Nuova Zelanda: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Otago

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere. We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time. The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants! We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff. Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno di due notti nella stanza di Lakeview. Tutto è stato eccellente per tutta la nostra permanenza. siamo venuti qui per celebrare il compleanno del mio partner, e la squadra ci ha sorpresi con una torta, che era un toccamento molto pensabile. Servizio cliente eccezionale sicuramente 5/5

The Mercure Queenstown feels quite dated, though that was expected. What disappointed me more was the overall maintenance and poor soundproofing—I could hear loud thumping from the room above. The bathroom has been renovated, but amenities were lacking (barely any soap or shampoo), the shower leaked making everything wet, and the door was stiff and noisy to close. Both the bathroom and the room were cold, as the air conditioning only managed to heat partially. Paid parking for hotel guests is simply absurd. On a positive note, breakfast was acceptable.  The View is although the big PLUS.

We had a fantastic stay. The water taxi into Queenstown worked perfectly. We loved dining st the hotel and enjoyed the soa treatments. The pool could have done with being a few degrees warmer. We would definitely like to stay again.

We were seriously awestruck by the concept of the property. The rooms are spacious and the sunset view is great. The place is quiet at night and we woke up enjoying the view of the mountain. It was a splendid stay for all of us. I would highly recommend this place.

La stanza è molto grande. L'anno scorso, Queenstown è stata abitata una volta. Quest'anno è venuta di nuovo. È un ottimo paesaggio. Poi si può vedere, si può anche aggiornare la stanza. Si può anche aiutare a aprire il riscaldatore prima che arriviamo. La prossima volta ci ritroverà

Accommodation was really great! Beds were super comfortable and had everything you need. Location is awesome , short walk from everything in town. The staff was super friendly and took time to explain the layout of the town. We were really happy with our stay

La stanza è molto grande, la posizione è relativamente esterna. Ci vuole ancora 5-10 minuti dal lago centrale di Vanaka. Ci sono un po'vecchie strutture all'interno. Anche se si chiama resort, si sente un po' come un motel.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!
