Being allergic to dogs made me wonder... Management should at least inform, and ask, and perhaps organise better (rooms for dogs clustered somewhere?)
had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

Bed mattress is too soft. 2 small pillows are too small and uncomfortable to sleep on and should be replaced for bigger and better ones.
Air conditioning is practically non existent, some noise and not sufficient cooling. When the weather is hot outside, the room is like a sauna and torture to sleep in.
Bella hotel, ma sul lato prezioso. Nessuna macchina da caffè nella stanza. Beh, cucina d'acqua, con tè e qualche caffè distillante. Prenotato via trip.com. Durante il prezzo e la prenotazione, incluso la colazione, ma all'arrivo non sembra essere disponibile la colazione. Anche il messaggio di conferma, che riceverai se hai già pagato, non ha più commenti su un colazione (anche se è con o senza). Non ha molta fiducia nel prenotare di nuovo via trip.com!
The hotel is pricey for what it offers. Modern architecture with glass, beautiful hall with a classy Christmas tree and restaurant that fullfil 4 stars. But the king room (more than 200 euro per night ) was like 3 stars max.. Basic interior and materials. Slippers were missing which the receptionist promised to bring but didn't happen. The bathtub was scary, black pieces came out when we turned on the bubble function. After the water drained, we saw what was there...
The swimming pool had a sewer smell where there were holes for water...
Would not return.

GGeThe hotel has a great location. Very central to all the restaurants. The hotel is clean and the check in process was smooth. The only downside is there’s no parking onsite so you need to find surrounding parking area. We were lucky to find a nearby parking and because it was Sat evening it was free after 6pm and all day Sunday.

UUtente ospiteBeautiful Castle Hotel make even greater with the use of good quality products within the room. A fantastic stay which included the private use of wellness facilities (has to be reserved), drinks in the mini bar and a nespresso machine.
