Myanmar: hotel con piscina nella provincia di Regione di Yangon

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per più di 10 giorni. Quando ho prolungato il mio soggiorno per un'altra notte, mi è stato detto che dovevo cambiare le stanze e che il personale mi avrebbe chiamato con i dettagli. Ho aspettato tutto il giorno, ma nessuno mi ha contattato. La sera, la mia carta chiave si fermò improvvisamente e non riuscivo a entrare nella mia stanza. Il problema non era il cambiamento di stanza, ma la mancanza di comunicazione e la mancanza di gestione della situazione hanno causato molte inconvenienti inutili. Questa esperienza mi ha anche lasciato chiedermi se gli ospiti che prenotano attraverso una piattaforma di terzi siano trattati in modo diverso, ma spero che non sia stato così, ma dopo essere rimasto per più di dieci giorni, mi aspettavo un servizio molto migliore.

LOCATION Excellent location. In the immediate vicinity of the central train station. A 15-minute walk from Sule, with all its bus lines. A good starting point for exploring the city on foot. Shopping centers are in the immediate vicinity. A 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. SERVICE Excellent welcome and service. Excellent attention at every moment, whether from the housekeeping staff, restaurant staff, concierge, or the gym/spa/pool staff. PS: Please note the $200 USD security deposit required for some reservations. This should be anticipated, although it is payable by credit card (check if this option is worth according to your bank's terms and conditions applied for transaction in Myanmar). ENVIRONMENT Quiet and safe neighborhood. Elegant and comfortable hotel. Harmonious and high-quality layout. Impeccable maintenance. ROOM Superior King Bed Room: Perfect for one person, with a desk area and a small sitting area. Bright. Well laid out. Comfortable. Very good quality bedding. Clean, high-quality linens. Spacious and clean bathroom. Hot water with good pressure. Very good Wi-Fi. Conveniently placed electrical outlets. Excellent lighting. Luggage storage available (for one bag). Pleasant city view. Central air conditioning system. It worked perfectly, but I didn't find the adjustments very user-friendly. BREAKFAST Large dining room. Well-spaced buffet area, open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Elegant dining room. I preferred the back of the room for its quietness, privacy, and comfort. Attentive and courteous staff. A well-stocked and varied buffet. Yet, there was a noticeable difference in quality between the buffet, the kitchen staff, and the buffet presentation between weekdays and weekends. Some of the glass-fronted areas in the dining room were not clean at all: cobwebs, long-standing dust, and general grime. This needs improvement, as it's not what you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The buffet occupied most of my mornings; however, I'm not sure I would have wanted to pay an additional $20 USD for it if it wasn't already included in the reservation. FACILITIES *The hotel has all the facilities one would expect for a hotel of this standard. In conclusion, I benefited from a very good price offer through Trip.com, which accurately reflected the hotel's value for money. I was truly delighted with my stay and will keep the PARKROYAL on my list of favorites for a future trip.

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying. Ho avuto un buon soggiorno a Melia Yangon. L'hotel era pulito, comodo e ben mantenuto. Il lobby è grande e bella, creando una grande prima impressione. La mia stanza era molto pulita con una bella vista, e l'atmosfera era rilassante. Il colazione era delizioso con molte buone opzioni da scegliere. Il personale era amichevole e professionale per tutta la mia permanenza. In generale, era una piacevole esperienza e consiglierei questo hotel a chiunque visitasse Yangon.

Our recent visit to the Governor's Residence was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! Everything, from the moment we arrived, was truly exceptional. The food was nothing short of phenomenal. Each dish was expertly prepared, showcasing incredible flavors and presentation. It was clear that immense care and culinary skill went into every bite. Equally impressive was the fantastic service. The staff were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. Their genuine warmth and efficiency truly elevated the entire meal. Overall, the entire experience at the Governor's Residence was out of this world. It was a memorable occasion that exceeded all expectations. We can't recommend it highly enough for anyone seeking a truly premier dining and hospitality experience.

A fabulous experience from initial check in to the outstanding service we recieved. Probably the friendliest staff I’ve met. The room and hotel grounds are second to none. I rebooked the place for another 5 nights since I needed a relaxing place to work. Breakfast is international and access to the city is a grab away and near the lake.

Un hotel di fama internazionale ha i suoi standard. Lo spazio delle camere è opportunamente configurato, la piscina è ampia e comoda da usare e la spa della palestra è piccola ma perfettamente funzionante.

If you have asthma, heart conditions, or allergies, do not stay here. I am an open-heart surgery survivor and PDA patient. Despite requesting a non-smoking room on Trip.com, Lotte Hotel Yangon forced us onto a smoking floor. They explicitly told us that because we didn't book directly, they would not accommodate us unless we paid a $20 USD per day extra charges to get a non smoking room. Exploiting a guest's medical need for clean air to extract extra money is abusive. And hotel breakfast is done at 9:30 am

Ho avuto una bella esperienza in questo hotel. La stanza era pulita e la posizione è buona. Ma la cosa più importante è il personale. Tutti sono così amichevoli e sempre pronti a aiutarti. Sempre sorridente. Vorrei citare Vanessa, Lucas, Thomas e Concierge capo Moo Thaw per il loro eccellente servizio. Vorrei che tutti di loro un grande futuro nella loro carriera. Grazie. 😊

Avviso: Principali barriere linguistiche e problemi di fumo in questo nuovo hotel Mentre questo è un hotel di nuova costruzione, mi ha colpito la mancanza di competenze in inglese in un 5-star stabilimento a Yangon. Il personale del desk front parlò solo Mandarin e Burnmese. Ironicamente, l'inglese era l'unica persona che comprendeva un po' di inglese, che era l'unico fattore di rimborso per la comunicazione. Questioni chiave per i viaggiatori internazionali: Barriera linguistica: Non si aspetta di utilizzare l'inglese con la ricezione; è principalmente un ambiente di lingua mandarina. Regolamentazione del fumo: nonostante i segni di ”Nessun fumo” nel salone, gli ospiti fumavano apertamente sui tavoli del caffè. Ho incontrato anche gli ospiti fumatori nelle salline e gli ascensori sui piani degli ospiti. Mi sentivo come se fossi in Cina piuttosto che in Myanmar. Il buffet del colazione è strettamente cinese.Non c'erano alternative burmesine per il cibo o la bevanda.
