The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

L'hotel è bello e situato nel centro della città. La stanza è grande e il letto è così grande. I cibi serviti durante il colazione sono piccanti. Mi piace anche la cucina in diretta (uova e pancake). C'è una palestra e una piscina, anche se nessuno è stato possibile usare. Il ristorante/bar in cima è così accogliente. Sono anche grandi opzioni alimentari, anche se un po' deludenti con le limitate opzioni per le bevande. In generale, mi piace il mio soggiorno per 3 notti e consiglio molto questo hotel.

It was one of the best locations in Tacloban, with easy access to Robinsons and other nearby resources. I really enjoyed my stay overall. I would just like to highlight a couple of areas that could be improved. The check-in process took more than 30 minutes, and the staff at the front desk were a little slow. However, they were very polite and courteous throughout. I checked in around 2:00 PM, but the bath towels and other amenities were not delivered until around 7:00 PM, even after we made multiple follow-up calls. That said, the location is definitely a major advantage, and with some improvements in the check-in process and response time, I believe this hotel has great potential to become one of the good hotels in Tacloban.

Our stay was really good, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only thing is that The dining is not exactly pwd friendly. It’s also not enough. The cafe is not available to sit at. The tissue is not good quality.

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

I booked for 2 nights. Place was beautiful, staff are polite and professional. Booked the hotel because it says it’s got Wi-fi. Upon arriving there’s WiFi in the room but NO signal, and there’s no data signal too. The only wifi connection is at the restaurant which is also very weak. I requested to cancel and refund the 2nd night but the property rejected the request. I would’ve been fine if it’s not listed on the amenities. If there’s no wifi, update the listing so it doesn’t disrupt our travel arrangements and lose money. Since they rejected my request, I had to book another hotel while still paying for this one.

Il personale ha aperto la doccia e le luci di piscina per accoglierci, perché vogliamo andare a nuotare di notte. La stanza è spaziosa, siamo 3 adulti con bagagli e siamo rimasti nella loro stanza standard e non è affollato all'interno. Le camere sono al di fuori della piscina.

Ho avuto un soggiorno meraviglioso in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita, comoda e ben mantenuta. Il personale era amichevole, benvenuto e sempre pronto ad aiutare. La posizione era conveniente, e le strutture mi rendevano ancora più piacevole. Rimango qui e consiglio molto a chiunque cerca un'esperienza rilassante e confortevole.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

A FANTASTIC place with a great view and coral reef in front...The resort have everything you need, three swimming pool, big and comfortable rooms, a organized fitness gym and all the staff are so kinds,helpful and also funny....I couldn' t forget this time at Blue deep resort and I'll be back here next year hundred%. Thanks for all guys🙏🏻❤️
