**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

C’était bien , la réceptionniste tres gentille, mise a part que toutes les boissons sont payantes meme lors du dîner La plage est en dehors de l’hôtel, il te laisse pas ramener a manger avec toi , tu es obligé de consommer sur place

Oltre al fatto che non forniscono acqua al giorno in mezza struttura e dovresti pagarla per i pasti! Tutto il resto è fantastico

Wonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously. The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day. The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

Molto bellissime piscine, spiaggia un po 'meno, acqua praticamente nera ma molto tranquillo con pochi turisti Bel hotel con decorazione del gusto ma da rinnovare e raffreddare ... Proprio per rivedere, nessun cambiamento di strappe ogni giorno nella stanza, terreno sale ... Buffet ripetuto ogni giorno e mancanza di frutta fresca e ghiaccio Non c’è ascensore quindi molto fastidioso eravamo al primo piano con un bambino Dans l’ensemble séjour correct mais qui ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles européennes.

L’hotel Royal Jine sousse è facile da accedere Il hotel dispone di un parcheggio per le auto gratuite per le persone che vivono l’hotel. L’accoglienza è molto bene il personale è poli e servibile. I pasti sono buoni. L’hotel dispone di una piscina esterna e di una piscina interna. La spiaggia è in fronte all’hotel l’accesso è facile e veloce . La stanza è pulita , come avevo chiesto quando ho prenotato volevo la vista sul mare avevo diritto a una stanza al 5eme e ultimo piano dell’hotel con una bella vista sul mare. Solo l’attrezzatura è un po’ vecchio è tutto quello che ho notato. Lo consiglio e ritornerò.
