meravigliosi. Ci saremo indietro, ma sicuramente potrebbe aver bisogno di un approccio diverso alla stanza.

Since the hotel is located in a safe area, we walked to dinner. There are various kinds of restaurants nearby. Our main purpose was to visit WashU, and the hotel had very convenient access to the school. It was also easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower had a panel for adjusting the temperature and good water pressure. Breakfast included fresh omelets and waffles, and the coffee was delicious. The food was replenished frequently. We chose this hotel based on reviews, and we truly felt it offered great value for the price.

Il desk front was nice but did not review any of the facilities no offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. nice but inattive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. L'hotel stesso è magnifico. There’s art set in an old gym. La rinovazione è ben fatto. Divertito molto. La vista dalla stanza era anche molto bello. La stanza stessa era standard con poche attenzione per dettagli delle cose che dovevano essere affrontate. Come manici rotti e accessori di bagno non funzionanti. In generale, consigliere questo hotel perché è unico. Big plus - permettono animali domestici!!! Sì!

Location was fine. Room seemed standard level of clean. Toilet paper is ultra thin, and the soap and shampoo was very watered down, so I left the room feeling dirty. Sofa bed was so substandard that we wouldn't let our 12 year old sleep on it. The springs really dig into your back. Everything seemed clean, but felt so cheap that we felt cheap staying there. Coffee machine in the room was broken and it didn't seem worth the effort to complain about it. Ex-wife complained about the air conditioner next to the bed being too loud and coming on and off all night long that she had issues sleeping. Breakfast was solid, though. Waffle station was a hit, though the oatmeal, like the soap and shampoo, was very watery. Eggs and sausage were above average. No sliced bread, though they offered English muffins and bagels. Staff was very friendly. Best part about the stay was how amicable they all were. Makes me feel bad writing the rest of the review. Would probably avoid the hotel in the future if there were better options. It's passable, but doesn't live up to my standards and doesn't seem worth the price.

Non è una buona esperienza. L'aspetto fisico dell'esterno dell'impianto sembrava invitante. Non poteva capire il ragazzo al divano davanti a causa di una barriera linguistica. E' arrivato in camera nostra e mi è rimasto immensamente ricca di un centesimo di pino che ho immaginato che si sprayero in tutto il tappeto perché non riuscivo a trovare un deodorante di qualsiasi tipo nella stanza. Non potevo aprire la finestra perché non era stato fatto aprire. Il fan si è chiuso sull’unità AC per ottenere un po’ di movimento d’aria, mentre i nostri occhi e le nostre gole erano bruciati. Pensavo di chiedere una stanza diversa, ma sono sicuro che avrebbe profumito lo stesso modo, come anche le strade profumavano lo stesso forte profumo. Il letto era duro come una roccia e entrambi gettiamo e giriamo la maggior parte della notte solo per svegliarsi fino a un dolore di schiena. Le foglie non profumavano nemmeno molto pulito. Il colazione era buono ma il caffè era molto debole. Qui è una foto di quanto sporca era il commutatore della luce del bagno. Non so come questo posto abbia avuto un rating così alto prima di prenotare la stanza. Mi sto tirando in a$$ ora per quello che ho pagato e abbiamo passato. Evitare a tutti i costi...
